"The room was great, and the hotel's location was excellent, close to both the subway and bus stops, making getting around super easy. As a southerner, it was my first time in the Northeast, and the heating was a bit much, but the front desk lady was really kind and showed me how to adjust the AC. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, and they were quick to refill the humidifier. We even got fruit when we checked in and extended our stay, and on ***** New Year's Eve, they offered free dumplings! It was my first time celebrating New Year away from home, and it felt so warm and welcoming."

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep even in a roadside room. The service details were impeccable; the front desk staff, especially a young lady, was warm and attentive, even offering complimentary breakfast for my child. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Check-in was efficient and swift, with a professional and friendly attitude, and they were always ready to assist. The gym and heated pool facilities are well-equipped, and I'd love to try them out next time. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Changchun again."

"Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The lady at the front desk upgraded our room, which was a lovely gesture and highly recommended. The hotel is just over 100 meters from the subway station, situated in a bustling area with stunning night views – though the windows were a bit dirty. The room itself was very comfortable with plenty of outlets, but only one was conveniently located. The others were quite far away, under the TV, making it very inconvenient for charging phones at night. The breakfast was affordable, the dining environment was comfortable, and the staff were very warm and helpful."

"first of all the room is ok, very good view, but you will see like the wall is like scrap or old glued. amenities is there. but what make me feel my safety is not insecure theres those kind of ADULT MASSAGE ADVERTISE PAPER stuck in between my door!! how can you like this kind of thing into a hotel? I travel to many parts of china this is my first time seeing this kind of stuff. I dont know is culture or not, but this is supposing to not appear in a hotel. And secondly, when i lock my door, the chain lock is not there, the in door lock is like shakey. than the toilet cover is sooo dirty luckily the second cover is clean. other than that, the view is very nice and the attitude of the worker there is good, sorry for not directly speaking to you guys about this. its my fault. Please do improve your hotel security . And i ask for a non smoking room, the first thing i enter the first room i was suppose to live, the smell of smoke is strong. than i ask to change to a second room, thank god is better. Thank you hotel receptionist. I appreciate it alot. Please do read what the customer ask for. I want a nonsmoking room. not a room i first entered smell of smoke everywhere. other than that everything is ok location good, bus station just infront of the hotel. 5mins walk to the rrt."

"Newly opened, the facilities are very new and clean. The breakfast is very rich, I really want to eat, but I don't have that big stomach, ha. The service is very good, the laundry room and the gym are together, just beside the breakfast room, very convenient. 1.35m The big bed is very comfortable to sleep in. The bad thing is the TV. The signal is not good at night. The stuck is very good. The problem of Jinjiang Group staying in is still a bit common. Good service, polite will say hello."

"For us the selling point was that the Shuili Business Hotel was in close proximity to the Changchun railway station as well as the Metro station. This allowed us easy transport access to the Puppet Manchurian Emperor’s Palace & the Changchun World Sculpture Park. We didn’t mind that the room was just big enough to swing a cat. Nor that the facilities weren’t in prime condition. It was enough that everything was clean & worked fine. And there was a lift to boot. For the price we paid it would have been churlish to nitpick. We were just so astonished that Changchun was so quiet & that there was no pedestrian street to speak of!"

"The location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a 70-meter walk from Exit A of Changchun Railway Station's subway, making it incredibly convenient for catching a train or arriving. The room was clean and spacious, with automatic curtains and a smart toilet adding a touch of luxury. The deep sleep mattress and pillows completely erased my travel fatigue, and the THANKYOU toiletries had a pleasant, soothing scent. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and they even offer free luggage storage. The free gym, self-service laundry room, and book bar in the common areas are super practical. Breakfast was a delightful mix of Chinese and Western options, rich in variety, nutritious, and delicious. Every detail here shows thoughtfulness. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Changchun!"
