Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. Great location and very comfortable environment. Will definitely come again!”.. Room is comfortable but with sewerage smell from toilet. Amenities is complete but Spa and sauna under renovation. Going to Genting Sky World by Grab is more worth it if more than 2 pax.

Very bad service & waited for for almost 40 mins to check in. The whole hotel block has water distribution for 1 hour on the 2nd day without giving prior notice to the customers
