We are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out to Tingting at the front desk for this stay! When I arrived to check in, Tingting was incredibly warm and polite throughout the entire process. She handled everything efficiently and smoothly, so there was no long wait. She was patient and detailed in her communication, proactively informing me about breakfast times, elevator locations, and important notes about room facilities. She even thoughtfully recommended local transportation and dining spots. Later on, when I had some questions, she answered them promptly and kindly, always maintaining a gentle and patient demeanor. Her service was truly heartfelt. Unlike typical mechanical greetings, she was genuinely sincere and attentive to every detail, showing a very high level of professionalism. Excellent front desk service is the face of any hotel, and Tingting's thoughtful and attentive service significantly enhanced my stay. I'm so grateful for her dedicated hospitality; it made my trip feel incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, and if you're lucky enough to be assisted by Tingting during your visit, you're guaranteed to have a wonderful experience. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

This hotel is really great! I was so surprised they even offer travel photography – I didn't expect that at all. I was in a rush and not exactly a young girl anymore, so I didn't try it this time. But if I have more time next time, I definitely want to give it a go, especially since you get 9 free shots! The voco hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the beautiful retro red and black design. Both the lobby and the corridors are super photogenic. The room was clean and luxurious, the bedding was incredibly soft, and the floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much natural light. The ambiance is just perfect, making it ideal for a romantic getaway. Hailey Zhang, the receptionist, was so kind and thoughtful, she even upgraded our room type. The breakfast was exquisite, and the hotel's location is fantastic – very close to Jingyuetan, Wanda Plaza, and Siji Nanhe. It's super convenient to come back and relax after a day of sightseeing. They even have a thoughtful late-night snack service from 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

I stayed here during Chinese New Year. The front desk staff was very patient, showing us different room types and locations. They were also very flexible and quickly helped us find a suitable room. The hotel lobby is spacious with high ceilings, which made for a very comfortable first impression upon entering. I forgot to take photos at the hotel, so I'll just share some pictures I took while wandering around the area instead.

The stay was quite good; the hotel's location is very convenient for getting around the surrounding area. The room was very clean, with good natural light and ventilation. The bed was a good balance of firmness and softness, and the soundproofing was decent. Xiao Jiang at the front desk was efficient and attentive during check-in, responding quickly to any needs. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable.

The location is extremely convenient, making travel easy and efficient. Sun Shuo at the front desk was warm, attentive, and meticulous, making the guest feel very welcome. The room was spotless and tidy, with attention to detail throughout, resulting in a fantastic stay and making it a highly recommended choice!

The most impressive part of this stay was definitely the professional and thoughtful service from the front desk staff! From the moment I checked in, Wang Qiu patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. They even proactively helped me with my luggage and gave recommendations for local restaurants, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel at home. When I needed to print some documents late at night, they responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. A huge shout-out to the entire front desk team!

The New Century Grand Hotel is located across from the No. 54 tram, and the terminal is just a short walk to the mountain. It's a 5-star hotel with an excellent location, cleanliness, and service. 👍 I was traveling with my child, and the front desk upgraded me to a deluxe suite on the 11th floor. I've traveled to many cities and stayed in many hotels, but one that particularly impressed me was the Garden Hotel in Guangzhou, a Platinum Five-Star hotel where I stayed in a suite. A hallmark of a good hotel is excellent service and thoughtful consideration for guests. Breakfast is also very Northeastern-style, featuring dumplings with three fresh fillings, fried bean buns, corn tortillas, steamed potatoes, and steamed eggplant. You have to wait in line for the wonton stew. There's also a wide variety of breads. However, some items were sold out quickly, and the replacement process was a bit slow. I'd also like to thank Ctrip's customer service for their excellent service. I overbooked, and they even refunded the difference. Thank you.

When I checked in, he was not only efficient but also thoughtfully asked about my preferences and arranged a quiet, comfortable room for me. Throughout the entire process, he maintained a warm smile and a gentle tone, which made me feel incredibly relaxed. During my stay, I asked him for advice on local transportation and dining, and he provided incredibly practical and detailed recommendations, even helping me look up routes and opening hours. This proactive service mindset was truly impressive. What’s even more commendable is that he treated all guests equally, remaining patient and polite no matter how busy he was. This consistent professionalism is a rare find in the service industry. Hehe not only demonstrates strong professional skills but also a genuine sincerity and enthusiasm that added a wonderful human touch to my entire stay. The hotel has convenient transportation and is easy to travel. The breakfast is nutritious and the room is clean and tidy. The front desk lady Wang Luyao has a good service attitude and is very responsible in checking in. My friends are very satisfied with their stay.
