"A very simple room. Toilet is pretty small and the whole toilet will be wet when you shower as there's no partition. and the placement of tissue paper a little far, on the other end. No free parking provided but at least the parking is just behind. Soundproofing is really bad so it's really noisy, you can hear people talking loudly outside and even the hair drying sound from next door"

"Good stay, comfortable bed, lovely room, beautiful view with balcony, tasty breakfast. The only thing i hope they improve is the iron & the ironboard. It’s very difficult to use & doesn’t really work well. But overall, everything else is perfect 🎀 1010 recommended! 💗"

"This is our first time staying at this hotel and dare I say, it was one of the best 5-star hotels I’ve been in. Will definitely, definitely come again. Everything and everyone were wonderful. The room was so squeaky clean and no speck of dusts anywhere. The bathroom’s design was top notch I love every inch of it. And the room had carpet-floor which made it easier and less painful for my baby to crawl around. The view was to die for. Very secluded and private and calm. Okay now the breakfast, heads off to the chef, the foods were amazing. I think this hotel has been here for quite a while now but they had managed to maintain and made it look like brand new. Two things I wanna suggest a bit, maybe can provide a prayer mat for the muslims or the front desk maybe should ask first whether we need any prayer mats, that would’ve been nice. One other thing, during breakfast, maybe can make sure the utensils are more accessible rather than upon request cause each table was provided with limited number of spoons and forks. But yeah other than that, everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. Huge thanks to Mark as well cause he did a wonderful job assisting us to our room and everything. Kudos to every staffs here, they were so nice and helpful. Oh yeah almost forgot about the welcome drinks, they were absolute perfect thank you so much. Will come again and again. Best hotel here."

Its proximity to D’Apple Fried Chicken, Old Town White Coffee, Watson’s, Family Mart, Petronas, and an RM2 discount store makes it a great choice for quick layovers, family vacations, or business trips. With free parking and clean rooms, it's a solid option for those looking for convenience without breaking the bank. Overall, my experience was a bit disappointing. I had informed the staff a day prior that I would be checking out at 5:30 a.m., and I was told that the front desk operates 24 hours. However, when I went down in the morning, there was no one at the counter. I waited from 5:30 a.m. until 6:10 a.m., and there was still no staff available. During that time, I repeatedly called the number listed on their official website (+60 10-921 2677), but no one answered. At 6:10 a.m., I sent a WhatsApp message with my bank account details and left. The staff only replied around 6:30 a.m., and my deposit was immediately transferred to my account, which I appreciate. Still, I hope the management can improve their coordination and ensure that the front desk is staffed as promised, especially when guests have notified them in advance. Thank you."

"Other than being a bit noisy without soundproofing, the basics were met as the room was clean, including the beddings. The aircon was superb, as it was cold enough. The toilet flushing system was also good; they just forgot to provide toilet roll! 🤔 Generally, recommended for a short stay. 😊"

"The room was quite spacious. It was clean and well maintained. The place is strategic with many restaurants open late till midnight along with other convenient stores. It was a late check in and the receptionist was very pleasant and gave clear instructions. The only downside is the curtain wasn't closing all the way of the windows so got lights peaking in . Overall, great hotel and hospitality."

"The view here is really beautiful — I was lucky enough to get the carpet cloud view, memang cantik sangat especially from my room on the 43rd floor. The room itself was comfortable and the overall atmosphere feels quite premium. A few things can be improved though. Inside the room, the phone line was almost non-existent and the WiFi was quite weak/slow. Another confusing part is the lift area — once you come out from the elevator, there’s no proper signage or directory showing whether your room is on the left or right side, and no room number guide on each floor, so it can be quite confusing at first. Parking-wise I can’t comment much since I used the valet service, which was convenient. Breakfast was okay with quite a lot of choices. If you’re paying during walk-in, it’s around RM80 per person. Overall, still a nice stay mainly because of the amazing view and cool weather."

"Overall, the stay was comfortable with a nice environment and pleasant view. The unit is modern, clean, and well-designed, making it a relaxing place to stay. The living area and bedroom were cozy, and everything felt quite new. The unit comes with 2 bathrooms (with shower) and 1 additional toilet, which is very convenient for groups. Basic amenities like shampoo and bathroom sets were provided. One downside was the jacuzzi, which takes quite a long time to heat up. We had to wait until the next morning for the water to become properly hot, so it’s not suitable if you plan to use it immediately. There are a few F&B outlets downstairs, making it easy to get food nearby. The parking fee was confusing — we were charged RM20 even though the signboard showed RM10. We parked around 2:30 PM and checked out at 10 AM the next day, so clearer pricing would help. Another issue was transport. It was not convenient — we tried booking Grab for about 10 minutes, but no drivers accepted our ride from Antara to First World. Overall: Comfortable stay with good environment and facilities, but improvements needed for jacuzzi heating, parking clarity, and transport accessibility."

"My second time here. Tbh, this is the best place to stay. So affordable and worth the money. i stay here 2 nights with husband and daughter with my sister in law. The living room is spacious, view is perfect and also clean. Swimming pool and sauna also great."
