Got a free upgrade and stayed at Ion Majestic, love and wanted to try the heated pool but it was under maintenance so we wouldn't be able to try. I was a regular at Ion Delemens before I tried to book with Trip.com, so definitely will prefer and choose to stay at Ion Majestic as it has easier access than Ion Delemens. Killer view but I guess as not a morning person, I wouldn't prefer the bright curtains in the morning😅 Overall, 5 out of 5 still.

The highlight for me was undoubtedly the stunning views. Located high up on the mountain, the hotel offers sweeping vistas of the surrounding hills and lush landscapes. The fresh, cool mountain air adds to the relaxing atmosphere, creating the perfect environment to unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature. The hotel’s proximity to the theme park is a huge plus, making it so convenient to explore the attractions. The rooms are spacious and designed with large windows that provide magnificent views of the mountains and the theme park. Whether you’re enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery is simply mesmerizing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Genting! The combination of fantastic views, a peaceful environment, and easy access to the theme park makes it a top choice for a memorable getaway.

A nice place to visit for a change from monotonous life, cool weather and a happening place.Despite its location , there are some concerns which should be checked by the management, we were in deluxe suite room, the room was very spacious but there are some points which i would like to mention ,there was blood stain in the bedsheet, toilet flush was noisy , water was running throughout the time, window locks were not good,now a days microwave in room is very common but that was missing , in my opinion maintaining old charm is good but the need of renovations should be kept in mind. Anyways we enjoyed staying there the breakfast buffet was too good ,lot of food options . Resort provides free shuttle for its guests to visit Japanese Garden. Evening music shows and zumba dance was fun, even we were lucky to witness lion dance also.

This hotel rewards from Forbes as one of best properties in the world since 6 years, im say agree with Forbes' awards. Amazing hotel property, very detailed, almost all properties in my room are amazing, there is a Christmas tree inside my room, free wine, high quality bed sets, modern furniture , wine glasses, cutlery are all high quality, also bathroom properties from the white company. The hotel staff is very helpful, when my son was sick, the hotel staff helped find a doctor, accompanied us to the doctor, appreciated for this. The location is perfect inside the mall, next door to mall and theme park. room cleanliness: perfect. Breakfast : not buffet breakfast. food is not varied, little protein. Absolutely I will back stay there again if I come again 🫶🏻

A very beautiful hotel in a quiet and serene place. Great for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Good spread for breakfast but needs improving on the coffee.One drawback is the water in the toilet. It was pretty rusty when we tried to use the jacuzzi. So we were a little disappointed.

I booked a 2 night stay at Awana Resort Hotel. Price was incredible cheap compare to staying on the top part of Genting Highland. Staying in Awana Resort hotel need to either take a taxi (about 20mins) to Genting Highland or a cable car. There is also free shuttle to Premium outlet. This is hotel cleanliness is acceptable. Upon request of additional towel and bedroom slipper, staff will deliver to your doorstep promptly without additional charges.

The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room. The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off. Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.

We recently stayed at Magtree Genting hotel, in room 2004, tower 4, and had a mixed experience overall. The hotel is generally okay, but there are a few areas that need improvement. Firstly, the bunk bed in our room seemed to be broken. When our children slept on it, the bed shook quite a bit, which was concerning. This issue needs to be addressed promptly, either by repairing or replacing the bunk bed to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests. Secondly, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. It was not cleaned thoroughly, and this was quite disappointing. A higher standard of cleanliness is expected, especially in the bathroom area. As for the breakfast, it was just so-so. The selection was quite limited, with options such as fried noodles, fried rice, Nasi lemak, soup noodles, small sausages, fried eggs, roti canai, curry chicken and bread. However, there was no milk, cereal, or cake for the children. Additionally, we found that the creamer seemed to have been bitten by either a cockroach or a mouse, which was quite unappetizing. We have photos to support this observation. Overall, while the hotel is generally okay, there are significant areas that need improvement, particularly with the bunk bed, bathroom cleanliness, and breakfast quality. We hope these issues will be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience.

It seems that the property was originally built as a condominium and later renovated into a hotel. I arrived around 8:15 PM, but there were no staff at the front desk. Instead, there was a sign instructing guests to send a message via WhatsApp. After sending the message, a staff member arrived after a while. There was no parking on-site, so I had to park at a separate building (the parking fee was waived). Sounds of people walking and water running were quite audible, making it hard to fall asleep at night. The hot spring was lukewarm compared to my expectations, but it was somewhat enjoyable. Overall, it was really average, and I don't think I'll visit again.
