The hotel facilities are comprehensive, perfect for leisurely strolls and enjoying the scenery, and the local cuisine is also quite delicious. "This is a very comfortable resort hotel. Staying here feels like being transported to Thailand or Bali. The butler was absolutely amazing; by coincidence, we even shared the same birthday, and they surprised me with a small cake on my special day! Overall, the hotel service was incredibly attentive and responsive to every request, which is exactly the standard you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The SPA was especially comfortable; I highly recommend everyone staying here to try the Thai massage! The Ziva front desk staff, especially the lady, was very patient and positive! It made for a very pleasant experience! I had two consecutive days of spa treatments with Sunny and Yuna, who massaged me and my family. They were absolutely fantastic, I felt they were even better than many foreign masseuses! Full five-star rating!"

"First off, the hotel itself is beautiful! The package I chose even included rafting, plus a picnic basket and a breakfast buffet, which was incredible value for money. It actually worked out to be similar in price to a single night at other park hotels, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, haha! Then there's the room – it was gorgeous with great lighting, perfect for photos. I didn't take any pictures when I first got in because I immediately spread all my stuff everywhere. But the bathtub in the bathroom is fantastic for photos! The hotel's second floor is also great for pictures, with tons of Hello Kitty decorations. If you love Kitty, you absolutely have to stay here!"
