This hotel has a very stylish design. The self-service bar on the first floor offers free, unlimited bread and drinks, along with many origami and board games. Many guests gather in the lobby, making it feel just like a living room at home – a truly wonderful space. The room itself is very well-designed, but it's a bit small. It's suitable for the first night of a trip, as there isn't quite enough space in a double room to organize two people's luggage. However, it's definitely worth staying for a night!

The front desk service was excellent, and we were able to store our luggage before check-in. The hotel is located right above the Rinkai Line, making transportation very convenient. There's also a direct bus to Haneda Airport right downstairs. You can take the subway to the airport as well, but it requires about a 15-minute walk to transfer. The hotel is next to Aeon Department Store and Matsumoto Kiyoshi, which is great for shopping. The breakfast area has limited seating, but the window seats offer a nice ocean view. The breakfast itself is mostly Western-style. Note that there's no complimentary drinking water in the rooms.

Traveling from Haneda Airport (HND) to the hotel by Rapid-Limited Express (Keikyu Airport Line) was very convenient. It only cost about ¥600 per person. After exiting the station, it was just a 5-minute walk to the hotel.

The room size wasn't too small; there was still enough space to open one large suitcase and one small suitcase.

There's a Family Mart, Lawson, Starbucks, 7-Eleven, and a pharmacy close to the hotel, which is very convenient.

The hotel offers an onsen, washing machine/dryer, vending machine, microwave, luggage lockers (for before and after check-in), a fitness center, and a cafe, all within the premises. It's excellent!

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms. It is very close to Haneda airport so you can reach to the hotel via taxi in 15 mins under 20 USD. Very clean and in the heart of Kamata which is vibrant. Access to whole of Tokyo is possible. Highly recommended.

It felt a little far from the station. Since it's an older hotel, there were no power outlets by the bed. However, the cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was substantial, so I was satisfied.

Booked 4 nights stay here. The overall experience is good, the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is extremely good (for me) as it's only a 5-6 mins walk from the Keikyu-Kamata station. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store, Chinese cuisine restaurant and a pharmacy nearby. There is also a Shōtengai (Shopping/commercial street) nearby, which is around 5-6 mins walk from the hotel. They provided hair shampoo, hair conditioner and body shampoo, you have to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and other toiletries. There is an onsite washing machine and dryer (you need to dry for a longer time if your clothes are thick) that use coins, luckily we manage to change some coins using the machine at the counter with the help from the staff. If there's one downside to this hotel, it's that the double room is a bit small, but considering the price and the location, it's still good value for money.

A really great hotel! The room was quiet, and the decor felt very new. It's also not far from Kyoto Station on foot. There's a convenience store right downstairs, which was super handy for grabbing anything we needed. Plus, there are bus stops downstairs that go directly to attractions like Kiyomizu-dera Temple.

The hotel is an easy walk from Kyoto station, very new, clean and stylish. Employees at the lobby were all very welcoming.

We had a room with the pagoda and railway view, which added so much value to our stay. The soft sound of passing trains was very soothing.
Highly recommended. Would stay there again.

The location is decent; we took public transportation everywhere and didn't have to walk much. However, the price gouging during the May Day holiday was insane QAQ. It's usually 400 a night, but we paid 1200. At that price, it's really hard to give a good review. I booked it mainly for the garden view and breakfast, but both were just okay. If you went early for breakfast, you'd get tempura 🍤, but if you went late, it was just rice and cold dishes. I'd recommend not paying extra for this place.

The room was a bit small, making it difficult to open two suitcases, which was inconvenient when traveling with a child and needing to access things. However, it was clean. They don't provide complimentary water in the room, but there's a FamilyMart convenience store downstairs. The location is very convenient. The biggest drawback is that it's street-facing, and the soundproofing is terrible. Motorcycles roaring by, cars, and people talking all night really disturbed my sleep. If you're a light sleeper, you should definitely consider this. A great plus was having a bathtub for soaking, even though it wasn't a hot spring; it was very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

Fantastic! Absolutely thrilled with our stay! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Kyoto. We stayed here for 5 nights out of our 12-night trip to Kyoto, and we booked a corner room. The room was far from small; it comfortably accommodated two people and four suitcases (two large, two small) with plenty of space. The location is excellent – just a 3-minute walk to Exit 2 of Karasuma Oike Station on the Karasuma subway line, and there are bus stops nearby as well. The lobby is wonderful, offering 24-hour complimentary water, coffee, and even a small tea shop, which is a really thoughtful touch. The service was also top-notch. All the staff members were polite, attentive, and meticulous. Overall, a superb experience.

Every word of mouth has a great response from the staff at the dog first, but I felt that it was correct.
I think it was really good for Mr. Andogie to have the first stay experience of my dog.
My dog is large and barking is quite powerful, but I was able to stay with peace of mind because the staff who were accustomed to the dog loved me.

Had a very pleasant 2-day and 1-night stay at Chisun Inn Nagoya. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, which was perfect for resting after a full day travelling to Nagoya. The room facilities were convenient, and the overall experience offered very good value for money. The location was also convenient, near Nagoya Station + Shinkansen. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended for solo travellers and anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, peaceful, and good-value place to stay in Nagoya.

Imagine the room is a bit like a nice cheung chau stay then everything is fine. Corridor of floors are linked to outdoor so nil air conditioning, it was a surprise - good for ventilation but bad for insects, also one could get sweaty waiting for lift on heat stroke days. Shower place can fit a non fat individual with minimal movement, else one will keep touching the walls. Front desk staffs are helpful. Provisionals exceed expectations, such as morning breakfast cereals and milk, bike and helmet rentals.

Hotel is quite new, not far from subway. However, room is a bit small and space to place luggage and hanging jacket / clothes not enough. Hygiene is good and self serve ice cream

•Free drinks which was great
•Service is good
•Close & easy walk to the station
•Great bathtub
•Big room and clean, comfortable bed
•Lobby was nice, good view
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was well-maintained with a proper separation between the shower and dry areas. Everything felt clean and comfortable. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant.

In terms of location, it’s very convenient. There is a Lawson right across the street, and a 7-Eleven about a five-minute walk away. The hotel is also around an eight-minute walk from Fushimi Station (Exit 10) on the Higashiyama Line, making it easy to get around the city.
