We recently stayed at Crockfords Genting and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. As the premier hotel at Genting Highlands, it truly lives up to its reputation. 🏨 Accommodation Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the view over the highlands was stunning. Everything felt premium — from the modern amenities to the thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra special. 👨💼 Service Service was outstanding across the board. Every staff member we met — from the concierge and front desk to housekeeping and restaurant teams — was polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Special thanks to the concierge team who assisted us with arrangements and recommendations with a warm smile. 📍 Location & Convenience Perfectly connected to SkyAvenue, casinos, and attractions via covered walkways — so easy to get around, even in rain. Yet it remains quiet and private, a true luxury escape above the bustle. 🍽️ Dining & Facilities The facilities are world-class — elegant lobby, relaxing spa, and excellent dining options right within the hotel. Breakfast was high-quality with plenty of variety, and service there was equally attentive.

As Antara Genting has 4 towers, luckily website stated clearly it’s located at Tower A, car park on site found easily (charges applied). However, check in process took a little longer, the queue was so long and took us 40mins to get our door key (3 counters), what to do as high occupancies on school holiday and the tower has 49 floors. The stay with families were awesome, we were families staying for 3 bedrooms. Apartment were spotless clean, every room has aircond and TV, everyone can choose their own channel or TV show. Kids enjoyed well with the whirlpool at the balcony during the night, cooling outdoor temperature with jacuzzi pool 36’C. Last but not least the facilities really amazed us! So many different playgrounds, trampoline room, garden etc. Worth staying here!

It's an okay hotel, cheap and comfortable, but the pillows smelled musty and weren't clean. It wasn't very cold, but you definitely don't need the air conditioning. You have to wear proper swimming attire in the pool, otherwise, you can't swim. The hotel deposit was easy to get back; they returned it immediately after check-out. 👍

A comfortable home with clean bathrooms, complete amenities including a fridge, kitchen, and even a bathtub. Most importantly, the WiFi is super powerful! The swimming pool is absolutely amazing. Next time I'm on a trip to Genting, this will be my dream place. The kids loved it the most!

Room quite good after refurbished. The hotel has kindly given me 26th floor with nice golf view. The staffs at Ayu Awana was polite & friendly. I wanted to try the Lodge but it was closed for private events. I went for a walk along the golf course. Had a good morning exercise & ordered hot mocha & cheesecake after the walk. Cheesecake taste need some improvement I guess, overall a good stay for me.

Had a pleasant stay at Antara Genting Highlands. The room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, a good place to stay for a short trip.

The penthouse was surprising nice and beautiful. It’s located on the same level as the check in counter and facing the greenery. Super huge master-bedroom with 2 big king size bed, walk in wardrobe and super big toilet with separate shower and bath tub. 1 common bedroom with attached bathroom, 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. I love the balcony with the mountain view! It may be facing abit of the drive way but you can hardly hear any loud noise. At night you can see the Genting Highland neon lights too. Thou there are some white moth and small insects but It’s very peaceful and quiet at night. In the early morning, extremely relaxing on the sofa sipping coffee, feeling the morning breeze and listening to spa music from the tv and the birds chirping outside the windows. There are various paid tv channels, YouTube channels, auto mahjong table. You can also cook in the big kitchen. Make sure you close the kitchen sliding doors to keep the occasional cars sound from the drive way coming tru the kitchen window. This will also help to keep the living and dinning area cold. You can dine at the vegetarian restaurant before 8.30pm. Cafe and minimart close around 6.30 to 7pm. Drinks vending machine are available 24 hrs. The hotel staff are friendly especially the manager Charlize who is very helpful and responsive almost immediately. You can take the cable car and alight at Chin Swee Station, take the multi tier escalators and small walk to the hotel. Location is very ideal for people who drive. The walk in price is MYR1088 or you can consider paying for upgrade from normal rooms upon checking in if available for a great experience. Whole unit is very big and can accommodate a lot of people.

My experiences stay at Midhills.First night worst, because the aircond not working properly every 1 an hour or 30 minutes shut down. Cannot sleep very well. The next day I had inform receptionist to check then Mr Azim come to check he said censor problem and he is suggest me to change because its to hot and my spouse is pregnant and cannot sleep. The service is very good he know my situation and then Ms Mashitah direct call me to change room. she give me two option which room is suitable for me and wife. Thank you for the good service keep it up!

The room itself was really clean and tidy. The outside of the hotel didn't look great, but the room was lovely. The only downside was the lift; we had to take the stairs when checking out because only one lift was working, which was a bit inconvenient. Everything else was fine for me and my family. Please fix the lifts so more people can use them for check-in and check-out.
