it was nice but the shampoo conditioner and soap in the shower were all empty when i got there and had to ask for more . The shower leaked unfortunately. But The service was nice . Everyone was nice . it’s definitely a hotel catered to Men ‘m. I say that because The lighting if horrible in the whole room . no good lighting to get ready for women to do their makeup. Rven the large windows had tent so that was hard . nice hotel but i won’t stay again.

The hotel was exactly like the pictures. Clean, safe and enjoyable. I wish I stayed longer. I was only there for a day and flew out in the morning. I was given a queen bed accessible room instead of the original king bed room but it was still to my liking. 

They even had happy hour in the lobby from 3-5pm with wine and charcuterie. The front desk attendant was nice and suggested nearby restaurants.

I will book again if I’m in the area. :)

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Financial District during a recent trip to New York, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.
From check-in to check-out, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall quiet atmosphere allowed for restful sleep.
One of the best aspects was the location. Situated in the heart of the Financial District, the hotel is within walking distance of key landmarks, public transportation, and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. It made getting around the city easy and enjoyable.
I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that, but everything else—from the room quality to the service—was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to New York and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Was definitely expecting more from this IHG hotel. Got a room upgrade and even then the room was very beat and worn down. Service staff were nice, does have a very popular night club / bar which is nice or bad depending on your plans.

The hotel is just a 2-3 minute walk after getting off the subway. Overall, the interior and atmosphere of the hotel itself is pretty, but it was a bit disappointing that it took a while for the hot water to come out and there were no basic amenities such as disposable slippers and water.
Still, the hotel overall was pretty and clean, so it was much better than the old place in Manhattan.

The hotel is located in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. It's very close to the train and subway stations, making it very convenient for getting around. I also loved the decor; it was a pleasant surprise on my first night in London. The brunch place around the corner is also very good. The British Museum is within walking distance.

The location is really not too bad. I do like that the food around the places are good, just downstairs is the hop on/hop off bus stop.  

The staff - leslie is really helpful. She helped us with our requests and that’s the great gesture.

The hotel's location is perfect,, providing easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and the underground. We were pleased to receive a room with a fantastic view overlooking the square where the street performances were. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness standards. The wooden floor was quite sticky, and we could hear the sound of our sandals when walking. There was visible dirt on the drawer too which made us hesitant to unpack our belongings. Overall, while the location and view were excellent, the cleanliness could use significant improvement.

I booked a standard room, but was assigned a basement level. I later noticed a lot of reviews said basement levels. I don't know if this is discrimination or what. It's uncomfortable down there. Although there's a window, fresh air is trapped in the atrium, which is disgusting. There's also a bunch of trash in the atrium, which is disgusting. The basement hallway also has a smell that seems stuck and stuffy. I didn't go upstairs, so I don't know if there's any smell there. Every morning, I'm greeted by the stench, which ruins my fun. Oh, I did see a foreign guest staying in the basement level, but the price isn't cheap either. For 2,000+ a night, I'm not happy with the basement level!

Breakfast is cooked to order and is okay, but the sausages are terrible. There's no fresh vegetables in the buffet!

The wait staff are friendly and willing to chat. Overall, the service is quite good.

The location is good, close to the subway station, and convenient for Wimbledon.

The toiletries are comfortable and smell good, Indigo's global standard.

First of all, the hotel reception is really nice. Everyone is very warm and friendly. I feel full of love. The room is very large and clean, with a palace-style bed, I love it. Mineral water is available every day, and snacks are also free to eat, which is charged in other hotels... The location is even better, 3/5 minutes walk to Tower Bridge, double subway, and 8/9 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station... Liverpool Street Station is convenient to major airports... In short, it is a very good experience, and a must-choose hotel next time you come to London

We had an awesome stay at Hotel Indigo in May. The view was amazing, the room was super comfy and stylish, and the location couldn’t have been better for checking out the city.

Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice, and the staff were all great. Big shoutout to Henry at the front desk – he made us feel really welcome and was super helpful when we had a little issue.

Also don’t miss their rooftop bar, delivering Shanghai’s iconic skyline with a well crafted cocktail on top🍹

From booking to check-out, every single detail demonstrated the hotel's unwavering commitment to impeccable quality and attentive guest service.

Upon arrival, a concierge warmly greeted me and immediately offered to help with my luggage. The lobby design seamlessly blends modern art with oriental aesthetics; its nearly 10-meter high soaring ceiling, adorned with crystal chandeliers, creates an atmosphere that is both grand and wonderfully inviting. Check-in at the front desk was incredibly efficient, taking just three minutes to complete all formalities, and they thoughtfully assigned me a room I was delighted with.

**The Room: Absolutely Flawless!**
The moment I opened the door, I couldn't help but exclaim 'Wow!' My 60+ square meter deluxe king room was incredibly spacious and bright, with 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline. The bedding was supremely luxurious; sleeping in it felt like floating on clouds. The ergonomic chair in the dedicated work area meant I could work late into the night without feeling any fatigue. The most delightful surprise was finding local specialty snacks and a handwritten welcome card in the minibar. It’s these thoughtful, personal touches that truly make a difference.

**Impeccable Facilities!**
The 24-hour fitness center was equipped with the very latest Life Fitness machines, and professional trainers were on hand to offer guidance. The heated pool boasted crystal-clear water, and the sauna in the changing room was the perfect spot to unwind and melt away any fatigue.

**Heartwarming Service That Goes Above and Beyond!**
Returning to my room on the second evening, I discovered that not only had turn-down service been completed, but a warm cup of bedtime tea and a handwritten weather forecast had been thoughtfully placed by the bedside. On my check-out day, when my flight was delayed, Fanny and Chris at the front desk proactively offered a complimentary late check-out until 4 PM. This kind of considerate, above-and-beyond service truly made me feel 'at home' – a genuine sense of being a welcomed guest.

**Unbeatable Location!**
The hotel boasts a prime location in the city's central business district. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the subway station, making airport access incredibly convenient. Situated right next to Shanghai Railway Station, there's an abundance of dining and shopping options nearby. In the evenings, I could even enjoy a leisurely walk to iconic city landmarks.

This stay completely redefined my perception of business hotels; who knew business trips could be this enjoyable! I've already applied to have this hotel added to our company's preferred hotel list. From now on, whenever I visit this city, this will absolutely be my go-to choice. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all business travelers and vacationers seeking unparalleled quality. Believe me, this is an absolutely fantastic and exceptional value for money experience!

A great new option for a Dishui Lake getaway. It's a large hotel with two buildings, and the lakefront building offers a better view.
The rooms are large, with high ceilings and a fresh, clean style. The bedding is comfortable, and the lighting is well-designed. The balcony rooms are recommended. We booked a Deluxe Boutique Lake View Balcony Room, with windows on both sides, offering a stunning view of the lake. A chair on the balcony would have been even better. The private walk-in closet is large, with a bathtub and shower integrated, and a small balcony. However, some of the decor is a bit rough, with some glue delamination, and I'm not sure why the chairs have so many scratches.
The rooftop pool is large and heated.
Guests can enjoy a drink in the lobby bar. Welcome fruit is also available here.
The B2 parking lot is exclusively for hotel guests, with an elevator directly to the lobby, and the directions are clear.
Breakfast includes a noodle stand and an egg stand, but the selection is limited. The lamb chops were a surprise, but other than that, the options are limited, and the non-vegetarian options are a bit too typical. Having just opened, it's clear the management is taking it seriously. Management is constantly patrolling every area, and all the staff are enthusiastic and hardworking, including the housekeepers, restaurant staff, front desk staff, lobby staff, and the staff on the guest rooms floor.

The weekday prices are very good value, but you'll have to pay a premium during holidays.
