Before check-in, the staff proactively asked about my arrival time and any dietary restrictions. Upon arrival, I experienced a welcoming hand-washing ritual. The aesthetic of the room decor was exceptional, with retro arched structures, velvet furnishings, and stone walls, creating a luxurious yet understated feel. The private hot spring bath was a huge plus – I lit some aromatherapy, watched a show, and enjoyed snacks and drinks while soaking, completely isolated from outside noise. The large windows offered direct views of the lush mountains, providing excellent natural light, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The most hassle-free part of the vacation was the all-inclusive meal plan: In the morning, there was a beautifully presented breakfast with both Chinese and Western options, including fluffy pancakes, fresh fruits, and a variety of local noodle dishes. For lunch and dinner, I enjoyed exquisite Western meals with elegant plating, featuring fresh sashimi, grilled steaks, and seafood dishes made with quality ingredients. Afternoon tea and evening sweet soups were continuously available, and the in-room mini-bar offered complimentary drinks and snacks. I didn't need to step out to find restaurants; I could enjoy all sorts of delicious food without leaving the room. Guests can also experience baking bread in a kiln! 🥯 And visit Anji Jurassic Little Chiang Mai – my friends and I spent the whole day taking photos, exploring, and eating! This is a unique and wonderful place I'll definitely visit again!"

"I'd call this the best guesthouse I've ever stayed in! The room was spotless, even the toilet looked brand new. The decor and materials were high-quality and reassuring. All the toiletries were provided, and of excellent quality, especially the small comb – I loved it. The surrounding countryside is very quiet, with a stream in front and a swimming pool. Even without going anywhere else, you could easily spend a whole day exploring the area with kids. The owners were also very kind; they called to confirm the arrival the day before, and then called again when we hadn't arrived. We arrived late, and the owners waited for us the whole time. Thumbs up!"

"Choosing a guesthouse was a good option for our group of four friends. We happened to have a suite with a small loft. It was a family-run guesthouse; the owner seemed to live there himself. The most unique feature was Lulu, a sika deer. My friends especially loved her; she was very gentle and didn't smell much. Lulu was very clean, haha, but she was a bit greedy. Breakfast had a good variety of options, a typical Chinese family breakfast: porridge, fried noodles, steamed buns, eggs, corn, etc. Lulu especially loved the corn, haha. Driving is better for getting around. If you need a taxi, you'll have to call about 20 minutes in advance. If you're lucky, a driver will be available immediately after you book, but if no one is passing by, you'll have to wait a while. The guesthouse also had an automatic mahjong machine. We were the only ones playing that day, haha. The owner was very nice; he even reminded us when we were playing late. If you need any help, you can contact him directly via WeChat. The room was quite clean, and we slept well. The air was really fresh and comfortable. It was drizzling a little when we went, otherwise we could have sat on the lawn, had coffee, and chatted about the three lakes. Overall, we were very satisfied."

"This is basically the Anji version of Nara! The guesthouse has various themed hot springs, and you might even stumble upon free-roaming deer – super therapeutic! ❤️🩹 We booked a private hot spring room facing the mountain, and the view was absolutely stunning. The room came with a projector, and the entire guesthouse is surrounded by bamboo forests. Waking up to bird song and the sound of the stream in the morning was pure bliss. The breakfast wontons were incredibly delicious. Definitely another reason to visit Anji!"

MYCHANT RESORT ANJI

"We booked a family room with a seal-shaped roof. However, three elderly people stayed in the family room, and the child stayed in the double room with us. When we asked for children's amenities, we were told that they would be charged separately. The smart toilet only had a heated seat and a foot-operated lid. The shower door couldn't be opened if a mat or towel was placed outside, but water would flood the area outside the door as soon as someone showered. The tiles at the entrance weren't non-slip, which was very dangerous. We went there because it was a family-friendly A-grade hotel, but the only children's playground was the spiral slide shown in the picture. It was a vertical climbing net that you could only climb up and down. It was extremely unfriendly to young children. What's even more bizarre is that there was a mushroom house outside the climbing net leading to the slide, and there were no lights. The bathroom light would turn on by itself at night. When we contacted the front desk, they told us that we might have accidentally turned it on. Since another room had also experienced many problems, the hotel manager said they would treat us to a meal and offer compensation. We politely declined. When we checked out, they gave us a mug and two small bottles as compensation, which was also quite ridiculous. They seemed not to see my messages to the hotel."

"This is one of the best on-budget hotels that I ever stayed in. It has an extremely warm friendly atmosphere that will make you love Anji from the first sight. The owner and the neighborhood is so welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. I yotaly recommend it for any one who wants to visit Skyland. The shuttle bus station is minutes away from the resort."
