MyMOisMOCame here for the view and amenities and it did not disappoint. Plus point was the selection of food at the mall, responsive and helpful service staff, and the netflix/youtube premium subscription.

Guest UserThe hotel front desk staff were friendly, and there was a Chinese-speaking attendant, so language wasn't an issue. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and luxurious! They even provided beautiful complimentary refreshments! The view from the window was especially good, with the clouds in the mountains below us. It's a shame the weather wasn't great during our stay, as it was very foggy.

Guest UserHotel location was amazing, with bridge connecting to both genting skyworld and chin swee temple. The room was clean and has kitchen facilities, convenient access too with a new mall downstairs. Will definitely book this hotel again next time if visiting genting again :)

We still rated 5 stars as our stay was great overall. Just wanted to let you know that even though the ”DO NOT DISTRUB” sign was on, my friend saw staff and the manager opening her door room. Nothing was missing. The air conditioner also couldn't be adjusted, but everything else was fine.

Spacious and clean, equipped with a TV, air conditioning, fridge, iron, and hairdryer. The 44th floor boasts a beautiful rooftop with a pool, sauna, and glass room, all available for free use. The staff provided excellent service, responding and bringing supplies even in the early hours of the morning. However, the WiFi was very poor and almost unusable. No disposable toiletries like toothbrushes, slippers, or bottled water were provided. The location is a bit far from the cable car station (RM15-17 by Grab) and even further from the mountain top (RM25+ by Grab).

Madam KrichI had a wonderful stay at this hotel/apartment. Since it is still newly opened, everything feels clean, modern, and well-maintained.
One of the biggest highlights is the swimming pool. It is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for families. Kids will definitely enjoy spending time in the pool, while adults can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It's truly an ideal place for family bonding.
The room is fully equipped and very comfortable. It comes with air conditioning, a refrigerator, an oven, a touch-screen induction stove, and complete kitchenware, including pots, plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery. It's very convenient if you prefer to prepare your own meals during your stay.
The Smart TV is another great feature, offering a wide range of entertainment, including Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Viu, iQIYI, and many other streaming platforms. You'll never run out of things to watch while relaxing in the room.
One thing to note is that there was no reception during my stay, as the property uses a self check-in system. All the check-in instructions were sent via WhatsApp in advance. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and if you needed any assistance, you could simply call the host for help. The apartment also does not provide a washing machine, so if you're planning to stay for several days, it's best to bring enough clothes. However, this isn't a major issue, as there are convenient self-service laundry facilities nearby.
Although many of the facilities are still under construction, I believe this place will become even more impressive once everything is completed.

Guest UserThe room is spacious. But the toilet have that kind of smell that you know its not properly cleaned. There are even doodle marks on the mirrors. I usually sleep on 22c and yesterday 18c still feels average cold. Probably need maintainance. The breakfast selections was ok given the price is cheap. But as i was about to take the food suddenly a wasp fell off on the toaster oven before it flew on the wall next to it. Told the staff yet they didnt do anything about it. Anyone cound get bitten giving that the dining room wasnt that big. I give it 6/10 for the stay.

Guest UserOur trip to Genting is by car, we are just right outside of the hotel entrance. Open space road side parking, plenty of vacant after 6pm. Check in is fast, front desk staff is very politely and helpful. So does the security officer. Nothing much to talk about the room, just a twin queen sized bed, toilet is small, hot shower is provided. No TV is a surprise to us, but it's doesn't matter becauee we came back to room after 10pm, just bath and sleep for the next day. Level 13 viewing deck has good sunset view of the pagoda. When there is thick fog, Genting looks like a cyberpunk city at night under camera. Level 12 outdoor seating has good morning view too. Our room comes with breakfast, though the breakfast is a bit disappointed. Overall experience of the stay is surely above average.

Our families thoroughly enjoyed the convenient one-night stay in this spacious mid-hill apartment, which offered stunning, misty views of Genting Highlands. While the pool and gym were perfect for the kids and adults to unwind, and on-site restaurant. Overall, the comfortable accommodations provided great value for two families, though better planning for meals is essential.

The room itself was really clean and tidy. The outside of the hotel didn't look great, but the room was lovely. The only downside was the lift; we had to take the stairs when checking out because only one lift was working, which was a bit inconvenient. Everything else was fine for me and my family. Please fix the lifts so more people can use them for check-in and check-out.
