Hampton by Hilton Changchun Cultural Plaza

The hotel is located in the old town, so the facilities and environment are a bit limited. The most frustrating part is the lack of nearby dining options; you have to walk quite a distance to find a restaurant, which is very inconvenient. On the plus side, there's a plaza right across from the hotel, perfect for a stroll or some exercise.

1. I arrived at the hotel around noon, and the front desk informed me that my room wasn't ready yet. So, I left my luggage and went out to explore. I returned around 7 PM to check in. After a long wait of over ten minutes, it was finally my turn. When they scanned my ID, it showed I had already checked in. I told them my luggage was still at the front desk, so how could I have checked in? The staff seemed inexperienced, and the check-in process was very inefficient. 2. In the bathroom, only a few holes in the showerhead were working, indicating that the facilities are not well-maintained. 3. The hotel advertises 159 rooms, but only has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. By 6 AM, there's already a queue at the laundry room, making it very difficult to get a turn. I eventually managed to wash my clothes but had to check out before I could use a dryer. The facilities are insufficient, and it negatively impacted my experience. The gym also has very limited equipment.

Traveling to Changchun with my family, and this hotel stay was absolutely perfect! The front desk staff, Tongtong, was incredibly warm and welcoming, and checked us in very efficiently. She even upgraded us to a more spacious room, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the city center, making it super easy to get around. All the major shopping areas and tourist attractions are very close by. Our room was spotlessly clean and had no strange odors, and we had a very peaceful night's sleep. It's ideal for both shopping trips and sightseeing. I highly recommend it, especially for groups of female travelers.

The hotel is located next to Cultural Plaza and close to Metro Line 2, making transportation quite convenient. There are also many historical buildings nearby. However, the hotel breakfast is much worse compared to other Hampton Inns, lacking local specialties, and the service isn't great either. Hope they can improve.

The hotel is conveniently located near Culture Square subway station, making it easy to enjoy a city walk along Xinmin Street and admire the historic buildings! The hotel's decor is typical Hampton style – clean and tidy! The staff are very welcoming, and a special thank you to Tina for helping with the late check-out, much appreciated! 👍 It would be even more perfect if the soundproofing in the rooms was better.

Facilities: Decent, pretty good. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: Good, comfortable stay. Service: Very responsive. I stayed for three consecutive days. On the second day, they promptly accommodated my request to change rooms, which was great. The breakfast selection was extensive.
