The breakfast truly understands the needs of business travelers, starting as early as 5:30 AM. They also offer grab-and-go yogurt and fruit, ensuring you can still have a substantial meal even if you're rushing to an early meeting. Upon checkout, the front desk staff noticed I was carrying a document bag and proactively offered to check my invoice details. This level of attention to detail was impeccable, making me want to return to this hotel for my next business trip."

It is very close to Youshan Wuyue Plaza. There are many delicious restaurants nearby and the transportation is convenient. It is very comfortable to stay and I will come again"

"What a nice experience! Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and most of the staff spoke english to us , which is fantastic! Check in and Check out was smooth and very fast! I was fascinated by the interior design, our room was clean and top class! Just as I thought it couldn’t get better we went to the breakfast buffet … omw 😱😱 AMAZING ! What I loved about it was the variety of foods and the fact that they cater for foreigners ! The dinner buffet was also AMAZING! I will definitely visit them again!"

"This time, I visited Changchun and chose this hotel, drawn by the renowned Changbai Mountain. During check-in, the staff on duty were incredibly warm and generous; they directly upgraded my booking of one standard room night and one executive room night to two nights in an executive room. I was very impressed by this. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning was very responsive and worked perfectly. The room was also quiet, and the bedding was excellent, allowing me to rest very comfortably. The breakfast environment, variety, and quality were all commendable. The millet porridge was piping hot, and the chicken sausage tasted delicious. Overall, the breakfast experience was very enjoyable. Upon check-out, Duty Manager Li Yang warmly greeted me, inquired about my stay, and even escorted me to the door. The hotel's warm and attentive service, as grand and impressive as Changbai Mountain itself, left a wonderful impression. The hotel's location is also excellent; Nanhu Park, a large urban forest park, is just a short distance away, making it a fantastic accommodation option for tourists visiting Changchun."

"Treasure Hotel! Sound insulation is absolutely perfect! After closing the window, the outside noise, the sound next door is all blocked, and the sleep is zero interference. Health is awesome! The bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom is white and stainless, and the towel bathrobe is fluffy and soft. The projection screen hides the ceiling, and the 100-inch large screen is dropped with one click, and the film and television resources are complete; Xiaodu smart housekeeper is super intimate, voice temperature control, weather check, recommended food, lazy gospel. The room is warm and cured, and I want to come again after staying."

"We stayed for three consecutive nights in a deluxe twin room. The room was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering an expansive view and excellent soundproofing. The hotel staff were exceptional; from the warm and attentive front desk reception to the helpful doormen, elevator attendants, and the diligent housekeeping team (who cleaned our room daily), everyone provided excellent service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Yitong River while dining. Dining for other meals was also convenient; the Chinese restaurant on the second floor served great food with good service, and the Riverside Craft Brewery on the first floor was a fantastic spot for BBQ, beer, and live music. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a variety of welcome fruits delivered to our room daily. The hotel's location is superb, just over 100 meters from Haikou Road Station on Metro Line 4 and nestled right by the Yitong River. Stepping out, you're immediately on a scenic riverside cycling and walking path, perfect for morning or evening strolls, and for enjoying the spectacular Yitong River light show at night. Overall, it was an incredibly satisfying stay. A well-deserved five-star rating!"

"The hotel environment is very good. There is a light aromatherapy smell as soon as you enter the lobby. The room is very clean and the mattress is very comfortable. There are many varieties of breakfast, including special corn noodles. The service staff is warm and friendly. It is very convenient to be close to the West Station. It is also convenient to eat and go shopping next to Wanda Plaza. The service staff in the store are very enthusiastic. They also gave me a small gift before leaving. "I chose this hotel for its location, just a few minutes south of Changchun Station. The decor has the sense of slightly faded grandeur, but that is part of the charm sometimes, right? All facilities and breakfast were fine for this price point. The main selling point is proximity to the train station."

"Facilities: Well-equipped, though they provided disposable bar soap on the sink instead of liquid hand soap. Hygiene: Acceptable, at a normal standard. Environment: The underground parking was quite convenient. Service: I very, very rarely leave negative reviews. In fact, on the night of check-in, the Guest Service Manager (GSM) even upgraded my room type, so I was initially planning to give a positive review. Around 10 PM on the night of check-in, there were no fresh welcome fruits left. It was agreed they would be delivered the next day around noon, and I explicitly informed them I would check out around 12 PM. The next day, just after 11 AM, someone rang the doorbell. As I was still in a deep sleep, it took me a moment to react when I heard it. I thought it might be the fruit delivery and intended to get out of bed to open the door. I had just gotten out of bed and needed to put on some clothes, so I told the person outside to wait a moment. Before I could even grab my clothes, the staff member opened the door and walked in themselves. Imagine the absolute shock and violation a woman feels standing half-dressed at her door, only to find her room door suddenly opened without permission! To make matters worse, it wasn't even the agreed-upon fruit delivery. Instead, they asked if I had any clothes for laundry. Is this such an urgent matter that you need to intrude into a guest's room without permission while they are resting? I can't conceive of any reasonable justification for this, short of a guest collapsing inside the room. The initial explanation I received was that housekeeping collects laundry from rooms in the morning. Shouldn't collecting laundry also require asking guests beforehand? If I didn't want the fruit and wanted to sleep until 2 PM, would I still be expected to specifically open the door for you in the morning to facilitate laundry collection? What if I hadn't opened the door? Wouldn't you have just entered directly anyway? I pay to rest and enjoy the service, not to be forced to comply with your so-called rule of 'we must enter your room at noon to collect your laundry, regardless of whether you are sleeping, showering, or dressed.' For a woman staying in a hotel, having her privacy invaded is certainly not a minor issue that can be resolved by merely offering some food and drinks."
