"An ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle, Anji Laozhuang Homestay truly lives up to its reputation! 🌿 Tucked away amidst green mountains and tea fields, the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery on three sides, offering air as fresh as a natural oxygen bar. Every step here presents a picturesque view, full of healing vibes. The check-in experience was absolutely superb! The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. Opening the window revealed beautiful views of the mountains and tea plantations. The new Chinese-style design was elegant and sophisticated, with thoughtful details evident throughout. The hot spring pools nestled within the bamboo forest were incredibly relaxing for an evening soak. Plus, there's an infinity pool, a children's play area, a tea bar, and other facilities, offering a rich variety of leisure and entertainment options. Special shout-out to our butler, Kai! His service was attentive and thorough throughout. He contacted us in advance of our stay, patiently explaining the hotel facilities, sightseeing routes, and important notices. During our stay, he was always available and responded quickly, proactively helping us arrange shuttle services and recommending local experiences. Any request we had was efficiently resolved, and his meticulous service made us feel incredibly welcome. The restaurant uses fresh ingredients, and the local Anji mountain flavors were fantastic. Breakfast offered a wide variety and excellent taste. The overall experience was impeccable – the environment, service, and facilities were all perfect. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!"

"The room was quite spacious, and both the afternoon tea and the sweet soup served in the evening were delightful. I had a last-minute trip for two days to recuperate because I wasn't feeling well. I hadn't done any research beforehand, so it was a bit of a 'mystery box' situation, and I was absolutely delighted by the experience. If I get the chance, I'll definitely return next summer. Regarding dinner, you just need to make a reservation via WeChat before 3 PM daily. On a side note, the portion sizes are genuinely quite large. On our first day, we ordered four dishes and one soup for three people, and we couldn't even finish half of it. I hope the restaurant could consider offering smaller portion options. This would be much more accommodating for families like ours who have average appetites but enjoy trying a greater variety of dishes."

"This hotel is truly beautiful and one of the larger establishments in Moganshan. I particularly loved the lobby and restaurant – they were incredibly lush and green! I rarely see lobbies and restaurants with such abundant greenery and flowers. It felt very chic and fresh, even more photogenic than many of the trendy cafes in Moganshan. Our room was spacious, and we were upgraded to the 'Prague' room. I do have a couple of suggestions: the bed frame was wider than the mattress, and I kept bumping my shins on it, which was painful. Also, the shower only had a rain shower head. The water pressure was great, but it was impossible to rinse off soap suds that splattered further away on the floor, so you'd end up stepping in bubbles when you got out. Finally, the toilet door wasn't fully sealed, which is a bit of an issue if you need privacy."

"The hotel lady is very nice, polite and welcoming. As they saw that I was pregnant, they offered to help carry our bags to our room. The view from the room is lovely. Bathtub on the balcony is relaxing and can enjoy the nice view at the same time. I read some reviews about bugs. This homestay is in the middle of nature, so naturally you can expect bugs to be around. We were lucky with only one flying bug in our bedroom. Some minor things, like the door handle of the bathroom door wasn’t securely fastened and the bathtub leaked a bit. But it was nothing major. The pool could maybe use a bit of a shady area, as it gets quite hot on sunny days and there is nowhere to relax in the pool in the shade. This is just a tip. We enjoyed the pool either way. There is a wonderful view from the pool and the water was nice and cool."

"I'm not being paid to say this... This resort was truly satisfying, offering a fantastic blend of historical culture, natural beauty, and engaging activities. The overall experience was excellent. Here are the specific highlights: 1. **Rich Scenery and Culture:** (a) The scenic area features the ancient tomb of King Yue, complemented by an accompanying museum nearby. (b) The natural landscape is stunning, boasting expansive tea plantations and a picturesque lake. 2. **Diverse Free Activities:** (a) They offer horse riding vouchers, paddleboarding, and even a forest KTV. (b) In the evenings, you can enjoy setting off sparklers. (c) Unique experiences like pinecone gathering and forest sound healing are also available. 3. **Accommodation and Environment:** (a) **Pet-Friendly:** It's a very pet-friendly place; I saw many guests with their dogs. (b) **Room Facilities:** I stayed in a lake-view room. While the tent space wasn't particularly large, it was well-equipped despite its compact size. I especially loved the terrace overlooking the small lake, which offered a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere. 4. **Exceptional Service:** The service attitude was genuinely excellent, and the staff were incredibly patient. We brought our own barbecue ingredients, and borrowed many tools from the hotel; the staff helped us deliver them repeatedly. Even when we missed breakfast, they still provided freshly ground coffee when we asked at the front desk. I truly recommend this place to everyone! Overall, this is an outstanding resort that excels in all aspects."

"We were the first to check in that day, and the boss upgraded our room. The house was very clean and stylish. In the yard, you can warm yourself by the fire, sit and bask in the sun. There is also a place in the restaurant where you can sing and play billiards. It is a very comfortable small yard. The key point is that it is pet-friendly and you can bring puppies. Almost every family with pets brings a puppy. It is a very loving and warm B&B. Moreover, the boss is very enthusiastic and patiently answers all the questions asked. Finally, I wish the boss business will get better and better, and I will go back if I have the opportunity😄"

"To be honest, this was my first time staying at a Banyan Tree property, and I chose the one in Anji. I won't go on about the good points, but I do have a few areas I think could be improved. Firstly, the infinity pool being closed when it was over 30 degrees Celsius is questionable. Secondly, after swimming in the indoor pool, there were absolutely no towels available, not even a single one, and no bottled water either. Perhaps this was due to the off-season. Thirdly, during breakfast on the second day, my child found a hair in a pan-fried bun, which might have been due to it being freshly made. The dinner at both the Chinese and Thai restaurants was pretty good, and the butler was indeed very enthusiastic. The hotel environment was also quite good."
