GGuest UserIf you go to Hachijo Island, there is no doubt that you will repeat it again ♪ In the refrigerator, soft drinks are served There is a Yoshinoya beef bowl in the freezer. I had a beef bowl for a night meal 😋 The water bath in the sauna was the best 😆 At night, if it is a parking lot, fireworks are OK, so I did fireworks with my hands 🎇

MM440699****Absolutely fantastic! When I visited, other hotels in Tachikawa were severely overpriced. I had to choose between paying a few hundred for a tiny 12 sqm room or double that for a spacious 52 sqm room, and I'm so glad I went with the latter! It was totally worth it!! To get a room like this in Tokyo (even if it's the suburbs) for an average of 2100 yen (or around 1500 yen on weekdays) is incredible value for money! Plus, the Chuo Line from Tachikawa offers direct access to Kichijoji, Mitaka, Ueno, Shinjuku, and more, which is super convenient. Even if you just stay in Tachikawa, you'll find plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. I can't believe this hotel is rated 3 stars on Google and 4 stars on Ctrip! If that's the case, then most 5-star hotels back home are severely over-inflating their ratings (bold statement, I know). And in Japan, where 10 AM check-out is the norm, this place lets you check out at 12 PM! How great is that?! They also have a hot spring and an infinity pool on the top floor, and the lounge offers a variety of free drinks and snacks. Seriously, it's really good!

GGuest UserThe accommodation was so much better than what I thought! It's spacious and comfortable with the window view of the trees and 5 minute walk from the train station and Mt Takao trail. Youhei who greeted us at reception was outstanding in his customer service, he explained there would be vegan breakfast served daily as I put a request for vegan and didn't get a response that there would be vegan breakfast and he gave us tips on how to use the amenities here and how to communicate to the restaurant staff about our request. We enjoyed the bonfire and cooking corn which tasted amazing. The feedback I would give is the young Japanese woman who served us for dinner on the first night on Friday 12th July at 8pm, she was very quick to get the bill and take the money without being patient and focused, it felt like we we're not welcomed. Other than that I would come back again!
