"The hotel is conveniently located in Changchun city center, right by People's Square and next to Zhuozhan Luxury Shopping Mall, making the surrounding area quite bustling. It's a long-standing 5-star hotel, and I've stayed here multiple times when visiting Changchun. The front desk staff are exceptionally attentive and welcoming. A special thank you to them for the complimentary room upgrade! Both the public areas and our room were quite clean and tidy. Breakfast quality control needs strengthening. While there was a wide variety of options, none felt particularly refined, and the taste of most dishes was quite average, though the stewed sauerkraut was delicious. The doorman service also requires improvement. Staff were observed chatting amongst themselves, and there was no proactive door-opening service upon arrival, nor any basic welcoming greetings."

We reach at 10.30pm, by the time get room key and wanna enjoy the free porridge, the staff said the time is over, just 5min pass 11pm. Room was ok, though it was a corner room, and my booking though mentioned is 8th to 9th floor, I received a 7th floor room instead. Surrounding the hotel is few wholesale building of fashion, nails, etc. which is good for shopping."

"The Atour Hotel boasts a great ambiance and excellent hygiene. Despite sharing a building with other hotels, it has its own dedicated elevators. My pre-booked city-view king room offered fantastic views and superb facilities, which I was very satisfied with. The congee served in the evening was also quite delicious. Upon check-in, the front desk mentioned my original room required a wait and offered an upgrade. I accepted, only to find the upgraded room was far inferior to what I had originally booked. After discussing the issue, they switched me back to my original room for the two nights. Additionally, the door lock needed a manual push to close properly. I noticed from other reviews that this seems to be a common issue, and I hope they can improve it. I'd definitely choose Atour again!"

"For friends who are going to Changchun to catch an early flight, this All Seasons Hotel is really recommended. We stayed in the city for three days. Because we bought an early flight, we booked All Seasons Hotel on the last night. We took a taxi after dinner in the city. The two girls at the front desk were very warm and helped us upgrade to an executive twin room for free. After checking in, they will follow up on the check-in experience in time, which is very professional and considerate. The hotel has a 24-hour airport shuttle bus. When checking in, tell the front desk the departure time, and they will help arrange the most suitable airport drop-off time, which is very convenient. The room is very tidy and not hastily cleaned because it is near the airport, which is excellent. The driver of the shuttle bus will take the initiative to help put the luggage in the car trunk, and the service attitude is very good. Five-star praise! I will choose this hotel for transit when I go to Changchun again in the future."

GGuest UserIt was a perfect choice, and the trip was worth it! I'll definitely be back! Facilities: A small space, yet everything is included. The compact and well-designed design creates a wonderful sense of space. The room features a neo-Chinese style, with a particularly large bathroom, a separate toilet and shower room, and a dedicated dressing room and shoe changing area. The two single beds are both 1.35 meters wide, a generous size. The sofa, coffee table, and bar are very user-friendly. The coffee machine is excellent, and the complimentary drinks are very comprehensive! (The only minor drawback: the bathtub is small, which isn't ideal for taller people. I'm not sure if it's just the small size of this room type, or if it's just the small size in general.) Cleanliness: Excellent, with clean windows and comfortable bedding. Environment: Located 4-5 kilometers from the city center, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Service: We felt right at home. On our check-in day, Manager Cui from the PR department called to inquire about our check-in time and needs. She provided attentive guidance throughout the entire stay. I'd say few hotels in China offer this level of service.

LLoud_SpeakerPros: - Great location with access to many small convenience stores and restaurants around - Hotel is housed within one of the highest building in Changchun - Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb - Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city - Room size was big despite having a small window space - Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries) - About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54 Cons: - Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area - Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep - To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets Overall (Summary) - Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Cheers

NNixNaxI stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it. Notes: When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free. The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha). Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice. We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast. There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!! The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area. All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

KKerstin KaehlerThis was our second stay in three days - both times because of the nearness to Changchun Railway Station - and again we enjoyed the excellent service (even if your phone runs out of battery, there’s a two day weather forecast on your desk together with water and snacks, s. photo), classic Chinese hard mattresses and pillows (good for our backs) and the history exhibits that remind guests of the fact this hotel was first opened in 1909 in this very building. This time, we did have time for their extensive breakfast buffet and it is indeed extensive: salad, various types of eggs, oats, fruit, cakes, Chinese dumplings, Chinese porridge (the local “hei mi” black rice is lovely), fried noodles, rice, steamed veggies and buns, toast, jam, various Chinese hot dishes, freshly made noodles, ….you get the idea. The only regret we had: they have a coffee machine - for instant coffee…. Lots of lovely teas, but only instant coffee, alas. You can’t beat their price, either: RMB 304 for a twin bedroom including two breakfasts and two vouchers for afternoon tea.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, she greeted me with a warm attitude. When checking in, she was not only skillful and quick, but also introduced the hotel's facilities to me in a very detailed manner. She smiled brightly throughout the whole process, making people feel particularly warm and friendly. The room was impeccable, spotless, and cleaned very carefully. The soft and comfortable bedding, coupled with the quiet environment, allowed me to sleep peacefully every night. When checking out, she also carefully reminded me of the weather conditions of the day, which was very considerate. From check-in to departure, every detail made people feel comfortable. I strongly recommend this treasure hotel. Next time I come to Changchun, this must be my first choice! 👍

CChenjinquanMy wife and I enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. Room is spacious, modern, clean and nicely equipped. MTR is just at the hotel doorway which makes in town travel extremely convenient. Breakfast food is plentiful. Staff are friendly, polite and forthcoming. Special thanks is given to Erik, the hotel’s room director. Despite his busy schedule, he always spares time to stay in the reception area to meet hotel guests. He is very helpful and resourceful, always stand ready to offer help and even travel advice. We told him our room was a bit hot due to the heated air conditioning and before long, he solved our problem by arranging one of our small windows to open for fresh air. We said we would take high speed train to leave the city at 2:30pm 2 days after and he immediately offered to extend our checkout time to 1pm. He also advised us to take MTR to go to the high speed train station instead of taking a taxi. We took his advice when checked out and the trip really turned out to be more convenient and faster.
