GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and truly an outstanding experience from start to finish, The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful We stayed there during my husband birthday and when we returned to our room ,we found a beautifully chilled bottle of champagne waiting for us!!! along with a personalized birthday card from the General Manager. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made the celebration extra special. The hotel attention to detail and committed to guest satisfaction are truly impressive!!!! We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfort and memorable stay,

JJune Yoon YiFrom this hotel, It is only a 10-minute walk from the train station connecting Warsaw and Prague, and it is also within walking distance of the city's tourist attractions. It is not far from the central station that connects to Vienna. This hotel is kept luxurious for a five-star hotel, but I couldn't believe that fruits in the breakfast buffet were only apples during my stay. However, this was the only hotel that gave a bottle of champagne as a welcome drink in my travel.

GGuest UserCtrip's hotel advertising cover is misleading! The picture on the left gives the impression that the hotel room offers a view of the Ferris wheel and Buda Castle (a stunning night view). However, when checking in, the front desk clerk told us that no rooms at this hotel offer a view of Buda Castle, only city views. The room was non-refundable after booking, and we repeatedly negotiated with the hotel, but they still wouldn't allow us to refund. So, a warning to future guests: if you're looking to see the Danube River and Buda Castle illuminated at night, don't book this hotel! We also hope Ctrip can improve and refrain from misleading tourists!

GGuest UserBeautiful luxury hotel. Very modern in the inside, everything is very tasteful. Nice old classical building, newly renovated. Our loft room had a nice view, huge window. We will stay there again! The service was impeccable.

EeyeofthetravellerI highly recommend the Stories Hotel in Budapest! When I first reserved it, I didn’t realize it shared the space with the beautiful TwentySix restaurant, which later was a big plus! I was travelling with my parents and what I liked was that the room we stayed in offered the space for 3 people! That was something I could not find in other hotels in the city. We really enjoyed the cool aesthetics of the hotel, and with our purchase, the breakfast at TwentySix was included in the price, which was kind and also the breakfast is very delicious! One minor thing was, we had arrived a bit early before check in and had hoped to check into our room earlier, but that wasn’t possible, which is understandable. The next day as we were on a tour for the majority of the morning and afternoon, we had come back to our room to rest and relax a bit, but the room was not cleaned, to the point we just asked for clean towels instead. Apart from those minor things, I would stay there again! Another plus, it was close to a lot of places for visit! 🤗

AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional, from the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, through check-in, and all the way to check-out and luggage handling. Every service was polite and attentive. The hotel breakfast was quite rich, with à la carte options, and the fruit was delicious. The room size was quite large for European standards, and housekeeping was prompt and thorough. The only minor drawback was that the shower facilities in the room were a bit old-fashioned and the drainage wasn't great.

MM17090****The hotel is brand new with excellent facilities; it was definitely the most comfortable two nights we had during our entire trip to Europe. The location is perfect, right across from the opera house, and there's an M1 metro station right outside, making it super easy to connect to all kinds of public transportation. The reception staff were very friendly; we had a nice long chat during check-in. All in all, highly recommended.

GGuest UserBefore my trip, I spent ages looking for accommodation in Budapest, constantly debating whether to stay in Buda or Pest. I finally decided on the Marriott in the Pest district, and it truly was the perfect choice! ✔️✔️✔️ 🤩 Most of the main tourist attractions are in the Pest area. From the Marriott, it's super close to St. Stephen's Basilica, the Parliament Building, Liberty Bridge, and the Central Market. You can actually walk to most of them, but if you're feeling tired, you can buy a 24-hour travel pass. (A quick heads-up: I tried to buy a 24-hour group pass but found out after confirming multiple times that they only offer single passes now). Usually, it's just a two-stop ride, which saves a lot of energy! 🤩 August, the height of summer, was incredibly hot! After visiting an attraction or two, the heat would become unbearable. It was great to be able to pop back to the hotel to rest and cool down whenever needed 😊 🤩 We were incredibly lucky! Our flight landed in Budapest at 6 AM that day, and we reached the hotel just after 7 AM. I had planned to try my luck asking for an early check-in. The gentleman at the front desk was very humorous, saying, 'Our usual check-in time is 3 PM, so arriving at 7 AM is a 'super early check-in'!' Nevertheless, he managed to find us an available room, and we were settled in before 8 AM, which allowed us to freshen up immediately. After exploring for a bit in the morning, having lunch, and then a good two-hour nap, we were re-energized and ready to head out again around 3 PM 😊 🤩 The Marriott is incredibly well-located! It's a mere 3-minute walk to the famous 'Comme Chez Soi' restaurant, 5 minutes to Red Pepper, and 5 minutes to Boat Dock 10. The M2 metro station is just a 2-minute walk away. We also stumbled upon VigVarju Restaurant, which is only 2 minutes on foot (it has a great ambiance, delicious food, is more affordable than the popular/trendy spots, and doesn't require a reservation – highly recommend!). Everything is essentially within a five-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient ✌ 🌹🌹🌹 Because the gentleman (at the front desk) allowed me such an early check-in, I promised him I'd write a 'super good comment'🤩. Seriously, you definitely won't regret staying here! 😁

GGuest UserIt is very close to the Parliament Building and the Chain Bridge is within walking distance. In the evening, you can go to the Danube River to enjoy the pink sunset. The hotel is elegantly decorated and the room size is larger than expected. The downside is that although the hotel provides taxi service, there is no reminder that the taxi service fee will be charged

YYUANDANIn the center of the apartment, the first time to go to the location to find a little trouble, are single-line, there are not many parking spaces on the road, the hotel's parking lot has to circle, knowing that it is quite convenient. Breakfast is okay, the place is a bit small and there have been a lot of people. It rains a day, the outdoor seat can't sit, and you can only stand and wait.
