The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the lake! Our room was very comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff, especially the lady who checked us in, was absolutely amazing! She was so thoughtful, even offering slippers and kids' toothbrushes for our little one without us asking. The breakfast was good value for money, and my child really enjoyed it!

I booked this hotel after seeing the 4.8 rating, but was a little disappointed. I don't know how this rating came about. The environment and facilities are only worth 4.0. The breakfast is not good either, and some staff members are unfriendly.

Having stayed at a 0.5 version of Orange Crystal in Changsha the day before yesterday, I still feel that newer versions are always better. 5️⃣ Because it's newly opened, there's a slight smell of renovation. Ventilation needs to be improved. 6️⃣ The hotel's location is excellent; it's right next to Changde Pedestrian Street and Wuling Pavilion. I hope the hotel continues to improve! The transportation is quite convenient, there are many buses, the room has windows, which are well sealed. When you close them, you can't hear the noise from the road.
