Tokyo Hotels with balcony

"The hotel was great, especially for a low cost. The location is very close to Hikifune and Hikifune-Keisei stations, which is terrific for traveling around Tokyo. There is no check-in lobby so make sure you have the elevator and door code ready before you arrive. The shower did not have a curtain so I was trying not to wet the floor. The bathroom and rooms were very clean. Wifi is also very fast and good. This is a good hotel in Sumida."

"Everything was great! The room was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Although small, it was comfortable for two. The room was clean. The location was convenient: there were two metro stations about a kilometer away and a train station 300-400 meters away, which was very convenient. The area was quiet, with lots of cafes and shops nearby! I downgraded my rating because the hotel didn't send the PIN code for the key locker in advance, and we couldn't get into our room for two hours at night after a difficult flight. A huge thank you to the Trip.com team for their quick response and resolution! They were very helpful!"

"We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. The location is clean, neat, and very convenient, with many malls nearby offering plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets. Although there are quite a few bars around the area, we still felt safe throughout our stay. The unit size is typical for Tokyo standards, so it was as expected. The TV was excellent, with many app options available. We also enjoyed having a neighborhood view, and the balcony was a nice feature. It was slightly inconvenient to access, but it worked well for doing laundry during our stay. As for the downsides, the amenities were quite limited. There were no proper slippers provided—only rubber ones that felt more suitable for shower use and were not very comfortable. There was also no toothbrush set. The towels felt a bit rough and somewhat worn, though this may just be personal preference. Additionally, there were no power outlets near the bedside and no bedside table. While there was space for a small table, a standing lamp was placed there instead, which felt unnecessary since the ceiling lights had dimming options and a remote control. An extension cord would be a helpful addition for future guests. Overall, it’s a good, convenient place to stay, especially for the location as the train station provides easy access and short rides to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tokyo station and Ueno etc."

"Reception staff are great and helpful. Room is clean. There is a 7-11 attached to the hotel and a Family Mart just few steps away. Location wise not the best especially if you like to shop. On the first day, cleaning staff knocked on my door and I told them I am still inside room but they kept knocking until I said no need cleaning that day, that was scary. Maybe cleaning service ends at a certain time? I didn't put up any sign and it was around 12 something."

"We had a mixed experience at LANG Hotel. We booked two separate rooms for our stay. In the first room, the air conditioner was malfunctioning and produced loud noises, possibly due to air pressure issues. Although the staff came to check, the problem wasn’t resolved, and we had to sleep with the balcony door open for two nights, which meant dealing with noise from passing cars and emergency vehicles. The second room’s air conditioner had an unpleasant odour, and we needed to use air freshener to make it more comfortable. During checkout, there was no staff at the reception for over 15 minutes, which was inconvenient. When someone eventually arrived, we were told our luggage could be stored and collected later before heading to the airport. However, upon returning after several hours, we found our luggage left unattended at the reception counter. We also received a message stating that luggage storage was not allowed due to limited space, which was confusing. Overall, while the stay was manageable, there are clear areas for improvement in maintenance and service coordination."

"My wife and I had an amazing 7D6N stay in Tokyo, including 2 short day trips to nearby cities. The apartment was extremely functional and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay very comfortable and feel just like home. The property was in brand-new condition, it felt as though we were the first guests to stay there. The mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep after long days of exploring. The location is situated between several train stations, with a walking distance of 12–15 mins. While it is not right next to any station, we found it manageable. Despite being located near the Yamanote Line railway tracks, we could barely hear any train noise thanks to the excellent soundproofing of the apartment. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Tokyo."
