"This is a really good hotel. I arrived in Budapest from the Czech Republic and took a bus to get here. The reception staff were incredibly friendly. When I asked about the Budapest public transport app, they gave me a thorough explanation. They were so kind. The room was clean and comfortable. I was so impressed that my room had a separate toilet and bathroom! There was even a bathtub, so I could finally enjoy a good soak. The hotel's location was convenient for getting anywhere by bus or tram. I could also easily get to that hill with the amazing night view (I forgot its name) by bus. The night view of Budapest truly blew me away. Breakfast was delicious. There was a wide selection of ham and cheese. They even had miso soup, and I thought it was better than what you'd find in a Japanese hotel! Going early meant it wasn't crowded, which was nice. The price was affordable, and I'm really glad I stayed here. I will definitely stay again next time!!!"

"First, about the initial issue: My travel plans were suddenly delayed, and even though I was abroad, contacting Trip.com's customer service was very easy. After explaining the situation, the customer service representative was very enthusiastic and said they would handle it immediately, also informing me of the next steps. Before my trip, I checked the SMS and contacted customer service again to confirm that the check-in date had been successfully changed (the representative said the original check-in time couldn't be modified, but confirmed that the hotel had successfully updated the new check-in date). I am very grateful for this! Next, about my arrival at the hotel: There was a slight hiccup during check-in, as we were told we had passed the check-in time. After some explanation on our part, they conducted a lengthy search, but fortunately, we were able to check in successfully. They also mentioned that if Trip.com could send another confirmation letter for the changed date, it would make the check-in process even smoother and faster. I am deeply thankful for this! Finally, regarding the hotel itself: It was clean and tidy, not far from the train station, making transportation very convenient. I would choose to stay here again next time! I always try to write thorough reviews now, hoping to help others a little! I hope to be a person who can spread warmth in the future!"
