Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.
The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.

11394285****The family room was absolutely fantastic, truly the biggest family room I've ever stayed in. It was incredibly spacious, and both the elderly and the children were very happy with it! The breakfast was also very rich and diverse. The location is excellent too; the Xinxingyuan Dumpling Restaurant is just 200 meters away, and there's a subway station nearby. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our stay, and we'll definitely book this hotel again next time we come to Changchun!

MM8821****I managed to get tickets for the Changchun Airshow, so I booked a hotel on Ctrip. To my surprise, I found out that IHG had just opened a new InterContinental Hotel in Changchun this year – the InterContinental Changchun Gaoxin. I immediately placed an order, but it was fully booked on the 18th and 19th. To stay at an InterContinental, I decided to extend my trip by a day.
My stay was incredibly comfortable. The decor is a new Chinese-style light luxury and minimalist design, and the cleanliness definitely met five-star standards. The highlight of the facilities was the Kohler smart sensor toilet – no need to lift the lid yourself!
Finally, let's talk about the service. Every staff member I interacted with greeted me with a smile and was eager to help. I especially want to commend Lobby Manager Wang Xue; her service was truly a 'five-star benchmark.' When she learned that we had specifically adjusted our airshow schedule to stay at the hotel, she not only proactively helped us confirm the transportation routes to the airshow venue but also thoughtfully prepared portable bottled water and a sunscreen reminder card.
This stay truly made me feel that 'InterContinental quality' isn't just about luxurious hardware; it's also about the warmth hidden within their service. Even having to wait an extra day to stay here was completely worth it. The next time I come to Changchun, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!

MM271884****I couldn't book a family room online. I booked a superior double room. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk changed me to a family room. The lady was really nice. It was big and clean. I was originally worried that the newly renovated room would have a smell. None. It’s very safe to live with children. The hotel has a laundry room and a free parking lot downstairs. You can order takeout robots for food delivery. There are a lot of places to eat around. The transportation is also very convenient. You can walk to Eurasia Mall for dinner. Then I walked to Wanda, which is very close to the mountains. Next time I go to Changchun, I will stay at this Hanting Hotel. It’s great!

3. The staff ( a tall guy ) who welcome us is very friendly and help us to carry our bag. We also ask him about our trip destination and direction. Overall the staff we meet during our stay is good and willing to ask us. They will attend very fast once we call them.

Renia at the front desk was warm and efficient. The room was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy and comfortable. CChenjinquanMy wife and I enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. Room is spacious, modern, clean and nicely equipped. MTR is just at the hotel doorway which makes in town travel extremely convenient. Breakfast food is plentiful. Staff are friendly, polite and forthcoming. Special thanks is given to Erik, the hotel’s room director. Despite his busy schedule, he always spares time to stay in the reception area to meet hotel guests. He is very helpful and resourceful, always stand ready to offer help and even travel advice. We told him our room was a bit hot due to the heated air conditioning and before long, he solved our problem by arranging one of our small windows to open for fresh air. We said we would take high speed train to leave the city at 2:30pm 2 days after and he immediately offered to extend our checkout time to 1pm. He also advised us to take MTR to go to the high speed train station instead of taking a taxi. We took his advice when checked out and the trip really turned out to be more convenient and faster.

There were weddings held during the Mid-Autumn Festival when I stayed there. Happy. There is also a German Oktoberfest on the 20th, which looks quite authentic, and the restaurant environment also has a bit of a Russian-German feel.
