Amman, the first choice in the future

A truly charming Aman resort. The emerald-green infinity pool, its light green mosaic tiles gleaming in the light, is surrounded by turquoise parasols, wooden lounge chairs, and rustic stone paths. Beyond lies a tapestry of tropical rainforest, the wind rustling through the treetops, carrying a slightly damp yet refreshing scent. Inside, the high thatched roofs and dark wooden beams, along with vintage rattan chairs and round tables on the warm stone floors, and walls adorned with subtle plant patterns, create a serene atmosphere. Stepping outside reveals verdant greenery and a terrace. In the afternoon, one can relax with a cigar, watching the clouds drift among the palm trees, the smoke mingling with the mountain breeze, while nearby villagers work in the fields. The entire experience is a slow, peaceful retreat. In the morning, a guide leads you up the hillside, your feet sinking into the dew-kissed grass. Breakfast is already prepared in a bamboo basket, accompanied by a freshly brewed coffee. Sitting on the ground, the valley unfolds before you, bathed in sunlight. At night, the gym offers ample space for strength training with free weights and barbells. Small yet exquisite, everything is perfectly balanced.

1. Lot: There is a 3-5 minute distance from the beach. The hotel can send a car to the hotel's exclusive beach club at any time. Very convenient, when I arrived at the club, some staff took ice water and ice towels to the tanning pavilion where the beach towels were laid, as well as mosquito repellent and sunscreen. The hotel is in the mountains, the scenery is very good, in the lobby and restaurant can view the scenery under the mountain.  2, design: Australian designers 25 years ago, today's works are still so elegant, temperament!  3, facilities: the pool is large, there is an all-day restaurant, a good library. I can’t see it completely 25 years ago, and it’s managed quite well!  4, service: Amman, these two words explain everything, no more multilingual!  5, value-added: I don't know the relationship between spring break, one day free charter service, and free shuttle service, solve many problems, very good value-added service experience!  After staying for 3 days and 2 nights, it is regrettable that the driver who sent the plane on the last day learned that the landlord will be closed at the end of February 2018 because the landlord will not renew his contract. Very sad! But also very fortunate, AMANNUSA was chosen in the last hotel in Bali. Forever Amman! I hope that 150 employees in the hotel will be well!

Our family stay at Janu Tokyo was outstanding and thoughtfully designed for traveling with children while maintaining a high level of luxury.

The service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely family-friendly. The staff were especially accommodating to our children, helping us feel comfortable and well cared for without ever feeling intrusive. Requests were handled promptly, and the overall hospitality felt polished yet relaxed.

The facilities are world-class and particularly well suited for families. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and practical, offering enough room for both adults and children to unwind comfortably. Shared spaces, wellness areas, and amenities were impeccably maintained and easy to enjoy as a family.

Dining was another highlight. The food quality was excellent, with options that worked well for both adults and children. The atmosphere across restaurants felt refined but welcoming, making family meals enjoyable rather than stressful.

The location in Azabudai Hills is a major advantage for families—clean, modern, and less chaotic than some central Tokyo districts, while still being very convenient. Everything felt safe, accessible, and thoughtfully planned.

Overall, Janu Tokyo delivers a rare combination of ultra-luxury and genuine family friendliness. It is an excellent choice for families seeking a sophisticated yet comfortable stay in Tokyo, and we would absolutely return.

We have always been an avid traveller and we love five stars hotel. And this trip to Tokyo, we booked for the biggest Aman Suite at Aman Tokyo and we also booked for a few nights in Bvlgari Suite at Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo. However the price we paid for Aman is 380,000yen more than our suite in Bvlgari yet the services and experiences we get in Bvlgari is so much better. The staff generally speaks better English, and their butler are way more proactive and confident, perhaps due to language proficiency. Also at Bvlgari they serve daily evening refreshment which they do not have at Aman. Also the breakfast at Bvlgari is 24 hours so we do not have to worry about missing our breakfast hour. We also do not see a lot of differences between the suite type in Aman. Personally we wouldn’t recommend Aman Tokyo to anyone considering there are a lot of better options and five stars hotel around for the price we paid.

The hospitality of the numerous hotel staff members, one after the other, was incredibly smooth, and everyone was polite and welcoming, making for a truly luxurious and uplifting stay.

The room was meticulously clean, with an astonishing number of cleanings. (Apparently, you could say no thank you during your stay, but I'm sorry that they didn't understand English well enough to do it all the time.)

If you're staying here, it might be best to plan your trip so you either fully enjoy the hotel or at least limit yourself to strolling within walking distance of the hotel. A truly fulfilling stay is guaranteed.

The pool was amazing (and there was plenty of hospitality here too!), and you could even enjoy the sauna and hot tub afterward.
Also, the quality of each and every breakfast dish was so high that I couldn't stop gushing. I was so impressed I can't even begin to describe it.

I'm so glad I stayed here.
