Guoxin Nanshan is our top choice for a weekend getaway in Changchun! The room was comfortable and spotless, and they even thoughtfully provided bedtime milk before we slept – so many warm, thoughtful touches everywhere. The front desk lady was super gentle and sweet, and she even gave my daughter a lovely little toy. Right downstairs is a huge water park with clean, well-maintained water. We could float on the lazy river, go down slides, and soak in various therapeutic hot springs. Playing in the water truly washes away all fatigue. The experience was absolutely fantastic, totally worth the trip. We'll definitely be back!

We are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

I booked the hotel as an alternative to other 5-star hotels in the city. The check-in went smoothly. The staff was friendly but the service was a bit pushy for me. The hotel is in prime location with a wonderful view of the river that could be enjoyed through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Sadly, I could not appreciate it as the windows were quite dirty (I could barely see anything). I ended up taking a walk along the river which I did not regret. The bathtub was a bit outdated (mildly put). My second day, I ordered breakfast yet the room service was VERY slow. I anticipated something more client-oriented, modernized, clean, and swift from a 5-star hotel. I enjoyed my stay nevertheless but next time would consider other options.

This hotel is really great! I was so surprised they even offer travel photography – I didn't expect that at all. I was in a rush and not exactly a young girl anymore, so I didn't try it this time. But if I have more time next time, I definitely want to give it a go, especially since you get 9 free shots! The voco hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the beautiful retro red and black design. Both the lobby and the corridors are super photogenic. The room was clean and luxurious, the bedding was incredibly soft, and the floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much natural light. The ambiance is just perfect, making it ideal for a romantic getaway. Hailey Zhang, the receptionist, was so kind and thoughtful, she even upgraded our room type. The breakfast was exquisite, and the hotel's location is fantastic – very close to Jingyuetan, Wanda Plaza, and Siji Nanhe. It's super convenient to come back and relax after a day of sightseeing. They even have a thoughtful late-night snack service from 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

I returned to Changchun two years later and booked the same Oriental Yuehua Hotel. As always, the experience was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Front desk agent Qi Yu was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient, even offering a room upgrade. The breakfast was plentiful, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious! I'll definitely stay at Oriental Yuehua again next time I'm in Changchun!

What impressed me most about this stay was the service of the hotel. The hotel is close to the West Ring Road subway station, and the travel is very calm and there is no need to worry about rushing. Pushing open the door, a faint fragrance came, the room was clean as if no one had lived, the sun was sprinkled on the soft carpet through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which made people relax instantly. At breakfast time, I sat by the window, eating a hot breakfast, drinking a strong coffee, and my heart was full of comfort. Xu Wei, the waiter at the front desk, always smiled and spoke softly, making people feel like spring breeze. This is not only a resting place on the journey, but also a warm home. I frequently stay at the Sheraton Gaoxin, and this time I came with friends for the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. The room was clean; I had asked the staff to air it out for me in advance, so it felt very comfortable when I walked in. Even though the weather was often rainy, I was still in a great mood. I really love the lighting in the lobby; I always want to take photos whenever I visit. Service: All the staff are excellent. I even bothered them to bring up my late-night takeout order – really appreciate their hard work! Environment: Great, and it smells good! Facilities: Perfect

The most impressive part of this stay was definitely the professional and thoughtful service from the front desk staff! From the moment I checked in, Wang Qiu patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. They even proactively helped me with my luggage and gave recommendations for local restaurants, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel at home. When I needed to print some documents late at night, they responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. A huge shout-out to the entire front desk team!

This is an older five-star international hotel in the Jingyue area. Its location is excellent, but the facilities are showing their age, creating a noticeable contrast. The location and surroundings are unbeatable, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the hotel has strong reception capabilities with relatively comprehensive amenities. There's no robot delivery for food, so you have to pick it up from the lobby yourself. The breakfast is decent, though some of the hot dishes were a bit salty!
