"The hotel room looks a bit small from the website but is cute from the decorations. We have to walk some distance to the lobby and malls, unless u r coming to attend a concert, then this hotel is nearer to the exhibition / event hall. Room is clean n hv basic toiletries. The downside is toilet without a door only glass panel door so light sleepers person will easier be woke up by another person using the toilet."

"We booked a last-minute retreat just 45 minutes from KL, and it turned out to be a peaceful and secluded getaway. The ambiance was incredibly relaxing, perfect for unwinding. However, we noticed quite a few insects around during dinner prep, so we recommend dining early at 6 PM or waiting until 9 PM for a more comfortable experience."

"Nice cozy boutique hotel in Bentong. Clean room and easy check in. Hotel offers no breakfast, but has Oldtown White Coffee shop downstairs and close to restaurants like Family Mart, Bask Bear, A&W."

"The location is very close to the bus stop, the room is enough, and the reception staff understands Chinese and English. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from, but passengers may need to know the name in it to facilitate taxi drivers to reach the hotel."

"The room was quite spacious. It was clean and well maintained. The place is strategic with many restaurants open late till midnight along with other convenient stores. It was a late check in and the receptionist was very pleasant and gave clear instructions. The only downside is the curtain wasn't closing all the way of the windows so got lights peaking in . The view from my unit was breathtaking, especially in the morning when the mist rolled over the mountains. The weather was cool and refreshing — it truly felt like being above the clouds! The facilities were amazing — the Skypool 50 was stunning, the heated pool was superb and my kids absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was excellent — so many choices and every dish was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, just a short drive from the Genting attractions, yet away from the crowds — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The price was really worth it for the comfort, quality, and experience we had. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single flaw. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll definitely return in December with my big family — can’t wait to experience it all over again! 💯✨"
