"This is a very comfortable resort hotel. Staying here feels like being transported to Thailand or Bali. The butler was absolutely amazing; by coincidence, we even shared the same birthday, and they surprised me with a small cake on my special day! Overall, the hotel service was incredibly attentive and responsive to every request, which is exactly the standard you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The SPA was especially comfortable; I highly recommend everyone staying here to try the Thai massage! The Ziva front desk staff, especially the lady, was very patient and positive! It made for a very pleasant experience! I had two consecutive days of spa treatments with Sunny and Yuna, who massaged me and my family. They were absolutely fantastic, I felt they were even better than many foreign masseuses! Full five-star rating!"

"Such a chill trip!!! This getaway was exceptionally healing, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment was serene and elegant, with a great ambiance. The rooms were clean and fresh, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were warm and attentive, treating guests kindly and making you feel truly cared for. Special thanks to the front desk concierge who thoughtfully helped plan our itinerary before and after check-in, coordinating various needs with meticulous care. The overall experience was impeccable ✨. The hotel rooms weren't huge, but the environment was quiet and peaceful. The book bar had a full selection of board games and reading materials, perfect for kids to relax and play; the expansive outdoor lawn was great for running around and playing, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the green mountain surroundings, breathe fresh air, and feel free and relaxed. "To start with the conclusion, while this Indigo property doesn't quite get a perfect score for its overall performance, its minor flaws don't overshadow its good points. In fact, it's already on my list of hotels to re-visit for a weekend getaway.
In terms of transport, it's about an hour's drive from Hangzhou with no difficult roads. It's backed by the Lingfeng Mountain scenic area, making its location particularly good.
We stayed in a room with a private hot spring tub. I really liked the tub's terrace, which had bamboo screens for privacy. The hot tub itself was square-shaped and quite spacious, large enough for someone of my small stature to lie down in.
I was originally drawn to Indigo Anji because of its cave bar. Upon check-in, there were a few minor issues with the room. However, I was completely won over by the food at Jiwei Restaurant, and the housekeeping staff promptly resolved the issues, so I can overlook them.
On the first night, we had dinner included in our package at Jiwei Restaurant. I usually don't have high expectations for complimentary meals from promotional offers, but I was surprisingly impressed by the taste. So, we immediately booked a table for dinner on the second night. We ordered some dishes that caught our eye, and aside from the slightly slow service, the taste once again exceeded our expectations. (P.S. IHG members can earn points and get discounts on dining).
Additionally, there's a super cute mixed-breed tabby cat on the second-floor lounge platform. It's not afraid of people at all and will even come up for a cuddle.
All in all, whenever I'm looking for a place to relax on the weekend, Indigo Anji will be my top choice."

"Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. The rooms are located on the mountain, and you need to take an electric shuttle from the lobby to check in. The overall service was good, and the shuttles were frequent and responded quickly when called, making it quite convenient to travel between the room and other activity areas. The hotel is more geared towards families and children, offering a variety of activities like go-karting and kayaking, so you won't get bored staying there. The breakfast selection was decent, and the local Moganshan specialty dried plum vegetable pancakes were quite tasty. The only minor drawback is that the hotel has been around for many years, so some of the furnishings in the rooms show a bit of wear, which slightly affected the experience. All in all, it's still a good option, especially if you're traveling with children."

The hotel facilities are a bit dated, and the shower pressure was a little low, but everything else was excellent. The hotel environment is nice, and breakfast was quite rich. The evening activities were particularly enjoyable for the children, and the staff were incredibly patient and enthusiastic with them throughout – we were very impressed. The kids also loved the small zoo next door; it even felt like the animals were very friendly, coming right up to people.
Anji is really quite good. It seems there's no comparable place in the North China region. It just goes to show how developed the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai areas are."

"I booked a 'Wangshan Building Deluxe Twin Room' at Wangshan Yunju for two nights for 998 yuan. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel's overall service was excellent, and its mountain-side location offered beautiful surroundings. My only complaint was the complimentary travel photoshoot – the photographer (a woman) had an extremely poor attitude and was very disrespectful. While it was a free perk, it left a very bad impression on guests. I hope the hotel will be more selective with its partner services."

"My stay at Anji Hantian Resort exceeded my expectations, highly recommended! It's nestled amidst tea plantations and bamboo forests, offering a serene and healing environment. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive; check-in was efficient, the shuttle bus was available on demand, and the staff were enthusiastic and quick to respond to requests. The room was spacious and grand, immaculately clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a bamboo forest, making for a particularly comfortable stay. "Environment: Fantastic, truly feels like living in the mountains. It's lovely whether it's raining or sunny.
Facilities: All sorts of facilities are available, making it very suitable for family trips, especially if you're traveling with dogs and children. Genuinely kid-friendly and pet-friendly!
Service: Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us. Excellent service attitude!
Hygiene: The biggest drawback was the hygiene. By hotel standards, the room's cleanliness was very poor, and even by guesthouse standards, it was only average. The toilet hadn't been properly cleaned; there were urine stains and hair, which was quite off-putting.
Dining: The on-site restaurant's farm-style dishes were excellent. We had two dinners and one breakfast at the hotel, and it was great for the family.
Overall, the experience was quite good, with plenty of activities like fruit picking, fishing, and a mini-zoo. I really hope they can improve the hygiene! I'd be willing to come back if I have the chance, especially with my family."
