Changchun Hotels with Pools

I stayed here during Chinese New Year. The front desk staff was very patient, showing us different room types and locations. They were also very flexible and quickly helped us find a suitable room. The hotel lobby is spacious with high ceilings, which made for a very comfortable first impression upon entering. I forgot to take photos at the hotel, so I'll just share some pictures I took while wandering around the area instead.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The moment I entered the lobby, I was captivated by its elegant and stylish decor; the environment was incredibly classy. The receptionist, Ms. Xu, was incredibly friendly and efficient, checking me in was quick and easy, with no waiting whatsoever. The room was spotless, making me feel very comfortable. The breakfast was a delightful surprise—a wide variety and a generous spread; I highly recommend it!

This was my first stay at this hotel, and as soon as I walked in, I was captivated by the grandeur of the lobby – very impressive. When I checked in, I had a lot of questions for the front desk attendant, and she answered them patiently. She even thoughtfully provided fruit and milk and added me on WeChat so she could respond promptly to any needs I might have. Overall, my stay was fantastic. The hotel rooms were very clean, definitely ensuring a fresh setup for each new guest, and the facilities were comprehensive. There's a gym and a swimming pool with a lifeguard, which is very convenient when you're with kids. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, even satisfying someone as picky as me. Plus, there's a self-service laundry room downstairs – truly everything you could need. Next time I'm in Changchun with my kids, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

The facilities are great, with smart appliances, a fridge, and a sterilizer cabinet all included. The resort shuttle is convenient for getting around, but it's also a pleasant walk. There's plenty for kids to do, like an indoor play area, outdoor slides, small animals, fishing, boating, photo ops, a swimming pool, and hot springs. The environment is fantastic, a natural 'oxygen bar' so to speak. Despite being outdoors, there were no mosquitoes inside, which shows they've done an excellent job with pest control. The service was impeccable. They responded quickly to all our requests, and even helped us find a lost hat. My family and I stayed for two days and it was incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.

The overall facilities and service are five-star, and the lobby lounge areas are very well maintained. It felt like there weren't many guests, so the breakfast buffet seemed a bit simple. The hot spring wasn't crowded, and the kids' play area (naughty castle) was quite spacious – perfect for relaxing and entertaining the little ones. We stayed for two nights, and when it was time to check out, my five-and-a-half-year-old son cried and didn't want to leave, saying he wanted to stay for another week. My daughter specifically asked me to extend a special thank you to the staff in the women's hot spring section. They took great care of my eight-year-old daughter while she was changing and showering alone, even helping her blow-dry her hair. Thank you! We hope to have the chance to stay here again when we return to Changchun.

The most impressive part of this stay was definitely the professional and thoughtful service from the front desk staff! From the moment I checked in, Wang Qiu patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. They even proactively helped me with my luggage and gave recommendations for local restaurants, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel at home. When I needed to print some documents late at night, they responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. A huge shout-out to the entire front desk team!

The New Century Grand Hotel is located across from the No. 54 tram, and the terminal is just a short walk to the mountain. It's a 5-star hotel with an excellent location, cleanliness, and service. 👍 I was traveling with my child, and the front desk upgraded me to a deluxe suite on the 11th floor. I've traveled to many cities and stayed in many hotels, but one that particularly impressed me was the Garden Hotel in Guangzhou, a Platinum Five-Star hotel where I stayed in a suite. A hallmark of a good hotel is excellent service and thoughtful consideration for guests. Breakfast is also very Northeastern-style, featuring dumplings with three fresh fillings, fried bean buns, corn tortillas, steamed potatoes, and steamed eggplant. You have to wait in line for the wonton stew. There's also a wide variety of breads. However, some items were sold out quickly, and the replacement process was a bit slow. I'd also like to thank Ctrip's customer service for their excellent service. I overbooked, and they even refunded the difference. Thank you.

The highlight of the room is that the fire safety is very good. I think Dandong, Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou should learn from Changchun in this regard. The geographical location is very convenient and the cost performance is higher.

The staff were overall very polite and hospitable during our stay. For instance, they helped fixed our room’s defective thermostat and promptly delivered us additional toiletries to our room by request. The breakfast area had a large selection of foods to choose from, allowing guests to customize their own plates to their liking. There was also a professional chef present to cook up additional dishes, such as fried eggs and noodles - both of which were excellently made. The room we were given, however, did not have a good ventilation system as there were multiple instances where the smell of cigarettes flooded into our room. Consequently, this forced us to open our window to air out the room. Our bathroom door also could not lock - let alone close at all. We hope that only our room was affected. With all said, our overall experience at this hotel was pleasant and we would recommend anyone visiting Changchun to come stay at this hotel.

A huge shoutout to Hehe from the front office at Sheraton Changchun Jingyuetan Hotel! His service was absolutely perfect, handling every single step flawlessly from check-in to check-out. When I checked in, he was not only efficient but also thoughtfully asked about my preferences and arranged a quiet, comfortable room for me. Throughout the entire process, he maintained a warm smile and a gentle tone, which made me feel incredibly relaxed. During my stay, I asked him for advice on local transportation and dining, and he provided incredibly practical and detailed recommendations, even helping me look up routes and opening hours. This proactive service mindset was truly impressive. What’s even more commendable is that he treated all guests equally, remaining patient and polite no matter how busy he was. This consistent professionalism is a rare find in the service industry. Hehe not only demonstrates strong professional skills but also a genuine sincerity and enthusiasm that added a wonderful human touch to my entire stay.
