"The hotel room looks a bit small from the website but is cute from the decorations. We have to walk some distance to the lobby and malls, unless u r coming to attend a concert, then this hotel is nearer to the exhibition / event hall. Room is clean n hv basic toiletries. The downside is toilet without a door only glass panel door so light sleepers person will easier be woke up by another person using the toilet."

"Room is ok a bit small for two queen beds. Toilet is clean and water pressure and temperature is great. Hotel location is within walking distance with few restaurants. Many parkings available behind the hotel. Iron is provided at the floor corridor."

"The room was quite spacious. It was clean and well maintained. The place is strategic with many restaurants open late till midnight along with other convenient stores. It was a late check in and the receptionist was very pleasant and gave clear instructions. The only downside is the curtain wasn't closing all the way of the windows so got lights peaking in . Overall, great hotel and hospitality."

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed — everything felt so new and luxurious. The view from my unit was breathtaking, especially in the morning when the mist rolled over the mountains. The weather was cool and refreshing — it truly felt like being above the clouds! The facilities were amazing — the Skypool 50 was stunning, the heated pool was superb and my kids absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was excellent — so many choices and every dish was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, just a short drive from the Genting attractions, yet away from the crowds — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The price was really worth it for the comfort, quality, and experience we had. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single flaw. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll definitely return in December with my big family — can’t wait to experience it all over again! 💯✨"

"Environment: The bamboo villa is very unique, with a natural and elegant environment and lush greenery. The only drawback is that there are too many wild dogs, and they bark when they see people, which is very scary. Service: The waiters are very friendly, but it would be better if they could help deliver the luggage to the room. It is still very difficult to find the room by dragging the luggage by myself, and the room number is on the door lock, and it took a long time to find it. Hygiene: Maybe because it is more primitive, the sanitation of the room is not very ideal. I saw gecko feces and ants on the sheets, but it may be unavoidable in this more natural environment. Facilities: The biggest complaint is that there is no wifi in the room, and the mobile phone signal is very poor and it is almost impossible to surf the Internet. "NOT recommend to book here. Location wise is not so strategic, 10KM away from Genting Sempah, 10KM away from Bentong town, road to both town is SUPER bad due to ECRL, and SUPER dark and dangerous at night. For customer service, i requested TWICE for TOWEL (Even promose to pay), house keeping doesnt respond at all, totall ignore me. WIFI at ROOM is TOTALLY DOWN, mobile network is TOTALL DOWN too. Room cleanliness is ok. Facilities is ok. Breakfast is included. Hot Spring Pool not bad."
