GGuest UserBefore I went there, I asked a few friends. They all recommended the Hilton in Fisherman's Bastion. But after doing some research, I felt that the facilities were old and it seemed that I could only take photos. I had a purpose for this trip, which was to experience the glory of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. So I wanted to stay in the castle and finally decided on Hyatt's Choice, which is as famous as Paris Coffee and New York Coffee. (I will write another article about this later. First of all, the lobby is really gorgeous. I asked the front desk and they said that this place used to be a shopping mall with a history of 100 years. Then the facilities in his room are very new. P3~7 is the room and 8~9 is the view outside the window. I really think I booked this location very well. And the transportation is also very convenient. You can walk to eat and drink. Finally, I remind everyone that if you go there, you can walk up the stairs. Because the floor height is not very high, but the stairs are really beautiful. It should be as photogenic as Hilton.

GGuest UserFirst and foremost, the service is the best I've encountered in dozens of European countries. From the concierge to the front desk to room service, you truly feel honored and comfortable. The valet always leaves my car immaculately clean before handing it over to me, and even provides bottled water based on the number of people in the car before departure. Such thoughtful details. The hotel's location and amenities are also excellent. This is a hotel brand under the UAE Royal Group, and I highly recommend it!

FfengyiqiThe hotel is located in the city center. There are shops around. You can walk to the attractions. After all, Budapest has many attractions.
Service: Overall, I am very satisfied. Every staff member will ask if you need help and take the initiative to help with the luggage. The plane arrived at the hotel at about 10:30 in the morning. I waited for more than 10 minutes before the room was given to me.
You must also choose breakfast. There are not many types of breakfast, but they are very delicate. Every dish is very good. There are single dishes and buffets. Breakfast is in the hotel’s own Michelin restaurant on the first floor.
Talk about the shortcomings: I booked a Matilda Suite, but I was given the most basic king-size bed room? ? ? I didn’t react until the third day of my stay, so I didn’t negotiate with the hotel.
The hotel is not large, but the facilities are very new.
The sanitation is still quite satisfactory. Some places that are not easy to see need to be cleaned! Overall, it is still recommended!

GGuest UserW Budapest has great location, but the management is a failure. A wedding occupied the lobby and restaurant during our stay, with partying and loud music blasting until 3 AM. Despite multiple calls from room requesting to turn the volume down, the noise continued unabated.
We were never notified of this event during check-in, and at midnight, we were even blocked from the lobby using the lifts to reach our rooms and we had to take stairs instead. To make matters worse, despite booking three rooms, the hotel only offered an apology and compensation to the one room with Titanium status, ignoring the rest of us. For a luxury brand, the lack of communication and blatant disregard for guest comfort is shocking.

GGuest UserOur recent stay at the Pullman Budapest was largely positive, though with a couple of minor hiccups. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the fantastic service and the hotel's unexpected kindness in upgrading our room.
The room itself was quite stylish and comfortable, featuring a clean, minimalist aesthetic with a large, inviting bed and crisp white linens, as seen in the photo. The artistic wall mural behind the bed added a unique touch of warmth and color to the space. The bathroom, which appears to be integrated into the room's design, was modern and well-appointed with a sleek sink and ample towel storage.
However, our initial experience was marred by a blocked sink in our upgraded room, which, while frustrating, was resolved within two days. Another somewhat unusual incident occurred late one night when we requested a refill for our water bottles; we were asked to bring the bottles down to the reception for refilling, which felt a bit unconventional for a hotel of this caliber.
Despite these minor issues, the Pullman Budapest proved to be a decent hotel, offering good service and comfortable accommodations.

TTetianaOur stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The location is absolutely incredible !!! Just step outside, and you’re already in the heart of the city, surrounded by its most iconic landmarks. The service exceeded all expectations! We were warmly welcomed and even offered early check-in, which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the coffee was really good . Every detail made us feel genuinely cared for- we would return without hesitation!

DDebbie PowerIntercontinental hotel was amazing. Service, check in was straight off no waiting. Food in bar was lovely and served till late. Reserve a river View room amazing views of the castle the bridge.
If I was being picky bed clothes a bir light we went in February and requested extra blanket.
Its a bit expensive but honestly we'll worth it when you see the other hotels around you.
We will be back with family.
