Geo38 Premier Suites Genting Highlands

The place is generally good and comfortable. However, the washing machine was not functioning, and access to the gym was not allowed as we are not the unit owner, which was disappointing. Overall, everything was average and acceptable

Location is good, within walking distance to restaurants and convenient shops. Use the connection bridge at L5. Very near to GPO and cable car station, about 5 mins drive. Parking is allocated for 1 car. The apartment was clean, with basic amenities like 2 door fridge, washing machine, microwave, basic cutleries, bowls and plates. No pots and pans although there is cooking stovetop. Towels are provided but get prepared to wait longer if u plan during weekends or public holidays. I have to wait for almost 3 hours before I can eventually receive the towels at my rented unit. The aircond is only inside 1 room. No AC at the main hall, only ceiling fans. The hall was converted to a sleeping area with 1 queen+1 single. Soap and shampoo are provided, and the shower comes with a water heater. Overall I'm ok with our 2 nights stay. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in, it took me almost 1.5 hours due to long queues before i can finally make it to the check in counter. I understand it's due to the weekend/public holiday, but at least the management should prepare some chairs outside knowing that people have to stand long in the queue, and some welcoming drinks would be even better.

I got a suite on the 15th floor, but I wasn’t allowed to access the pool or the garden. The staff said those facilities are for owners only.it was still okay I got a room with a beautiful view. There are many Food places around which is very convenient. I would come again. Great location, and the suite is modern and clean. I love it ❤❤

The best stay ever! Lepas ni memang duduk sini je 😍 tempat selesa & bersih! Customer service terbaik! Disebabkan kami stay dekat sini tanpa dirancang, jadi nak taknak kena basuh baju kotor. Yup ada washer & dryer 2in1. So basuh semalaman, ingatkan esok tu dah kering. Rupanya dryer unit kita orang ada problem, tapi customer service sangat pantas bagi solusi! Staff tolong keringkan dekat unit lain & kita orang dapat check out lambat sampai baju kering tanpa bayar extra! Thank you so much! My family dari Sarawak nak repeat duduk sini lagi! Harga pun berbaloi walaupun time cuti sekolah ya! Yang penting cantik!

Check in process smooth. Information given clear. But the unit we got, the second floor a bit dusty. Got npleasant smell on the provided towel. Apart from that everything was good.
