Absolutely loved this place – amazing location and a fantastic overall experience.
The location couldn’t have been better – everything was within walking distance, from great restaurants and cafes to public transport and key attractions. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable.

The place itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with all the essentials provided. The atmosphere was cozy yet modern, and I immediately felt at home.

What really stood out was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. It’s clear that the hosts care about creating a great experience for their guests.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. I’d definitely come back again!

It was a great stay, well equipped with all kitchen Utensils, a microwave, a fridge, a small espresso machine and an electric kettle.
Overall more than satisfactory!

在柏林動物園站出入很方便也有東方超市muji uniqlo 這些購物中心 單人空間很好 就是地熱和毛巾加熱架都關了不讓使用蠻可惜的 但是CP值很高 可以自己煮飯就是讚

My husband and I are glad that we chose to stay at the smartments during our recent stay in Vienna. It is exactly like the photos. The unit itself is extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed, except we would have preferred a kettle rather than a pod coffeemaker (for tea) and the dishwasher was superfluous for us (perhaps not for others). The building is located directly opposite the train station, but the area is new, clean, safe and close to several supermarkets (& sightseeing!). The self-check-in kiosk at the door was easy to use. Overall, we were very pleased.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway, with supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.

Staying at Smarments was an amazing experience! True to its name, the facility is genuinely ‘smart’, offering seamless self-check-in through an advanced digital system. The building is modern, spotless, and very well organized. I especially appreciated the 24/7 WhatsApp AI bot support, which made communication and assistance effortless. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment here. I highly recommend Smarments to any type of traveler, it will not disappoint!

It's very clean and comfortable, with good lighting and a very comfortable bed. You'll feel pleasantly surprised as soon as you enter the room. The design is thoughtful and the facilities are complete. The surrounding environment is also very quiet, so you can relax and have a good rest. It feels like a pity to stay for only one day.
