As a short girl, using the hot water felt a bit like a stunt from a movie 😂 I was terrified of a hot splash to the face! It would be much better if it were placed at a lower, safer height. And also location prefectly in heart of bentong, walking distance to Bukit Do.. everywhere. Nasi Kandar 24h across the street."

Even after the room was ready, we were required to repeat the verification process, including presenting our ID card again and take photo before receiving the room keys. The entire check-in process was inefficient, frustrating, and poorly managed."

Whenever we had a question, they replied almost immediately and made sure everything was taken care of. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We felt safe, relaxed, and truly at home during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you to the host for the excellent hospitality—we would definitely love to come back again in the future!"

"The hotel is clean and comfortable, no problem with the room, but do prepare some cash money because the hotel will demand a deposit of rm100 and rm3 for the pahang tourism tax in cash only. No extra towel provided for the pool, only in room towel is provided, do bring extra towel for pool usage."

"So comfy till I don’t want to leave the house. Everything was fine, just the child playground there is no mention need to take off the shoes, mostly the kids jump into the ball pool with own shoes, make me feel unhygienic uncomfortable. Please state a signboard on it “ remove the shoes “. Otherwise the unit is comfy, all equipment are complete. The view unbeatable. Will come back here to stay."

"The water pressure in the shower was incredibly low, making it impossible to have a proper shower – it was just too weak! 😩 The soundproofing in the room was also really bad. We were sleeping until past 4 AM when another guest, who either mistook our room or something, started knocking on our door and aggressively trying the doorknob. It was absolutely terrifying! Then, even before we were fully awake in the morning, we could hear people talking in the next room, and even the sound of things dropping on the floor upstairs 😓. When I tried to call the front desk from the room phone to sort out a room issue, I couldn't get through, neither with the in-room phone nor my own mobile (WhatsApp). I actually had to go down to the front desk myself to communicate the problem 😓. Aside from the room's cleanliness and the excellent service attitude of one male manager at the front desk who promptly resolved issues, everything else about the hotel was just okay, I guess. 😅"
