Our room was fantastic—not only was it clean, but it was also large, giving us plenty of space to relax. A small touch that made a big difference was the availability of plenty of tea and coffee at any time. It was perfect for starting and ending our days.

RRyan SchockThis was an excellent apartment! It had everything we needed- washing machine, fridge, microwave, etc. The balcony on the 2nd floor was great, good view of the moon. Had 2 big beds and 1 small sofa bed. The service was good, had someone to show you the apartment and answer questions. The TV had TONS of good channels- kids channels, news channels, history, etc. in several languages. I was very impressed with this place!

GGuest UserW Budapest has great location, but the management is a failure. A wedding occupied the lobby and restaurant during our stay, with partying and loud music blasting until 3 AM. Despite multiple calls from room requesting to turn the volume down, the noise continued unabated.
We were never notified of this event during check-in, and at midnight, we were even blocked from the lobby using the lifts to reach our rooms and we had to take stairs instead. To make matters worse, despite booking three rooms, the hotel only offered an apology and compensation to the one room with Titanium status, ignoring the rest of us. For a luxury brand, the lack of communication and blatant disregard for guest comfort is shocking.

The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance to the brand street, and there are Korean restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient.

Everything was handled smoothly and quickly, which is especially important when traveling for business. The breakfast is excellent, high quality, fresh, and with a very good variety. Even during busy hours, everything is well organized and constantly refilled. The staff works very professionally and maintains a pleasant atmosphere. The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. The metro station is just a one-minute walk away, with a direct connection to the city center in about 8–10 minutes. The Arena shopping mall is also very close, so you have everything you need within walking distance, restaurants, shops, and services. Overall, it’s a very convenient and comfortable hotel for business travel. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely return again.

One small suggestion though: it would be great to include a short video or clip with the instructions (like check-in steps or how to use certain appliances). It would make it easier to follow rather than reading through a long list of directions. Overall, a warm and pleasant stay that we’d definitely recommend!

The check in and out process was difficult because the instructions were contradictory, some instructions indicated the use of app and virtual key and other through real key and case. The check out is too early. 10:00h. 12:00h is the usual time for checkout.
