Booking this hotel was the best decision we made for our family trip. From the welcome tea upon arrival to the warm assistance from staff member Liu Chen, who patiently helped us arrange a room upgrade and provided extra blankets, every detail was thoughtful. The bedding was so soft and comfortable that both the elderly and children slept exceptionally well. The hotel breakfast was also very substantial, and everyone was very satisfied!

The room was clean and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was good, and the room facilities were excellent. I'll definitely come back next time.

The hotel was easy to find and the room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was so soft I slept like a baby. The facilities and amenities were pretty good too. A special shout-out to the breakfast restaurant, which had a great variety. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The hotel is really nice. There is a robot service in the lobby. Just tell it where you want to go. The front desk clerk is also very enthusiastic. The check-in procedure is very fast. There is also free milk and fruit in the room. It is worth the money.

Although the bathroom in the room is equipped with a flush toilet, it cannot spray water and can only be dried, which is a pity. The air conditioner has no cold air. Guests who like to sleep in air-conditioned rooms with thick quilts at night will feel uncomfortable. No cold air ventilation is not good, so they have to open the windows. Fortunately, the surrounding external roads are not very noisy.

Superb experience! From room cleaning, fruit pastries tea to early check-in and late check-out are great! In addition, the buffet breakfast on the first floor and the restaurant on the second floor are very good, the variety is complete, the price is reasonable and affordable (no need to go outside to find food)! Continue to come to Wuhu Tiangang Joy Hotel next time!

My stay this time was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's decor is elegantly luxurious and grand. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The service, in particular, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the prompt room service, every single detail was flawless. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring both Chinese and Western cuisine, and everything tasted excellent. The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for both getting around and shopping. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

I remember that the last time I stayed at a Hilton hotel in another city, the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. But this time when I stayed at this hotel in Nantong, I felt the bed was quite comfortable. I don’t know what’s going on. Are the beds in different Hilton hotels different?
