I like the hotel, it was my second time on holiday with my children. The service is up to par. The food is delicious. There are no slides in the pool for children, although they used to be there. But there is unlimited access to the amusement park. It's a pity that it was possible to book a room through the app only for three adults and I had to pay extra for the children on site. Overall, the holiday was a success, thanks to the staff!

Facilities: The hotel's most attractive features are the water park and theme park, enough to keep kids entertained for a week. Even during the Easter holiday, there were hardly any queues for any of the attractions, making for a fantastic experience. Some of the video game equipment was broken and needed repair or replacement. However, the rooms were exceptionally well-maintained; the carpets and sofas were spotless, unlike many hotels that have been open for years. The cleanliness was outstanding, giving both children and adults peace of mind.

Cleanliness: The most commendable aspect was the impeccable cleaning of the rooms, carpets, and sofas. The bedding was comfortable, and the towels were of good quality.

Environment: The hotel offers shopping, leisure, and entertainment options, truly providing a one-stop service for travelers.

Service: The service was standard; nothing particularly outstanding or bad.

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and overall the hotel was truly beautiful. The resort itself was impressive — the architecture, landscaping, and overall atmosphere were stunning. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The food quality was also very good with a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed.

However, there were a couple of points that I believe the hotel management should pay attention to.

Before our arrival, our confirmed reservation was attempted to be cancelled twice due to what was described as a “local market / nationality agreement.” As guests, this was quite concerning and stressful since it happened very close to our check-in date. Fortunately, the issue was eventually resolved and we were able to keep the reservation, but situations like this can affect guests’ confidence when planning their stay.

During our stay, we noticed that the service in the buffet restaurant could have been more attentive. On one evening, the waiters passed by our table several times without offering drinks or asking if we needed anything. At one point I asked for a fork, but unfortunately it never arrived before the restaurant was closing. The staff did not appear very attentive or welcoming in this area.

On a more positive note, the service at Piazzetta Italiana was very good — professional, attentive, and a clear highlight of our dining experience.

There was also a small incident in the lobby area that felt disappointing. While a staff member was refilling welcome snacks and drinks (presumably for arriving guests), I approached to take a juice and was told quite abruptly “not for you.” While I understand there may be rules, the way it was communicated felt impolite and not in line with the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard.

Aside from these points, the hotel itself was excellent and offered a very beautiful environment for a holiday. With more consistency in service and guest interaction, the overall experience could easily match the high standard that the resort represents.

Nice hotel, new! The guys are trying hard. But still, staying more than two nights gets boring. Be prepared that the large room with a separate living room on the lower floors has a view of the wall. 🤣, photo attached. )))) Naturally, the enterprising guys initially tried to put us in a worse room, which spoiled the initial impression a bit, but after relaxing at dinner (by the way, everything was very tasty) and going on the slides, we got over it. A surprise awaited us in another room: the air conditioner in the bedroom didn't work, my husband slept in the living room... 
It took them 24 hours to fix it. 🤦🏻♀️ Instead of riding the slides, I sat with the repairmen in the room, explaining five times what needed to be done... When they brought a fan, I honestly laughed out loud. The room was just decently priced, not cheap. But if you're positive, nothing will spoil your vacation. 💪. I took off a star for the view of the wall, and for the sleepless night in the heat, and for the next day wasted repairing their air conditioner)))

This hotel makes us very happy and comfortable. 
The food in the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel is very delicious, and the restaurant is warm and thoughtful. 
The room design of the hotel is simple and modern, picturesque, and clean and tidy. 
We are more than 100 points satisfied with this.

The hotel is great, and the key is that there is an all-inclusive package, which opens the Jelly Sea with one click. I spent a few days lying and eating by the sea, and felt that the time was too short! The food was quite good, and there was also a children's playground for kids, with great facilities and a great swimming pool. It was a little cold in February, so I'll go back later if it's hot!

Overall, it's good. A beautiful hotel with an excellent gym and fantastic breakfasts! On the less pleasant side: there's a large deposit of $100 per day, so if you're staying for a week, be prepared to put down almost a thousand dollars 🤡. Also, the staff was a bit unresponsive. I booked the hotel in advance and requested a high-floor room, but I was given a room on the first floor directly opposite the hotel entrance. They initially refused to change it, saying the hotel was fully booked. (But they did eventually move me to a higher floor with a balcony.) I also couldn't figure out the water temperature in the tap; it was either cold or hot. Overall, the hotel doesn't look new, and there are defects, especially in the bathroom and toilet.

Rixos, are you serious?????? You've turned into a 3-star hotel, and not even one with a good rating!!!!!!!! The building itself and the view from it are genuinely 5-star, requiring no special effort. Everything else is just not Rixos! The card doesn't work in the elevator to get it to the right floor!

We stayed in a room with a Golden Horn view. The room was small, but since the building is old, that wasn't a concern. Everything in the room was very old, and the pillows were uncomfortable – one was large and very firm, making your head lie too high, while the small one was very thin, impossible to combine – we ended up sleeping without pillows)))). Toilet: no body lotion, old waffle cotton bathrobes, not even terry cloth. The towels had a yellow tint, incredibly worn out and thin. The shower was something else entirely; the sealant was applied in a huge layer to prevent water from spilling out, but it still spilled out)))) No matter how you stood in the shower. Mold had started to grow on the edges due to humidity – you can see it in the photos. The door handle was falling off, photo attached.

They charged extra for bottled water, and coffee for the coffee machine was also chargeable🙈!!! 170 lira!!!!! I simply cannot understand this; a 5-star hotel charging for water and in-room coffee?????????

The money paid definitely does NOT match the service, comfort, or quality of the provided amenities!!!!! Only the location and the building itself live up to expectations!!!

I do not recommend staying at this hotel!!!
