Starry hotel design was very artsy and unique. The rooms were well equipped and functional. We had the first good coffee in ages at the breakfast. There was washers and dryers but didnt use and not sure if need to pay or free. Overall, a very one day stopover stay at Changde. We had really good & peaceful rest.

This was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

The first time I lived in the whole season 4.0, I felt pretty good. The lobby is elegantly decorated, parking is very convenient, there is a ground and an underground parking lot. The small disadvantage is that the floor height is slightly lower, and then there is an elevator, because his building is shared with other commercial entities. The front desk service was very good. Had a fantastic stay! As an established five-star hotel, both the facilities and service maintained a high standard. The location is excellent, right opposite Wanda Plaza and next to Baima Lake Park, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also quite close to Changde's major attractions like Daxiaohe Street. Of course, if you're heading to the wildlife park, it's about a 50-minute drive. My child absolutely loved the family room; the giant panda plushie, tent, and baby walker kept her entertained all day. What truly impressed me was their breakfast buffet – the selection was quite extensive, and the rice noodles and mixed noodles were incredibly delicious, as were the wontons. I must also mention the hotel's exceptional service; check-in to check-out was incredibly smooth, and the staff were very enthusiastic, offering great tips on local attractions and dining, which really enhanced our overall experience.

Because the space is large and the weather is cold, I was given a small oil heater, and the room is very warm. The solid wood floor looks very clean. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed, which is very convenient for families traveling with children, and it is also very comfortable to sleep. The attitude of the front desk is very good, and any situation can be handled in the first time. The variety of breakfast is average, not too much or too little. The bathroom space is well designed, and the shower room does not leak at all, even if a little water is brought out, it does not affect going to the toilet. I stayed twice during the Spring Festival, and the overall feeling was very good. There are a few points that I hope to improve: one is that the air conditioning is not turned on in the lobby. It doesn't matter if you go there for a short time, but you will feel a little cold while eating breakfast; the other is that the shower head is not good enough, the water pressure should not be low, but the water coming out of the shower head also feels a little weak.
