GGuest UserGood location with spectacular view. From parking spot to tower location, clearly instructed. No designated parking, but enough for all. Heated indoor pool, is a must at Genting highland. Cooking utilities all provided and complete. I love it cause we love home cooked. Great stay!

CChloé KohAbsolutely horrid check in and check out process, the counter is at an entirely different hotel which makes no sense at all. You have to climb up and down a hill for checking in and out OR take a taxi. They could at least offer a buggy or something. The walls are paper thin, the corridor has a persistent bad smell with any minor noise exacerbated by the echoes, and the geniuses invented see through blinds where anyone in the corridor can see into your apartment. The toilet smelled terrible, and the TV is not even smart..

AAnonymous UserFirst to compliment about cleanliness, it is very clean. However, there are too many downsides:
~It was a very noisy night, as located badly next to the road, midnight cars and motorcycles were racing all the night with super loud exhaust clearly heard very bad soundproof. Window must be kept open as no aircond.
~Next is the price, walk in is alot cheaper than booking anywhere online.
~Shower is not hot at all, bad quality. No hair dryer provided.
~No WiFi is provided. Hence be prepared to use your own mobile data.
~Toilet door is badly built can’t close.

GGuest UserWe booked 5 rooms and spent a while to sort out the check-in on the self-service terminals, and subsequently had to seek help from the counter staff when there were some mixed-ups. Being Genting, there are ceiling fans instead of air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

2) Washing machine faulty n leaked to parquet floor… we had to mopped the floor upon noticing the leak.
3) Balcony sliding door cannot lock. Families with small children to be careful as there are chairs at balcony
4) But location is very accessible to eateries/minimarts/laundry service.

GGuest UserThe apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient.
However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel.
Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.

AAnonymous UserThis was my first time staying here, and I was very unsatisfied with the experience. Check-in took an incredibly long time, and I had to wait quite a while. The customer service staff also seemed unfamiliar with the procedures and hotel information, which really impacted my overall experience.
The bathroom in the room was extremely small, barely enough space for one person. The shower area was also surprisingly tiny, with very limited room to move around. Overall, the comfort of the accommodation was okay, the bed was decent. If you're planning to spend all your time gambling and not in the room, then it's absolutely fine.

The resort is surrounded by nature, with clean and spacious rooms that feel cozy and well-maintained. The environment is quiet, relaxing, and suitable for families, couples, or small groups.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is calm and enjoyable. However, because the resort is close to nature, ants can sometimes appear in the rooms and even get into the beds and toilets. It’s recommended to bring some insect repellents just in case.
Overall, it’s still a pleasant stay with good service and a beautiful natural setting—great for a peaceful break if you don’t mind a bit of nature coming indoors.

GGuest UserThe room itself was really clean and tidy. The outside of the hotel didn't look great, but the room was lovely. The only downside was the lift; we had to take the stairs when checking out because only one lift was working, which was a bit inconvenient. Everything else was fine for me and my family. Please fix the lifts so more people can use them for check-in and check-out.
