"The hotel was really good. Their service was excellent as they helped us with all our requests. The owner also offered to drive us to the Skyland cable car station which was really nice of them. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and filling. The hot-spring was good and prepared well. Overall we had a really great stay."

"A truly wonderful experience! I immediately thought this place was the best when I booked it, and it truly was! Ambient: The mountain setting is incredibly comfortable, quiet, and the air is fresh. There's a stream right below the B&B, and Yuling Dam isn't far away. Facilities: The B&B's design is warm and comfortable, with a lot of thoughtful touches and design. The rooms are fully equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the view from the room is like a picturesque scene. The bathroom water is also powerful and hot. 👍🏻 Cleanliness: Very clean, even the windows and every corner are spotless, showing that the owner is diligent in cleaning. Service: The owner and his wife are incredibly kind. The breakfast is delicious. 😋 They also provide afternoon tea (the cakes and fruits are also delicious). Highly recommended, it was a worthwhile trip. 👍🏻"

"The room facilities are relatively old, the bathroom and carpet are not very clean, the background wall at the head of the bed has begun to yellow, the lights are not very bright, maybe it's because of the age, I personally feel that more than 500 a night should not be such conditions, we had two adults and two snacks for breakfast and originally wanted to pay for one child, but the waiter was more humane and did not let us pay, and gave us two apples and two bottles of mineral water when we checked out, which was good"

"As soon as I was approaching the mountains that lead to this hotel I felt like this would be a wonderful place with its bamboo and natural beauty. When I arrived I could see an amazing view of the tall mountains and the city of Anji. Checking in was really easy a guy named 小李 helped us and took us to our room he was really nice and talked about everything that there is in Anji and there place. In fact, there was a hot tub that was very clean and nice. Therefore, inside our room it is 2 story’s with a small mini kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor was a bigger bedroom with a very nice balcony. I can say the room is 10/10 clean. Including, the pool was really nice and had a good view I liked swimming there. After, the swim I had dinner here at their restaurant where in the morning is a buffet the food was pretty good. After, breakfast we got a small tour of their place and got good views of the place. 小李 was the one who also drove us he was very nice and friendly explaining everything. We also got some photos taken here at this hotel by a professional photographer for free. This young lady who took a photo of me and my son did an absolutely amazing job it turned out amazing. I would say this is a great place if you are coming to Anji recommend. This place is a 5 star rating will be coming here next time!"

"Couldn't resist trying out this top-tier luxury hotel. Upon check-in, I was immediately offered a hot towel, snacks, and tea. They also asked what essential oil scent I preferred, as they light essential oil diffusers in the rooms every evening after 5 PM for a comfortable experience. Ida provided attentive and thoughtful service. The hardware facilities were also top-notch; the TV allowed screen mirroring, and the hotel even had cherry blossoms to admire. After breakfast, you can join a 30-minute session of Baduanjin (a traditional Chinese qigong). In the evening at 5 PM, there's a meditation and sound bath with singing bowls in the lobby. The garden has small pets like deer, rabbits, chickens, and even a peacock (the 'escaped' version!)). A walk around the hotel pretty much covers everything; I spent most of my two days relaxing within the hotel. The breakfast had everything you'd expect and more, including freshly squeezed watermelon and cucumber juice – a rich and varied selection. You can enjoy coffee and the view on the 9th-floor rooftop, and the afternoon tea there is also excellent, complemented by the 9th-floor scenery. Overall, it was a fantastic stay."

From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!"

"The service was excellent, and the owner and her family were very kind. It was a rare and very satisfying vacation home. The environment was clean and relaxing, and there was even a private hot spring in the bamboo forest. For this price, it's excellent value for money. The food at the homestay was also delicious, and they even gave us a welcome fruit platter upon check-in. I also bought some delicious Anji tea. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Anji!"

"This was my first time at Laozhuang Mountain Residence, and the overall environment is fantastic – perfect for relaxing and breathing fresh air. The whole vibe is very natural and healing. The front desk staff, especially a young man, was very enthusiastic and even upgraded our room. The view from our mountain residence directly overlooked the green tea plantations, which was incredibly soothing for my eyes over the past few days. We received welcome fruit and four bottles of mineral water. The minibar isn't free, but I checked the prices and they were all quite reasonable. The room was spacious, the balcony was large, and the cleanliness was good. The only downside was that the bathroom was a bit dim, making it difficult to do makeup. Breakfast was just okay; the variety wasn't particularly extensive. However, the freshly cooked noodles with toppings were very delicious. Lunch and dinner weren't great value for money, so it's probably better to drive out to eat. The highlight was definitely the temple grounds you reach by climbing up from the tea mountains. You can ring the bell, and the scenery at the top is stunning and very photogenic. There's a dedicated path for descending, and the walk itself offers beautiful views. There were also adorable geese and ducks. There's a 'Big Gourd Park' which is great for kids. My daughter even borrowed ancient costumes for photos there. Furthermore, the butler service was excellent. They constantly checked if we needed anything, and their responses were always prompt. They even gave us some local eggs when we checked out."

"The room was clean and hygienic, the 2 air conditioners were particularly cool, and there was a tent that added a lot of fun; The service is warm, the local aunt is hardworking and cute, the food can be taken locally, the aunt is good at craftsmanship, and can wash clothes. Bamboo forest digging experience: I experienced digging, and I also ate and took it. The bamboo shoots here are big and tender. Before checking in, I read reviews saying that the hotel only has set meals and cannot order a la carte, and the dishes are average, but I still contacted the front desk to book a table at the restaurant. As a result, I can order a la carte, and the dishes and services are very good (just a few pictures of the dishes); Let me talk about the room service. Because the plan changed temporarily and I planned to stay one more night, I called the front desk after checking in at 3 o'clock to extend my stay. I was told that they would check the room situation and call me back, but I waited in the room for nearly two hours and there was no response. Later, I was worried that there would be no room, so I booked another night on Ctrip. I went out in the morning the next day and returned to the room at nearly 4 o'clock in the afternoon to find that it was not cleaned. I don’t know if the work was not handed over well, or if they said that the room would not be cleaned for those who extended their stay? The experience was slightly worse in this regard."
