"What is Ctrip's preferential policy? You can upgrade to a suite for free. The room is very large and has an ancient charm. There is a set of inkstones and two washbasins, with dry and wet areas separated. You can also make Kung Fu tea, which my mother likes very much. However, I personally feel that it is a bit far to go around the corridor and a wall every time I go to the bathroom to wash my hands. The design is a bit unreasonable. Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for."

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic to show me the room types, gave me a bottle of warm water when I went downstairs to book a room, upgraded my room type, and told me about some free facilities and equipment of the hotel. Changde Grand Rezen hotel

Two things: 1. The shower water was not hot. The temperature was 30℃ that day, and the room had an air conditioner on. However, the shower water was always around 37-38℃, and it felt very cold when I took a shower. I communicated with the front desk several times, and the front desk said that the engineering department had adjusted the water temperature, but after taking a shower for a long time, my wife took a shower later, and the water was still not hot. As a result, we felt very cold when we took a shower. 2. When we checked in that night, the front desk asked us not to open the window. As soon as I entered the room, I checked that the window was closed, but there was a strong wind in the morning, which blew the window open, forming a pressure difference between indoors and outdoors, causing the door to keep ringing, which affected my rest. Figure 1 shows that I took a long shower, but the hot water did not come. The video shows the door ringing early in the morning. I booked two rooms that night, and both rooms had the above two problems at the same time.

The hotel is nice to stay in, with complete facilities and equipment. The hotel waiters we met on the way to check in were very enthusiastic. The takeaways we ordered were delivered to the room by the concierge. After checking in, the housekeeper Xiao Tu guided and led us back to the room. She introduced the room facilities and the attractions in the hotel and the surrounding areas in detail. She was a very considerate lady.
The room layout is very considerate and warm, and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep on (I also asked the front desk about the mattress brand when checking out [snickering]). I booked an ordinary king-size bed room. Because it was my first time staying, the front desk helped me upgrade to a mountain view room with a balcony. The area is large and very quiet at night, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is highly recommended to friends who want to stay away from the city on vacation.
The environment is given 5 points. The hotel has a very good orientation. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony. The sun is full and it feels very healing. The night view is also super invincible. Seeing the lights of the village at the foot of the mountain is simply a perfect combination of high-quality service and comfortable environment.
In short, this stay experience is very good, which makes me feel the warmth of home. I will stay again if I have the chance [rose]
