"There are special kiosk for self check in for booking via Trip or other platform. Mistake to choose a smoking room, we wait for counter service around 3 hours to change non-smoking room. Great location, walking distance to casino, sky avenue and sky world theme park. Many delicious food around but overall quite high price"

"We had a pleasant stay at Genting SkyWorlds Hotel. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed in the Sixers Room, which was perfect for families. It offered plenty of space, making it easy for everyone to relax and move around comfortably. The only downside is that the hotel does not provide breakfast. However, this wasn’t a major issue because the hotel is directly connected to the mall, where there are many restaurants and cafés for breakfast, all just a short walk away. Overall, it’s a great choice for families or groups looking for a comfortable stay with convenient access to the mall and Genting SkyWorlds. We would definitely consider staying here again."

"The room is spacious. But the toilet have that kind of smell that you know its not properly cleaned. There are even doodle marks on the mirrors. I usually sleep on 22c and yesterday 18c still feels average cold. Probably need maintainance. The breakfast selections was ok given the price is cheap. But as i was about to take the food suddenly a wasp fell off on the toaster oven before it flew on the wall next to it. Told the staff yet they didnt do anything about it. Anyone cound get bitten giving that the dining room wasnt that big. I give it 6/10 for the stay."

"Stayed here with my family (3 pax) for a short getaway 🏨⛰️ The unit was very clean, comfortable and welcoming ✨ It comes with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, which was perfect for our family. The master bedroom has a 🛁 bathtub and 🚿 rain shower, while the second bedroom is also connected to its own bathroom, making it very convenient. We also enjoyed the balcony 🌤️ with beautiful mountain scenery and clouds — a nice place to relax. The kitchen is well equipped 🍳 with an electric stove, microwave, pots and pans, so you can cook simple meals. Just note that cooking oil and seasonings are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. There’s also a front-load washing machine 👕, but remember to bring your own detergent. One area that could be improved is the master bathroom. Although it looked clean, there was a noticeable urine smell that would benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning. A RM200 security deposit is required before check-in, so be prepared for that 💳. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would happily visit again. 😊"
