I paid extra to have a room with nice view, but when I arrived I saw streaks of dirt on the window that spoiled the whole view. I called the concierge to ask for a room change or to clean the windows, but the concierge said that this dirt is outside of the window and all windows have it so they can’t help me with room change or clean it. Also when I went to the sauna, I was told that the sauna was under renovation and would not work for several days. Next time I will stay at another hotel.

A Cosy and Simple Stay with Great Amenities
I was pleasantly surprised by its cosy and simple ambiance. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was easy to find, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to several places, which made exploring the area a breeze.
However, there was one minor downside to my stay. My room was located right next to the lift, and the noise from the lift could be a bit disruptive. Additionally, the hotel has only two lifts, and they tend to be a tad slow, which can be inconvenient during peak times.
Overall, despite the lift issue, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenience, and excellent shuttle service.

Great place for your Hong Kong visit. Don’t miss to book a table at Cruise restaurant, spectacular harbor views, food and service quality. Would definitely stay in this hotel again, one improvement item though: the smoke detectors in the room are lousy , flashing like a disco light all night, please change them asap, then we will be happy to stay at your beautiful hotel again…

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.

The location is amazing! Love it. Service is pretty bad. Sent an email to them 2 days prior my stay. Till the end of my 6 days stay, there is no reply. I was seeking for help for my Macau travel. The lady at the concierge was impatient and replied “Best not to go via that route if you haven’t purchased the ticket” and went to assist another customer. So if you are an experienced traveller in HK and doesn’t not need any direction, this is still a good location.
HK has a new rule, they will not replenished any shower gel & amenities etc. I stayed there for 6 days with a friend. I have to bathe with shampoo as there is no shower gel left (it was less filled) on the last day and I am unable to open the lid to mix with water. So I will recommend only if you stay for less than 6 days.
I didn’t read the fine prints. We have to pay extra to use the gym. So if gym is a must, do consider other hotels available. It is HKD $80 per pax.

The hotel needs some update, but location is pretty good. It has a pathway that you can go directly to the mall next door, with all high end shops. The service is also average. We paid US$100 for early check in (6 hours early), and as they do not have any scale in the bathroom (usually hotels supply a scale in the bathroom), we are asked to bring our luggage down to the lobby to weigh.

GGuest UserThe room is clean enough, the toilet with shower is small but clean. The hostel is located on the second floor - the ascent is only on the summer stairs. There is an elevator and a door on the second floor, you need to go through the door, take two steps and there will be an entrance to the hostel on the left. There is a WeChat code on the ground floor - you need to add it, you will be sent the code for the front door and the door to the room. Upon entering the hostel, you immediately find yourself in a room with bunk beds and sleeping people. The metro is very close to the entrance. There are many cafes with Turkish, Indian and local cuisine nearby.

GGuest UserExcellent location - a short walk from the subway station (and the market shouldn't discourage you). All the facilities were great, friendly staff, quick service. The only improvement I can think of - a bit more storage space inside the room and some more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc. Otherwise - great value for money.

DDgiggityExpect to trek up a pretty steep and winding road to get to the hotel. Yongflo sits halfway up a pretty steep hill but once arrived the rooms are nice, with small kitchen, toaster, washing machine and decent bathroom. Good for an extended stay in HK. Staff was helpful and kind, Coffee is available all day in the lobby, mornings have some small snacks and fruits. A little off the main roads but also calm and quiet.

AAnonymous UserI start with the positive, hotel location was fantastic, stone throw away from everywhere. Near to train station and many shopping & eateries.
Room was OK size. After many experience traveling to Japan, any room sizes are acceptable 😅. Room comes with small pantry. With sink & microwave.
Hotel doesn’t provide daily drinking water, and some basic toiletries necessities. Understand that was due to the govt regulations to curb usage of single use plastic. But in my opinion as a service industry, this regulation should not be a reason for a hotel to charge if a guest requires it. There are many ways to provide this instead of single use. They provided shower gel, shampoo & conditioner in a big refillable bottle. But only provide on small lotion for my 3 days of stay. Worse still when I ask for more, I was told to pay extra. Like hello? How does paying for lotion help curb the usage of single use plastic?! Why not provide a big bottle for my 3 days stay? If I paid for 3 nights stay shouldn’t I be entitled to get 1 small tube a day? Since a small tube is only sufficient for my one night stay for 2 person?
I hate to say this but obviously this hotel is not prioritizing your comfort during your stay.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is quite central in location. There’s Starbucks next to it. However there are a lot of stairs and is not accessible to individuals who could use ramps, like travellers with large suitcases or disabled. There’s steps leading to the check-in lounge, steps to go up to the lifts and from the lifts on each floor to the rooms. The room is clean and of a good size. However, mine is right next to the main road and is very noisy. At night, there’s a low ringing noise that came in every 10s - I couldn’t get a good night sleep at all. The housekeeping is ok - but they missed some items after they cleaned up the room - they did not replenish the slippers, the toothbrushes, and the bath essentials. One of the towels had a lipstick mark on it. I had to go to the front desk to get them, but the front desk is very helpful. On the last day when I wanted to check out, the front desk personnel is missing and I had to wait about 15min for the person to return.

GGuest Useri have stayed in Hong Kong since 2018 and most of time i stayed in Hotel or Serviced Apartment. it was my first time staying in the Mercury Hotel and i only planned to stay few days and look for other places to stay. However, i dont think I can find anything better then this place in terms of size, price, cleaness, comforts and privacy. you will be amazed by the size of the room and how well they are maintained.
Staffs are overall very friendly and they are 24 hours available. Especially there is one memeber of management staff name Alan and he handles all the matter with a good attitude and always willing to help.
there are washing and dryers and you can use them 24/7
Internet : Very fasst.
all the rooms have 2 tvs.

AAnonymous UserJordan Comfort Inn is so good. It is a budget friendly hotel. The Front desk Hongkong ladies are accomodating and kind, you can leave your luggages if you arrive there early. Just make sure to download google voice translate in playstore so you will understand each other. By the way I am a Filipino.
The location is very good and not overcrowded.
It has 3 elevator lifts.
It very near to Jordan MTR station and to 7/11, and other cheap but amazing grocery store ”Welcome” and KFC ( try the egg tart at KFC and you will love it)
This hotel provide clean and comfortable bed, pillows and blankets, shampoo, liquid soap, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste ,blower for hair, drawer, hot/ cold water, Ac and tv with local stations and the drawer is equip with usb charging outlet.
They also provide electronic card key for your room & you can bring it anywhere if you will go sight seeing and they have security guard in ground floor for you to be safe.
They also change the towels and maintain cleanliness in your room. We will definitely come back again here. Thank You Jordan Comfort Inn and Trip.com :)

GGuest User1. Exit A2 of Sheung Wan Station is nearest. The road is very narrow and there are many people and cars. It is difficult to push luggage. There are only half of the subway escalators for going up and none for going down. These are inconvenient for travelers with reduced mobility and large luggage. 2. There are many restaurants nearby, where you can taste local food. 3. The transportation is convenient, and you can reach scenic spots and stations even on foot. 4. The room is large and has a kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, espresso machine) 5. There is a TV in the living room, which can be connected to external audio and video equipment. The network is not slow. You need to enter the password for the wireless network yourself, so external equipment can be connected. 6. The large bed is soft, and there is a safe, iron, etc. in the room. 7. There are few sockets. They are all Hong Kong-style sockets and do not have USB, so you have to prepare them yourself. 8. There are 2-3 households on the first floor. The space is not small and can store luggage. 9. The air conditioner is very cold and cannot be adjusted. I don’t know how to deal with it if it is cold.
HHouThe front desk clerks are polite and explain in detail. The rooms are neat and tidy, and there are cooking utensils for simple self-cooking. There are also a large number of shops nearby to buy daily necessities during the day, and there are also many restaurants at night. It is a good place for a short break.
