"one of the BEST hotels I've stayed at. it was spotlessly clean and the room and bathroom were both so spacious. the staff were really nice and there is a good laundry service too. it's really easy to get to the train station by public transport (bus) and easy to get to other places in Changchun in general. there's also a lovely bakery in the hotel that does delicious buns and sweet breads - it was my breakfast every day :)"

"I stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it. Notes: When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free. The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha). Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice. We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast. There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!! The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area. All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency."

The parking lot has two underground floors. It is very convenient. A very good experience."

"I came here for the historical old building, and booked a slightly more expensive VIP building. When I arrived at the door, I saw that the welcoming building was an old building. The hotel lobby manager helped me carry the suitcase, the handsome guy at the front desk of the welcoming building (I forgot his name) assisted me in adjusting, and the girl and the housekeeping accompanied me to see the room. They were very warm and enthusiastic, and the floor and room were all for us. The waiters here are good in all positions. In addition to being enthusiastic, they are also very patient. There are some historical relics that need to be photographed. At night, waiter 003 even turned on the exhibition lights for me to take pictures. The next day, I had to go back to the VIP building I booked. The little sister 023 at the front desk of the VIP building opened a room for me to see the difference and whether I was satisfied. The housekeeping departments of the two buildings, different sisters were also warm, one told me the difference between the rooms, especially the problems I didn’t notice, and one found the most distinctive morning market nearby for me. I wanted to eat pork elbows, and the lobby manager recommended the nearest century-old store Zhen Bu Tong, and even called to ask if there were any pork elbows and how they were made... I was so moved It’s like home, so to speak. When I returned to the hotel after going out, it was particularly heartwarming to see the bed made at night."
