Convenient location in Ginza, 6-10mins walk to a few stations. 10 mins walk to Narita airport bus stop.
Which is very important . Hotel room is very clean and size of room is reasonable in Toyko standard.
Easy to communicate with Reception staff . 
Will recommend to friends looking for Ginza area

I had a wonderful experience at LOISIR Hotel Shinagawa Seaside. The staff were extremely courteous and accommodating – they even allowed us an early check-in, which made a big difference after a long journey. The location is fantastic in terms of connectivity. The metro station is conveniently located right in the basement of the hotel, and there's a bus stop just outside the entrance. This made getting around Tokyo super easy and stress-free. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and unbeatable convenience!

Awesome spot! It's super convenient-only 5 minutes from the subway. The room is small but cozy and well-equipped. They offer tasty breakfast pastries and drinks in the morning, plus free coffee and tea in the lobby all day.
The rooftop has a great evening view, and the staff is really welcoming. Just a heads-up: they take an extra 200 yen per night as a deposit when you check in.

Facilities: Pretty good.
Cleanliness: Pretty good.
Environment: Excellent.
Service: Pretty good.

The location is very good, as it is close to Keikyu Kamata and a convenience store. However, when I arrived at night and wanted to use the coin laundry, it was only open until 11pm (since it was outside, I think it was to deal with the noise disturbance to the neighbors), so it would have been convenient if it was installed inside the building and available 24 hours a day when I returned from overseas.

Nice clean hotel between Haneda airport and Tokyo city. The taxi charged 2900 yen to get us here.  Modern hotel except the bathroom. It's made for short people. Breakfast was very good but is an additional 1200 yen per person. Rooms are spacious considering it's Tokyo Japan. Tv has only a few japanese news channels. Check out is quite early. 10 a.m. Every additional hour costs roughly 9 USD.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It's conveniently located very close to the subway, surrounded by plenty of small restaurants, making dining incredibly easy. There's even a 7-Eleven right across the street. The hotel also features a public hot spring bath. While it tends to get busy in the evenings, it's usually empty during the day, making it feel almost like a private bath.

Amazing location! This hotel is a TRUE GEM if you are visiting Kyoto. (Away from the touristy crowds)

3 mins walk to Toji temple 
1 Min walk to a Halal Indian Nepal restaurant (serving delicious tandoori/keema/naan/chai latte)

Staffs at reception: Uemeya /Yamasaki/Kato and the female Hotel Manager on duty (which I've forgot to asked her name) were all very attentive, helpful, polite .
Ms Kato, was very patient whilst processing my check-in, she answered my inquiries with clear information and later that night when my spouse and i asked how do i take city bus 207 & 202 to Gion Higashiyama Ward , she guided me correctly explaining which side of the road to catch the bus with the printed paper map guidance from the hotel desk. (Her service orientated mind & calm manner really warms my heart, she does her job with full sincerity)

For great matcha 🍵 latte powder selection, can go to Kyoto station, there's Uji matcha u can buy from Gion Tsujiri cafè. (This was recommended to me by Ms Kato, no doubt the result doesn't disappoints, I bought home a 40gm matcha powder!)
On the day of checkout i paid 2hrs extra at reception desk to extend my stay till 13:00 hrs .
I wish my spouse & i could have more nights in Kyoto so we could stay longer in Loisir Hotel unfortunately we had to fly home due to work . However certainly, one night was enough to convince us this is the hotel we choose again for our return trip in Kyoto, lovely neighbourhood and wonderful staffs . Thank you so much Loisir Hotel team for making our stay a memorable one . The sight of sunrise through our bedroom window is simply stunning too.

This was a great hotel. Located a walking distance from the stations and the best thing was their breakfast buffet. It was delicious and had lots of options. A great way to try local cuisine and traditional international breakfast options.

Great location and surrounded by many eateries. Nice entrance to the lobby.  If there could be more towel hooks or rack in the bathroom would be ideal. Overall, clean rooms and comfy beds!

During the trip to Kyoto, I must praise this hotel. The atmosphere is very good, there are very comfortable public areas, 24-hour coffee, tea, water, juice, and bread. The room is not big, but the layout is very reasonable. It is suitable for 2 people, with a 24-inch and 28-inch suitcase each, which can be spread out. The bath water is very comfortable, with 3 water outlets, the water temperature is suitable, and there is a hair dryer, the wind force and temperature are good. The window shading effect is very good. The bedding is comfortable and easy to sleep.

There are many European and American tourists among the guests. There is a self-service machine for self-check-out, which has Chinese. Luggage can be stored.

Travel: Walk 5-7 minutes from Karasuma Karasuke subway station. You will pass two 711 on the way. There is an elevator at the 3-2 exit of the subway station🛗

Food: There is an A5 Wagyu Sukiyaki restaurant near the corner of the main road downstairs of the hotel. The per capita price starts at 16,500 yen. The quality and service are very good. You need to take off your shoes. The Japanese courtyard is very comfortable.

The first time I stayed in a pet-themed hotel, I was worried about hygiene issues such as hair at first, but I stayed for two days and the hygiene was very clean. I didn’t see the worrying things. The room was separated from wet and dry. This was very happy. The room was one bedroom and one living room. The space is oversized. The bedding is also very comfortable to sleep barrier-free, all aspects are very clean and tidy, the surrounding facilities are also very complete, subway, bus, very close

Overall I enjoyed my stay here, the location is great and close to Nagoya station. Also there are a lot of convenience stores nearby. 

The thing I didn’t really enjoy is that the room was too small and stuffy, even with air conditioning. But I managed to fit in with 3 suitcases. For one night the hotel is ok. 

Also keep in mind that the bathroom is really small. Like really.

The hotel is quite close to the station. The bed in our small double room was a bit on the smaller side. Breakfast consisted of a sandwich set. The best feature was the hot spring bath located upstairs. While the overall space wasn't huge, it was perfectly sufficient. The only downside was the lack of parking, but everything else was great.

Location was great near the Sakae shopping area. The room was very small though, there wasn't enough space to open one suitcase, let alone two.

Perfect stay, the location is very convenient, the closest station is approximately a 5 min walk. The station sits between Nagoya Station and Sakae station which is a great shopping area.  The room itself was clean and comfortable, there’s even free ice cream between 9-11PM. Thank you for a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel!

Cozy hotel in an extremely accessible location! The lobby cafe was great for getting work done during the day, and is also open for hotel guests to use at night. The single room had more than enough room for one person, and I really appreciated the sleepwear provided by the hotel. The main (minor) issue was that the space for putting luggage looks like its designed specifically for one-compartment luggages, rather than clamshell-type luggages, so I had to put my luggage on the floor.
