Had a great stay here! The room is spacious, clean and modern with all the comforts you need. There is luggage lockers, laundry and common area on the ground floor making it suitable for all types of travellers. The building is very secure and has an inviting vibe from the moment you walk in. I would recommend completing the guest information via the Hotel Bird app before you arrive to ensure check in is easy. The hotel emails you a great information pack on the first day about using the amenities which is really helpful. 

It is close to the train station, eateries, supermarket and pharmacy so you have access to everything you may need. However, if you are looking for nightlife in Berlin this is not the right area to stay as there is not a lot going on. 

The only two pieces of feedback would be the comforters felt a little dusty and there was some dust under the bed as well. The english instructions to use the laundry could be clearer.

The location is extremely good as it is just right next to the Karlshorst station. There's a coffee shop and a supermarket on the ground floor. There are also washing and drying machines in the basement. 
I stayed there for 5 nights. The first day was not feeling good. The water from the shower was cold, and the hair dryer was so dirty. As the reception only operates in quite limited hours daily, even though there's a pretty good whatsapp AI communication channel to answer general questions, the above problems couldn't be solved until the next day. Besides, there's a bit of bad smell each time entering the room, but it's toreable.
Overall, considering the price and the location, this hotel is a competitive option for business or travel trips.

A very pleasant hotel experience. I stayed for 18 nights, accompanying my daughter to take entrance exams for two top music conservatories in Berlin. The accommodations were comfortable, which helped her perform well on the exams. Before leaving, she had already received an offer from one of the schools! I'm so happy!

Smartments just within the walking distance from Wein Hbf, via the entrance near to Plaftorm 9,10,11 there, just next to SPAR Pronto mart. Inside the main train station you can find all you need so is very convenience. The hotel was highly with self serve register and check-in upon the arrival. However, there’s a receptionist at the front counter was very helpful, assigned the room for me adequately, truly appreciated. The room was equipped all your need just like the second home. WiFi and TV works well, except no aircon in the room, only with one small tower fan so may need to open the window during summer time. Overall is good stay. Thank you.

All in all very good. Stayed there before. This time tgere was no issue with the keycatds anymore. Only dislike the pricing going up from 50 to 70 within a month...i know season and publiv holidays etc. And also when i wanted to stay longer, i could, but i had to pay city tax a second time cause i had to make a new booking instead of extending the existing one. 
But the stay itself was nice and comfy.
Supermarkeys, farmacy, restaurant and public transport right in front. Friendly staff.

My room was too hot, i asked for help from the customer service but they said because it’s sunday so the staff came back home, they can not fix it, but also did not give me any solution. I asked for the fan, but they said they don’t have and asked me to open the windows. The worst thing is it is floor 7th, too loud to open the window. I couldn’t sleep for the whole night

We booked this hotel because we were attending a concert at the Batschkapp-Halle, and for that purpose, the location was excellent and within walking distance. Directly across from the hotel is a subway station, which was super convenient for getting to Frankfurt city center. The hotel itself is functional and modern, the beds are very good, and everything was spotless. The check-in was completely online and went smoothly.
