The room cleaning is excellent, and it has all the kitchen utensils you'd need to cook a proper meal, just like at home. There's also a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, a hairdryer, a fridge, and a TV. Everything is designed for comfort. Even if you arrive late, you can get your room card from the automated system and check in. The location is great, right by the train, tram, and a Rewe supermarket. There's also a 24-hour restaurant right outside the door. Overall, we were very satisfied and I would recommend it.

The location is extremely good as it is just right next to the Karlshorst station. There's a coffee shop and a supermarket on the ground floor. There are also washing and drying machines in the basement. 
I stayed there for 5 nights. The first day was not feeling good. The water from the shower was cold, and the hair dryer was so dirty. As the reception only operates in quite limited hours daily, even though there's a pretty good whatsapp AI communication channel to answer general questions, the above problems couldn't be solved until the next day. Besides, there's a bit of bad smell each time entering the room, but it's toreable.
Overall, considering the price and the location, this hotel is a competitive option for business or travel trips.

We and my daughter stayed two people. Our room was quite small but compact. The air was very cold, but the room was very warm. Thanks to the heat from the ground. Although the location was very central, there were many sorrows and homeless under the bridge on the road that was near us and we had to use to go to the transport lines. This was particularly worrying on the first day. If I go with my daughter once again, I'm staying here just because of this security concern.

Smartments just within the walking distance from Wein Hbf, via the entrance near to Plaftorm 9,10,11 there, just next to SPAR Pronto mart. Inside the main train station you can find all you need so is very convenience. The hotel was highly with self serve register and check-in upon the arrival. However, there’s a receptionist at the front counter was very helpful, assigned the room for me adequately, truly appreciated. The room was equipped all your need just like the second home. WiFi and TV works well, except no aircon in the room, only with one small tower fan so may need to open the window during summer time. Overall is good stay. Thank you.

Gayet başarılı otel tamamen  self servis,  heiligenstadt durağı hemen yanınızda ve bu duraktan  swedenplatza, stephanplatza, schönburna, wien mitte/landstraseye karlsplatza ve diğer merkez duraklara ulaşım 15 dakika kadar sürüyor merkez denilebilecek bir konumda. Merkezden ise s7 bahn a  1 aktarma ile havaalanına da geçebiliyorsunuz. Viyana gezimizde konakladığımız otelin aile odası,koridora kapanan tek bir kapıdan  sonra size ait olan alanda yer alan  2 ayrı girişi olan 2 ayrı oda da gerçekleşti.Odalar ferah ve yemek yapabilmeniz için  tüm mutfak malzemeleri vardı. 8.5/10

Great, hassle-free stay near the airport!
I had a wonderful experience staying at Smartments. The self check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and easy, which is exactly what you want when traveling. The location is perfect—right next to the airport with a convenient shuttle bus stop just a short walk away. As a huge bonus, there was a Korean food truck parked right outside the hotel, which was easily my favorite part of the stay! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a seamless, convenient place to stay near the airport.

Location: Located east of Frankfurt, just 100 meters from the U7 railway line, it's very convenient (especially for exhibitors). There's a large supermarket nearby, KAUFLAND (as shown in the picture, about a 15-minute walk, open until midnight except Sundays and public holidays).

Rooms: Spacious, but the bedding provided for single occupants was indeed only single-size. During my 7-night stay, it was only cleaned once.

Check-in is almost entirely self-service. You can download Hotelbird to check in advance, and upon arrival at the hotel, simply scan the QR code to receive your room key.
