Stayed here with my family, and the hotel environment was pretty good. It was quiet enough for sleeping, and the room was spacious and bright. Parking wasn't very convenient though. The worst part was that they charged us for extra bottled water after we finished the complimentary ones!

Even the carpet on the second-floor staircase was neatly secured with metal strips, and the edges were perfectly finished. From the soft furnishings to the hardscaping, everything exuded sophistication. You can feel the immense care put into its upkeep, making for a wonderfully comfortable stay.~ Our balcony view room was absolutely stunning! Stepping out, you're on a massive balcony with direct lake views. Not only that, but we could clearly see the live performances from the second floor. Watching the show with the lake breeze in the evening – the ambiance was incredible, and it was such a delightful surprise! 🌊 For those with kids, the breakfast is a must-try! The variety of main dishes is super rich, with a choice of noodles, pastries, and more. The portions are generous and delicious, and the kids ate their fill, so we didn't have to worry about breakfast at all. ~ The hotel is generally child-friendly, with a quiet and safe environment. I'm absolutely smitten with the Waldorf Hotel after my visit to Changde! First off, I have to rave about the room – it's incredibly spacious with a well-thought-out and expansive layout. There's no cramped feeling whatsoever, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service is also top-notch, with attention to detail that really makes you feel cared for, leading to an excellent overall experience. And the breakfast definitely deserves praise; it offers a wide variety of delicious options. It's such a joy to head out and explore after a satisfying meal! All in all, this is definitely a hidden gem of a hotel in Changde that's worth booking~

The hotel is very new. Very clean new hotel. The home that used to live in was very small. This hotel is close to the train station. Eating and shopping are very convenient. Taxi is also quite convenient. You can also eat rice noodles here for breakfast. On the 12th floor of the hotel. The laundry room is also on the 12th floor. The dryer is also very useful. The front desk service is very good. It is very close to various attractions by taxi. It takes a few yuan to start. The bedding is also very clean. There is also self-service coffee on the first floor. Highly recommended to friends.

The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

This is the second time I have stayed at the all-season hotel with my family. Good location, very close to the community where my brother lives. There are supermarkets and powder restaurants next to it, shopping and eating beef noodles are very convenient. The room is large in size, that is, some scratch marks on the sofa and cushion may have been left by the children before. The front desk clerk was warm and welcoming. On January 5, the ticket was changed to the afternoon departure due to the itinerary. I went to the front desk to ask if I could check out until two o'clock. The beauty at the front desk, yiiu, helped to do it without saying anything, and solved the worries of the future. Thank you very much. There is also a laundry room on the third floor. I estimate that the clothes are almost washed and ready to be taken and dried in the dryer. When I go to see that the clothes are dried in the dryer, I am very grateful to the unknown staff. The room was very spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. The hotel offers its own parking, with both underground and outdoor spaces. Both the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. The buffet breakfast was incredibly varied and generous, including coffee, milk, and a particularly delicious local specialty: freshly made beef rice noodles. The front desk staff and even the parking security guard were all very friendly and provided excellent service. All in all, it's a fantastic hotel offering great value for money and is highly recommended.
