Amazing
BBrunoLMWe stayed for one night and, while the experience was acceptable, we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
Although we had booked a premium double room, we were given a twin room instead. We had to push the beds together, which was not ideal. The room felt outdated and could use renovation. There were no light sensors or automatic switches to save energy. The bathroom had a noticeable drain smell. Also, the kettle was placed in a spot without a power socket, so we had to move it to the dresser to make tea — though the tea selection was good.
Check-in was fast and efficient. Our room was ready earlier than expected, which we appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with gluten-free options and plant-based milks. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
The elevator was very slow and noisy. In the early morning, we could clearly hear doors slamming and elevator sounds from our room.
A decent option for a short stay, but we’ll look elsewhere next time.

Great
AAnonymous UserThe room was quiet, but in the evening there was some rattling and footsteps from the room upstairs, which was disturbing. The breakfast was good, but I have experienced better ones, there could have been more fresh salads. We stayed 4 nights, before the last night the room was not cleaned, even though we left a note on the door at 11 am: it can be cleaned. The cleaning trolleys were still in the hallway by our room. Our friends' room was cleaned every day. So the service was variable. The air conditioning worked well, once you learned how to unlock it. The beds were good. If you choose twinbeds, they are just moved apart and the passage to the glass-walled shower and washbasin is very cramped. You had to move the beds together if you wanted to walk without falling. Our friends' room was different, the space next to the beds was wider. A separate toilet is a good idea, but there should have been a small hand basin, especially if the toilet is in the hallway and the basin is on the other side of the room. The floor of each room is slightly different. Typical 3 star hotel.
AAnonymous UserStayed in the comfort twin room, the shower and beds are only separated by a thin curtain, there is no opaque door for the shower only a fully transparent shower screen. If you are traveling and staying with friends please take note it may be awkward as you can see the other person taking a shower if you want to walk past the shower area to the toilet.
Very bad room design, how can there be no door to the shower!

PpharmacistoffdutyExcellent location, just right in front of the Tram Line 1 which links you everywhere. Room and toilet are spacious. Helpful front desk staffs and quiet hallway, you don't hear people's conversation from your room.
Will definitely stay here again if we're returning to Budapest.
GGuest UserThe location is very convenient if you need to get to the airport early in the morning. However, it's a bit far from the city center—it's the last metro station. The reception staff are friendly and patiently answer questions. The room is quite spacious, with a small hallway with a closet. The room has a table, chairs, a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and a kettle. It's nice that they provide coffee and tea (unlike the hotel of the same name). Everything is clean, with good linens and fresh towels. The Wi-Fi is good. Although there are cars in the courtyard, it's quite quiet.
Breakfast is a bit pricey—around 11 euros. A definite downside is the mini-fridge, which barely cools even on the highest setting.
Overall, the experience was favorable and I highly recommend it.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, close to both the West Railway Station and the subway station. The front desk staff are lovely, fluent in English, and provide warm and thoughtful service. The only downside is that our room was near the road with a tram, so there was a lot of noise from cars.
GGuest UserWhen I arrived at the hotel before 7 o'clock, I was nervous because the entrance door was closed, but when I looked around the intercom, there was a call code on it, so I just had to press it. I went inside just as the other guests were coming out. All the staff were kind and greeted me with a smile, making me feel at ease. A bottle of wine was included in the room and it was delicious!

LLouis JoeThe bed was clean, cosy, and inviting, offering a comfortable place to unwind after long days. Sleeping arrangements were clearly well taken care of, contributing to a restful experience. The room met expectations in both comfort and cleanliness. Facilities were in good working order and caused no issues. As a whole, the stay was pleasant and free of hassle.
RRomstarFun from the very start. You gò to reception on floor 1/2 in a moaning old lift. Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodating. You couldn't get any closer to St. Stephens cathedral!! The room we stayed in was a studio on the 4th floor, but facing away from the views. No problem, as it's right outside the front door!! Close to many wonderful sights, metro, trams, and bus stops. Some of the kitchen items could do with an upgrade. Unsure if off season travel and prices effected the cleaning service? But we saw leftover moments from previous guests all over the room. And we couldn't make the tv work, but who needs tv when in Budapest??! But for short-term term visit, great central location!! 👍

GGuest UserGreat apartments! There's a wonderful coffee shop called Arabica and an Asian spot called Ichigo right nearby, which I visited every day. Highly recommend!
