"The stay was amazing! The personalised service and incredible staff made us feel welcome. The room and view were absolutely stunning—100% amazing. The breakfast was delicious, though at RM100+ per adult, it lacked variety especially for meat options. The meal service however was impeccable. The only minor downside was the security staff at the property entrance who came across quite unwelcoming, contrasting sharply with the otherwise warm hospitality.
We want to thank especially Mark for the amazing hospitality! He was friendly, warm and completed our stay. The Chateau is 100% highly recommended for short stay and we'll be back soon :)"

"Overall stay it was brilliant! Here are some important tips I’d like to share :
1. The check-in for this Windmill Homestay it is managed at Swiss Garden Hotel. We went to the Windmill Hotel counter just to be asked to reroute to Swiss Garden Hotel.
Check-in was seamless and very quick.
2. We were given Block A, so parking is next to Bila-Bila Mart. It is FREE but you have to call the hotel lobby everytime you exit.
3. The room comes with 1 tube of shampoo and 1 tube of body shower. Either you ask for extra tubes in advance or bring your own.
4. The 2 bedroom apartment provides basic kitchenette facilities which was very convenient. Microwave and a stove and even a laundry machine.
The only downside of the place was, it was next to a construction area so you’ll be woken up by the sound of the construction works."

"We booked Scape Hotel via Trip.com for 2 rooms 2 nights and each room costing Rm130/room/night with no breakfast.
We checked into Room 812 and 814 from 16 to 18 July 2025.
We like both rooms with firm and comfy beds; shower hot water and with strong pump pressure massage massage my neck and back.
On top of that there was one unit of water machine SK magic UV sterilized along 8 floor corridor. So we need not drink bottle water.
A leather chair in our room 814 of which my daughter told me very nice and comfortable to sit on.
Breakfast of Rm38/person inclusive of Asian western and local food. Worth the price."

"The room is clean and the shower has strong pressure and water temperature is hot enough. The staff is friendly and explained everything in detailed. Slight inconvenience with the car park as we need to validate everytime we go out. The swimming pool is quite clean but the jacuzzi is overcrowded by young kids playing in there. The sauna is not hot enough and does not come with water pail."

The Wi-Fi in the room was also frustratingly slow & you can hear noise when guests in the room above move their chairs/table.
For the best experience, request a room on level 20 or above to enjoy the views.
I didn’t get the chance to explore the hotel facilities, but I did visit Hard Rock and Hoverland in the same building, 10/10 would recommend."

"Room at Genting View Resort (GVR) was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The facilities, the staff and the view surrounded were good too.
Only one thing that i really need attention from the management to take action immediately. Please replace all the toilet doors with the other patern of door to avoid visitors trapped in the bathroom especially danger for the kids. I have the experience but fortunately the GVR’staff take immediate action to escape me from the bathroom. Tqvm.
Other than that all the facilities in GVR were good.
Hopefully GVR’s cafe will be open again soon with more varieties of great menu as before,
I will repeat to stay at GVR in future. Tqvm GVR☺️"

AALLSONThe house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. There is a nice gym room and swimming pool which you can enjoy the view. There is 2 restaurant with walking distance which you can settle your dinner and breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. I would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

It’s very cheap — only around RM100 per night including tax! Really affordable and super worth it! The room is also spacious. Parking can be waived for free!
Cons:
It’s about a 20-minute drive up to Genting First World (about 10 minutes drive down from Genting to the hotel). The location is a bit far and secluded. The reception, parking, and hotel entrance are quite far apart. Every time you go out, you need to get the parking waived, change elevators, and walk quite a bit. After getting our room card and parking ticket, we had to go to the 7th floor, exit the lift, and switch to another elevator just to get to the one that leads to the rooms. We noticed it wasn’t just us — everyone seemed lost and confused. The directions and signage were really unclear. Every time we went out, someone was asking for directions.

粥粥粥_The location is good, about 15 minutes to Genting. The hotel cleanliness could be improved, but the room is quite spacious. They are currently giving out E-vouchers as well. The hotel is convenient, and there is a shuttle bus service available with additional charges.

I also requested the management to decorate the room as that was my boyfriend’s birthday trip and they made us some simple decorations and towel cake. I really appreciated that. But the only issue was the noise of water flushing from the upper level is keep us waking up and we didn’t sleep well at night. Hope the management can take note on this.

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at Magtree Genting hotel, in room 2004, tower 4, and had a mixed experience overall. The hotel is generally okay, but there are a few areas that need improvement.
Firstly, the bunk bed in our room seemed to be broken. When our children slept on it, the bed shook quite a bit, which was concerning. This issue needs to be addressed promptly, either by repairing or replacing the bunk bed to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests.
Secondly, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. It was not cleaned thoroughly, and this was quite disappointing. A higher standard of cleanliness is expected, especially in the bathroom area.
As for the breakfast, it was just so-so. The selection was quite limited, with options such as fried noodles, fried rice, Nasi lemak, soup noodles, small sausages, fried eggs, roti canai, curry chicken and bread. However, there was no milk, cereal, or cake for the children. Additionally, we found that the creamer seemed to have been bitten by either a cockroach or a mouse, which was quite unappetizing. We have photos to support this observation.
Overall, while the hotel is generally okay, there are significant areas that need improvement, particularly with the bunk bed, bathroom cleanliness, and breakfast quality. We hope these issues will be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience.

TTayThe check-in area is very confusing... Why can't they place the lobby on the ground floor of the main building together with the car park? The signage is not very clear, and customers were made to criss-cross among different buildings. The staff is not very well trained.
I have the same negative feedback from other guests when we talk in the hotel area.
Won't be staying there again. Getting to Genting Sky Arena is a big hassle and they charge you for the shuttle bus.
