Visiting friends or business negotiations can go to the lobby. Quiet, freshly ground coffee and tea are free. The lobby and cleaning service staff are amiable, it is simply: a warm hotel that people think and people can reach! I will definitely choose next time I travel!

CChenxiaLet me talk about the results first. It is a highly recommended hotel. The room is spacious, with a wide view and a window that can see the lake. Because the space is large and the weather is cold, I was given a small oil heater, and the room is very warm. The solid wood floor looks very clean. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed, which is very convenient for families traveling with children, and it is also very comfortable to sleep. The attitude of the front desk is very good, and any situation can be handled in the first time. The variety of breakfast is average, not too much or too little. The bathroom space is well designed, and the shower room does not leak at all, even if a little water is brought out, it does not affect going to the toilet. I stayed twice during the Spring Festival, and the overall feeling was very good. There are a few points that I hope to improve: one is that the air conditioning is not turned on in the lobby. It doesn't matter if you go there for a short time, but you will feel a little cold while eating breakfast; the other is that the shower head is not good enough, the water pressure should not be low, but the water coming out of the shower head also feels a little weak.

Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. The service is really good. I have to say that this store is so heartwarming. I had dysmenorrhea and the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us pour a cup of hot water for warmth, and also gave us a warm baby patch. I felt full of happiness~ The room is spacious and clean. Not only is it very clean, but the decoration and facilities are also in place. It is very comfortable to sleep in the room; it is cost-effective. I really recommend this store. There are restaurants, supermarkets, and fruit shops nearby, which is quite convenient. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Changde Pedestrian Street is downstairs, so you can go out for a walk in the evening. The facilities inside the hotel are complete, clean and tidy, and the service is cordial and friendly. I will visit this hotel again next time.

Quite difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel, we were helped by some aunties outside the palace. The staff do not speak English. A deposit of 100 RMB is required.
