"Lovely staff, but the water dispenser is a ”tall” order. The staff really go out of their way to help. Only problem was the water dispenser. It’s placed on a table, making it tower over me. As a short girl, using the hot water felt a bit like a stunt from a movie 😂 I was terrified of a hot splash to the face! It would be much better if it were placed at a lower, safer height. And also location prefectly in heart of bentong, walking distance to Bukit Do.. everywhere. Nasi Kandar 24h across the street."

"Good stay, comfortable bed, lovely room, beautiful view with balcony, tasty breakfast. The only thing i hope they improve is the iron & the ironboard. It’s very difficult to use & doesn’t really work well. But overall, everything else is perfect 🎀 1010 recommended! 💗"

"We stayed at Chateau Spa, Bukit Tinggi for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion. The room was clean, and the toilet was well kept, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff service was truly tip-top—everyone was attentive, caring, and clearly prioritised our wellbeing and comfort throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out. As for the food, breakfast and the buffet were fine, but the à la carte meals for lunch and dinner were definitely worth the money. The portion sizes matched the price well, and there was a good variety of Western and Malay cuisine. We tried the Western dishes, including salmon and steak, and they were delicious. The spa prices were affordable, though booking in advance is recommended. We visited during the last few days of December, and the weather was cold and lovely, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or a special celebration."

Its proximity to D’Apple Fried Chicken, Old Town White Coffee, Watson’s, Family Mart, Petronas, and an RM2 discount store makes it a great choice for quick layovers, family vacations, or business trips. With free parking and clean rooms, it's a solid option for those looking for convenience without breaking the bank. Overall, my experience was a bit disappointing. I had informed the staff a day prior that I would be checking out at 5:30 a.m., and I was told that the front desk operates 24 hours. However, when I went down in the morning, there was no one at the counter. I waited from 5:30 a.m. until 6:10 a.m., and there was still no staff available. During that time, I repeatedly called the number listed on their official website (+60 10-921 2677), but no one answered. At 6:10 a.m., I sent a WhatsApp message with my bank account details and left. The staff only replied around 6:30 a.m., and my deposit was immediately transferred to my account, which I appreciate. Still, I hope the management can improve their coordination and ensure that the front desk is staffed as promised, especially when guests have notified them in advance. Thank you."

"Other than being a bit noisy without soundproofing, the basics were met as the room was clean, including the beddings. The aircon was superb, as it was cold enough. The toilet flushing system was also good; they just forgot to provide toilet roll! 🤔 Generally, recommended for a short stay. 😊"

"The room was quite spacious. It was clean and well maintained. The place is strategic with many restaurants open late till midnight along with other convenient stores. It was a late check in and the receptionist was very pleasant and gave clear instructions. The only downside is the curtain wasn't closing all the way of the windows so got lights peaking in . Overall, great hotel and hospitality."

"Check in was smooth. You can check in at the counter if you have special request but if you want no hustle, you can check at the kiosk as well. Room was clean and spacious. Would’ve been so much better if they use the space at the long counter and overhead cabinet for a closed wardrobe instead of the open concept. And also, put a door stopper or a soft-close hinge. Everytime we forgot to hold the door, it banged and might have affected other guests. We could also hear loud bangs from other units as well. For people who don’t mind travelling back and forth from Genting Skyworld to Wyndham, shouldn’t be an issue. It take around 10-15 mins one way and for people who doesn’t drive, booking Grab might be slightly a challenge. But since this place is fairly new, soon everything else will be available here such as restaurants, retail and wellness spaces etc. Overall, the stay was great, perfect view. Wouldn’t mind coming back again to see what this place has in store in the future."

"We got the 39th floor and the view is very beautiful ! Very cold up here and the unit was very clean ! Cooking utensils provided and mostly everything including toiletries items is provided in the unit. Never gonna regret this and will definitely book again !"

"Pro: The room was spacious for the price it was well worth it, location is great as well its near to the centre of the area..theres a lot of shop lot there. Amenities is bare necessity nothing fancy but u can get toothbrush kit shampoo n bodywash, in the kitchen there's microwave plates bowls n complete cutlery set n dishwash soap. The facilites around the apartment is great there's a lot to explore Cons: What i disappoint was the washing machine has broken and they can't fix the issue right away and only offer me a late checkout so i have to wash all my cloth manually and they can't dried out even within 2 days due to the weather. Hope they would've offer better solution to others next time mybe an offer to a free laundry service or something..also they don't have tissue prepared just the cheap toilet roll which would break easily, would be better if they also prepare face tissue as well..the towel is very dirty i couldn't dare to use as i have skin allergy and last but not least there's karaoke n game room as well there but the price you have to pay is really ridiculous few hundred for few hours just for karaoke is insane 😂"
