To be honest, I really don’t want to recommend this homestay to everyone, because if everyone knows such a great place, it will not be so easy for me to book in the future🤣
The environment is very good. It can be seen that the boss is very tasteful and careful in the layout. There are projectors, snacks and a stove in the lobby on the first floor, hot tea around the stove, roasted sweet potatoes and baked rice cakes. There are table tennis tables, chess and card rooms and billiards on both sides of the yard. The room can also sing K songs, especially suitable for family and friends gatherings or company team building👋👋👋

I selected this B&B after comparing several. It was exactly what I expected, and it was great value for money.
1. The environment is quiet, like a paradise, surrounded by bamboo forests and the scenery is very good. Sofas or chairs are placed in various corners and corridors, where you can sit and look at the scenery and relax. Very literary and bourgeois.
2. The decoration is simple and elegant, and it is clean. You will feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The proprietress is very strict in controlling the hygiene details. Bathrooms are made from Kohler. Our room has two 1.8-meter large beds, which is really suitable for family travel. It doesn't matter if the tatami bed rolls around on the floor, and the children can sleep on it. There is a bathroom separated between the two rooms, which not only provides privacy but also facilitates family integration. There is a projector that can cast the screen on your mobile phone. When you are tired from playing, it is very happy to go back to the hotel to rest and watch movies.
3. The boss and his wife are very nice. I caught a cold, and my boss took me to the health center to see a doctor. Really touched. I believe that if they treat their customers with such care, their business will definitely get better and better.
4. The breakfast is not bad, clean, convenient and rich in variety, especially the fried dough sticks, which are delicious. After eating, you can go to Yunshang Grassland early to play.

The room has two large beds with a width of 1.5 meters, which is very suitable for families with children. Two adults and two children can sleep very spacious and comfortably. The hotel I stayed at on the first day was blindly found, and I didn’t provide anything. I didn’t sleep well all night. I found the hotel along the road early the next morning, so I found this one. At first, I was attracted by the cafe at the door. The floor-to-ceiling windows are particularly beautiful.
So I asked about the room situation. It happened to have a room, a chess and card room, KTV, and barbecue. It was too suitable for us. So we quickly moved up and checked in. The service staff also helped us carry the luggage, especially the details.
After going downstairs, the boss also told us that the water in the refrigerator can be drunk, and you can also drink a cup of coffee in each room. There are fruits. The fruits are delivered that morning. They are especially fresh and delicious.

Let me talk about the advantages first:
1. The address of the homestay is very good, close to the top of the mountain, very cool.

2. The experience in the swimming pool was terrible. My baby went swimming on the first day at the shop. The 3-night experience at Hantian Resort was great! The housekeeper Xiaoyan had contacted me the night before departure and sent me a lot of hotel tips. This homestay is only open for a year, the environment is very good, and the boss cleans it very cleanly.

GGuest UserI came from Banyan Tree with disappointment, expecting a surprise, and it turned out to be the right choice. I was pleasantly surprised when I drove in from the main gate, and the tranquility of Nanshan was leisurely. The parking lot is very unique, it is a tent garage. The shuttle bus took us to the lobby, and the rice fields and mountain views along the way were beautiful. After checking in, I walked around the hotel, and the scenery and corners were carefully designed. The interior of the courtyard room is Japanese style. The courtyard room is slightly sunken compared to the ground. The courtyard view is great, but it feels a little damp. On the second night, I changed to the mountain view room on the second floor, which has a wider view and is more in line with my preferences.
My favorite is the book bar, where I wrote calligraphy for a day. There are also private cinemas and gyms, which I also experienced briefly. Although small, it has everything. For my vacation needs, these facilities are completely sufficient.
Let's talk about dining. Compared with the high consumption and heavy taste of Banyan Tree, the dishes here are light and healthy, just like the dishes I cook at home. The best thing is that there is no service charge!
A few suggestions ~ For simple meals outside of the three meals, the wontons are not tasty, the skin is too thick. The coffee beans for breakfast are not flavorful enough, you can change to better beans. Other than that, the flaws are not enough, I have decided to come again in winter.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

JJuliaFI literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room.
This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

SScarletTheWandererWhat a wonderful spot! We were so surprised by this quiet hotel that had the most GORGEOUS views overlooking the mountains and bamboo forest. The manager of the hotel was very easy to communicate with and was super friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, a little dark but cool and the bathroom had no door (very normal in China). The balcony was just perfect and there was a nice short walk through the woods if you turn left from the lobby that loops up to the entrance of the Anji Jiangnan Tianchi Reservoir and has glorious mountain valley views. You go to their sister hotel (20 meters next door) for breakfast which was delicious and plentiful. They also serve delicious dinner - we especially loved both the eggplant and bamboo dishes and all the staff were so friendly! It’s also where the pool was – but the water was a little low when we were there as it’s mountain fed and it was a little worn. We dipped our feet in instead of going for a full swim. The road is full of zigzags to get to the top of the mountain, but it has incredible views along the way and is new and smooth. Would recommend this nice hotel with a very friendly manager.

ZZhaozhaodaxiaojieA homestay with a good location. It feels warm and relaxing as soon as you enter the door. There is a dog and two cats. You can see them every morning when you go downstairs and every night when you come back. It's comfortable for adults and children to play with the cats and dogs! The boss and the boss's wife are very nice. Anji is worth visiting more times. I will come again next time. I also plan to bring the team here for team building.

AAnonymous UserI chose this place temporarily during my trip. I had a great experience unexpectedly. The scenery on the way up the mountain is super beautiful. Jiangnan Tianchi has level 6 negative oxygen ions and the air quality is very good. It’s very leisurely to live here. I stroll around, wash my lungs by myself, and play cards. Very happy~
The accommodation package I chose included breakfast and a dinner. The dinner was delicious. I recommend the chicken soup.
The room is a complex and is in principle suitable for 4 people, but there is only one toilet. If the weather is good, you can see stars at night.
The service is also good. There is a butler here who will assist you if you have any questions. Before leaving, we were given small gifts, which made the elders in the family very satisfied. This time I traveled during off-peak hours, and the room rate was very cost-effective. [vomit][vomit][rose][rose][hug][hug]
Tips: There are not many parking spaces in front of the hotel. There are about 4 universal charging piles. You can scan the code and pay for it at your own expense.
