Hong Kong Apartments

As usual in Hong Kong, the service is adequate but rather cold. The airport express bus is just across from the entrance so very convenient to the airport. There's lots of local transportation options right next to the hotel so very easy to explore HK. The hotel itself is excellent commiserate to the price.

Rating: 10/10 We booked two rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, and my parents were extremely satisfied with their stay. They stayed in a room with two large double beds, and everything was perfect. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the room size was spacious and very comfortable. All aspects—service, facilities, location, and cleanliness—were absolutely top-notch, deserving a full 10/10. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay, especially for families!

We requested an upgrade for one of the rooms to a sea view, as we hold Gold Membership. The receptionist initially indicated that he would do his best to accommodate this request. We do understand that it is common not to be upgrade. However, after the lengthy check-in process of 40-50 minutes, when we asked if the room had been upgraded to a sea view, he told us it had not. When we inquired about what type of upgrade had been made, he informed us that the room was only slightly larger. To our dismay, upon comparing this room with the other two, we found that it appeared even smaller. The other two rooms included a sofa, whereas this room could only accommodate a chair. Additionally, this room had a very unpleasant smell, as if it had not been used for a long time. I am extremely disappointed to have to write this feedback at midnight during my holiday. It has affected my ability to sleep, and I felt compelled to express my concerns. I want to emphasize that our disappointment stems from the attitude displayed when he attempted to resolve our issue when his junior colleague doesn’t do his job well. It felt as though I owed him something. While he did not use any inappropriate language, his demeanor conveyed a lack of concern for our situation, as if he was unwilling to help rectify the problems we faced, despite the fact that the fault lay with the hotel. So we decided to ask him what we can do to feedback our experience to your management, the hotel staff give us his name card and saying that we can write to his email address. That is so funny and he is thinking that we are *****. Then we ask him we want official email to feedback then he just say app can feedback.

The room was spacious and clean. Efforts put into cleaning the room can really be seen. The bedding was comfortable and the amenities in room were adequate. Although the room looked a bit dated, it more than made up for it with the comfortable ambience. It is just a comfortable hotel to stay in.

Love this hotel is super clean and away from the crowds! I love the rooms so spacious and nicely modern design ! Near by mongkok Shopping scene, have been staying there for many weeks and will keep choosing it for my further trips to Hong Kong 🇭🇰

Disappointed with the service of shuttle bus, the hotel doesn’t put the timetable on the website and location for pick up from west Kowloon station. So we have to take a metro train to the hotel. Unfortunately the Google map didn’t direct us very well, took the longer route to get to the hotel from the Sung Wong Toi station. Also after 6:20pm there is no shuttle bus from Kowloon hotel at Tsim Sha Tsui back to hotel. I uploaded the screenshot to timetable for anyone who wishing to stay this hotel.  The room is not spacious but this is HK. The hotel will not provide any toiletries and water. You better to bring your own shampoo, because we notice after using their shampoo we got dandruff :( The house keeper service is good, they are very polite and accommodating your time to clean the room.  We didn’t have the breakfasts at the hotel, there is lots of local pastry shops and cafe near by. Try some local bakery you won’t regret it. Also 7/11 is only 1 minute away from the hotel which is very convenient to get water and snacks.  There is a self cleaning laundry service opposite the hotel, very cheap and easy to use if you have octopus card to pay for it.

Clean and comfortable, seems like it was renovated not too long ago. Retro vibes. The location of the hotel is great, very convenient close to the MTR, has a taxi stand out front and looks out over Kowloon Park and the Harbour. Due to plastics laws disposable toiletries and water are not provided, but there is a vending machine in each floor if you need to buy anything. There is a restaurant on the upper ground floor with breakfast available at small extra charge and at night a lounge with live music. Very cute. Stayed here a few years ago, stayed here this time, would stay here in the future. Favourite hotel in HK

Got the family suite which is basically 2 rooms with a connecting door. Good value for money as it is one of the bigger rooms at this price point in Hong Kong. After staying in a couple of hotels this year in Asia, I would say Cozi Hotel Harbourview falls short in with the furnishing. The rooms feel dated and in need of some upgrades. The amenities provided are also very basic, just toothbrushes. The mattress were also very hard and the pillows are too soft. However the staffs I encountered made up for it. The front desk staffs were friendly and I must give credit to the housekeeping team which did a great job at cleaning the room. The location of the hotel can be a bit inconvenient, having to walk 5-8 mins to the busier bus/MTR station and there is a lack of eateries around. If you want a bigger room and will not be spending a lot of time in the hotel and wouldn’t mind a dated furnishing, Hotel Cozi Harbourview is alright!

The room is great, spacious and comfy. The pool is good however lots of maintenance slots during the day. They close it around 1:30 and then reopen around 2 hours later. Then, close at 6 or 7pm? When to enjoy it when pick ours it is being cleaned? It makes no sense…

Hotels location right to Wanchai MTR with lots of shops and entertainment options is unbeatable. i wouldn't call its new for sure but it costs its money and rooms are pretty cosy ( you can still here voices from other guests in other rooms so isolation is fear) i was surprised with 500HK deposit in cash which guests need to prepare otherwise they are not accepted for stay (thats really outdated nowadays!) but at the end of the day its hotels management policy so we just complied thats it. we also easily kept our luggage at the lobby so in general everyone is friendly in this hotel.
