The location is accessible via Airport Bus A31 and great convenience with food outlets and retails shopping facilities. But, the condition of the room is subjective to the room types. We were given a Delux Twin Bed Room on Level 25 but the conditions and amenities were far from desirable! Old and rundown fixtures with very oathetic supply of toiletries and essentials!See Photos to make your oqn scores.

The room was quite spacious, especially for Hong Kong standards. My 13-year-old and I shared one 1.5-meter bed, and my 22-year-old took the other, which worked out well. The hotel facilities are a bit old and it felt a little damp, but the price was good and the location was convenient. It's an okay option; you probably wouldn't get this price for something more upscale. Not for luxury travelers, obviously.

Great service and friendly staff. If there were a criticism, it would be that there’s no electrical adapter for international devices. Take the A31 bus from Hong Kong International Airport, go 7 stops and get off at Yan Chai Hospital (TW126). The hotel is across the street.

I was in such a rush in Hong Kong that I forgot to take photos of the hotel room 😂 but I was quite happy with the hotel overall. The location is relatively close to Disneyland; you can get there by MTR, and having an MTR station nearby makes it convenient to go elsewhere too. The hotel is located inside a mall, with plenty of dining options downstairs. The room was quite spacious, the bedding was clean and tidy, and there was even a small sofa. The bathroom was a normal size and had a bathtub. Good value for money. The little restaurant across from the hotel had pretty good food.

The room was habitable, but it felt like it was decorated in the 90s, and the facilities were a bit old. There was a damp smell in the corridor outside the room, and even with an air purifier running, I still found and killed a cockroach in the bathroom. The lobby, however, clearly looked newly renovated! The biggest advantage is that there's a large Aeon supermarket right downstairs, which is super convenient for shopping and dining! It's also just a ten-minute walk to the nearest metro station!

Originally booked two rooms, but they upgraded us to a spacious two-room suite with a living area. Downstairs, there's a mall, a supermarket, and various restaurants. The Tai Wo Hau MTR station is less than a 10-minute walk away. There's also an open-air basketball court downstairs, where my son played for two days.

The daily shuttle service going to TST is a big help. Al though its bit late since earliest is 9:45. Also it may help if they have shuttle pick up later than 5:30pm

I stayed at this hotel four times in 2024 and thought it was pretty good back then. Even though the facilities were old (I think it was built in '06, can't quite remember), it offered great value for money and was conveniently located. I saw that it was renovated in 2024 (maybe after we stayed there?), so I decided to book it again. Their slippers are really thin, so we brought our own. I'm not sure if it's because it was a family room, meaning lots of kids, or if the soundproofing is just bad because different room types are on different floors, but the sound insulation was terrible. We constantly heard adults and children talking as they walked past in the hallway, even though our room was quite far from the elevator. When we entered the room, there was a strong musty smell, and there were obvious mold stains along the walls (I thought it was recently renovated? I can't tell where they renovated, it looks just as old as before). There were also a few sunflower seed shells and kernels left on the floor that hadn't been cleaned up. There was no bottled water either (which isn't a big deal, as we usually buy our own water anyway). The exhaust fan was incredibly loud, and there was a constant dripping sound from the pipes. We could clearly hear people showering and flushing toilets upstairs. It was so noisy past 11 PM that our kids couldn't sleep, and then around 6 AM, people started getting ready, waking us up again. No need for an alarm clock! I don't remember it being this noisy on my previous stays. However, the staff supervising the lobby were very proactive and friendly. When there was a long queue, they guided us to the self-service machines to check in.
