This is my second stay at Indigo. I was very pleased with the room, especially the floor-to-ceiling windows which provided a lovely view and scenery. This time, with more time on my hands, I explored the hotel and really admired its design. Even as someone who's not usually keen on working out, the gym almost motivated me to hit it! 😎 What a shame I forgot my swimsuit again; I'll definitely remember it next time! The in-room sound system was a huge plus; it worked great for watching shows and listening to music. My only minor suggestion would be if the TV offered screen mirroring for shows, or if there were room options with a large bathtub for a relaxing soak. I must give a special shout-out to the front desk staff who assisted with my check-in. Their service attitude was exceptional, and all my requests were accommodated. It also happened to be my birthday when I checked out, and they surprised me with a complimentary breakfast! The breakfast quality was truly outstanding!!
Exceeded expectations! Even though it was still hot after the summer holidays, visiting Indigo Tianmushan at this time offered incredible value for money (though Saturday check-ins were plentiful, and the breakfast restaurant was also very crowded on Sunday).
The rooms are spacious, each with a balcony, perfect for drying clothes. The kids' club is better suited for younger children, but the facilities are truly beautiful. Plus, it even has child-friendly restrooms inside (Picture 7), which is a huge plus! There's also an outdoor slide for children (we didn't go as it was quite sunny).
A special shout-out to the hotel's swimming pools – two indoor and two outdoor. One indoor pool is specifically for children, very shallow, and with excellent water temperature! The other is a rectangular pool, 1.2 meters deep, great for older kids and also very friendly for parents like me who are not very strong swimmers! Outdoors, there's a very shallow children's pool with a slide, and another that's 1.4 meters deep, 'men-friendly'. Overall, I think families traveling with children will find a suitable pool for everyone. However, do note that the outdoor pools close on September 15th and the indoor pools on October 15th. We used the complimentary amusement park tickets for Natural Exploration, which is just a short walk below the hotel.
