Opening the door to the room was a pleasant surprise; it was much more spacious than I expected, and the natural light was excellent. All the fatigue from a day of work just melted away instantly. The front desk lady was super attentive, checking me in quickly and even proactively recommending nearby places to eat. Overall, it was a perfect experience. Next time I'm in Changchun, this will definitely be my first choice!"

The hotel's signage is also very detailed. Secondly, the front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded me to a room with a window for free, and the pillows were very comfortable. Although there was a tiny stain on the duvet cover, it was negligible compared to the service and facilities. I'll definitely stay at You Shan Inn again next time I'm in Changchun."

The tram line 54 terminus is also right downstairs, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Only drawback: It gets crowded at the mall on weekends, and there can be traffic jams at the entrance, so plan to leave with plenty of time."

"This established five-star hotel chain is truly reliable, offering excellent quality and meticulous attention to detail. Our butler, Lauren, messaged us on WeChat in advance to confirm our arrival time and ensured our room was ready. Upon entering, we found the air purifier already running. The mini-bar even featured complimentary frozen pear juice, which is worth a try. The beef bone soup and corn noodles for breakfast were delicious! The TV allows for direct screen casting, and food deliveries are conveniently brought directly to the room by a robot. Very handy!"

The room itself is cozy, clean, and beautiful. Surprisingly, the front desk even has a small supermarket and a canteen, complete with a dedicated delivery person. You can simply call to order and enjoy delicious food without leaving your room, including handmade dumplings and freshly stir-fried dishes – it truly tastes like home. The room also thoughtfully provides complimentary disposable toilet seat covers, disposable slippers, hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo. It was a very pleasant stay, highly recommended! 👍"

The hotel's surroundings are truly beautiful, with lush trees, and it's conveniently located very close to Nanhu Park, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. The lobby is grand, the rooms are spacious, and it offers good value for money. However, compared to the exceptional warmth we experienced from the staff at Songyuan the day before, the Nanhu staff seemed a little indifferent. Throughout our stay, no bellhop ever offered to assist with our luggage, and we weren't greeted by any service personnel."

"I chose this hotel for the Changchun Air Show. It is good value for money. First of all, the hotel is very close to the air show. Secondly, the parking downstairs is convenient. There is also a warm and thoughtful hotel service. Every service staff is very polite and has questions. I don't tire of it. Secondly, the hotel was clean and tidy, and I took the children. I was very worried at first, but we checked out late the next day and saw the aunt cleaning the room, and the bed unit was replaced in time. Besides, the bathing place is very large, and the lady's bathing aunt is also very good. After watching the air show and the drone show, it is already 11 o'clock in the evening to take a bath, but the aunt is not annoying at all, and comforts me and tells me they are 24 hours. In short, this hotel gave me a very good stay experience. I will choose next time I go."
