This level of attention to detail was impeccable, making me want to return to this hotel for my next business trip."

"My stay at the Echarm Hotel Changchun FAW branch had its ups and downs. The most immediate positive was the spacious room – plenty of space for luggage and moving around, which made for a very comfortable and un-cramped experience. However, there were a few minor drawbacks: firstly, no conditioner was provided in the room, which was inconvenient for guests who need it for hair care. Secondly, the air conditioning emitted a noticeable odor when turned on, affecting air quality and overall comfort. Thirdly, the breakfast selection was quite limited, not catering to diverse dietary needs. On the positive side, the hotel's attention to service and post-stay follow-up was commendable. After checking out, the hotel proactively called to ask about my stay and suggestions for improvement, showing a genuine commitment to guest feedback. Moreover, I accidentally left my charger in the room, and the staff promptly contacted me, located it, and assisted with mailing it back. Their efficient and responsible service genuinely resolved my issue. If the hotel can address the AC odor, breakfast variety, and conditioner availability, the overall experience would be significantly improved. I would still consider staying here again on my next visit to the Changchun FAW area."

"During the air show in Changchun, it was impossible to find a hotel room with a good location. I found Changbaishan Hotel on Ctrip, and since it was very close to Xinmin Street, where we were heading, and had convenient on-site parking, I booked a twin room. Upon checking in, the front desk quickly upgraded our room type and thoughtfully gave us a Changchun-themed fridge magnet and drink vouchers. The room's decor was a very elegant green, the space was large, the bedding and toiletries were all of high quality, and the cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was abundant and satisfying. It's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel to the recently popular Xinmin Street, and you can also explore the Guilin and Hongqi commercial districts along the way, which have a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and snacks. Nanhu Park is also not far, offering beautiful scenery. All in all, for a trip to Changchun, choosing this hotel offers really good value for money."

"We stayed for three consecutive nights in a deluxe twin room. The room was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering an expansive view and excellent soundproofing. The hotel staff were exceptional; from the warm and attentive front desk reception to the helpful doormen, elevator attendants, and the diligent housekeeping team (who cleaned our room daily), everyone provided excellent service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Yitong River while dining. Dining for other meals was also convenient; the Chinese restaurant on the second floor served great food with good service, and the Riverside Craft Brewery on the first floor was a fantastic spot for BBQ, beer, and live music. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a variety of welcome fruits delivered to our room daily. The hotel's location is superb, just over 100 meters from Haikou Road Station on Metro Line 4 and nestled right by the Yitong River. Stepping out, you're immediately on a scenic riverside cycling and walking path, perfect for morning or evening strolls, and for enjoying the spectacular Yitong River light show at night. Overall, it was an incredibly satisfying stay. A well-deserved five-star rating!"

"We stayed for two nights in Changchun to see the air show with our kids, and overall, we were quite satisfied. Due to the air show, hotel prices in Changchun had gone up significantly. I booked an executive twin room without breakfast for just under 1000 yuan per night. The room size was decent; the executive room felt spacious enough. The cleanliness was also good, with hardly any missed spots. The twin beds were a bit narrow, I'd say about 1.2 meters each. The room facilities were pretty complete, but there was no mini-fridge in the room, which was a first for me. If you bought anything that needed refrigeration, you had to take it to the front desk fridge on the first floor, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel service was excellent. Everyone from the front desk staff to the cleaning ladies was very warm, thoughtful, and polite, always willing to help. The robot delivery for food to the room was also very convenient. The hotel's location is fantastic, right near People's Square. To get to the air show, you could take bus 79 directly from People's Square, so transportation was extremely convenient. There are also many famous Changchun restaurants within walking distance of the hotel; we tried several and I have to say, the food in Changchun is really good. Across the street there's a Wanda Plaza, but only the cinema on the fourth floor was open, everything else was under renovation, so there wasn't much to browse. However, there's a convenience store downstairs, which was very handy for buying things. Overall, it was a very good stay!"

"The room was OK, I was upgraded for free, the room was clean and hygienic, the pillow was too high, the bed sheet was made of very slippery material, very thin, not pure cotton, and it made noises when I turned over.
