The hotel is nestled in a tranquil valley, offering an excellent, secluded location with only just over twenty rooms – private yet stylish.
The cleanliness was impeccable; the housekeepers did a thorough job, and the property is very well-maintained.
The room was spacious with a thoughtful layout. Opening the window revealed a small courtyard and lush greenery in the distance. The bathroom featured Villeroy & Boch fixtures and Acqua di Parma toiletries. The minibar was generously stocked, even with Voss water, and they were not stingy with it at all. The private hot spring's water temperature was perfect and very clean, and my child had a blast.
The dining quality was superb. We were there during the hotel's 5th-anniversary celebration, so there was a discount, and the complimentary dishes and cake were excellent, with no corners cut. I highly recommend trying the fish head hotpot. Breakfast was exquisite and high-quality, featuring freshly squeezed juice, dry-tossed noodles, and five-spice beef – absolutely recommend!
I must emphasize that the service was flawless. Our butler added us on WeChat a few days prior and was instantly responsive throughout our stay. I even left clothes and a kettle in a common area and never had to worry about them being lost. From the front desk staff and all common area service personnel to the hotel manager, everyone was incredibly professional and always had a smile on their face. Compared to the sometimes impersonal professionalism of some ultra-five-star hotels, the service here felt much more personal and genuinely caring.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was worth it. I can only imagine how much more beautiful it would be in spring and autumn. I will definitely be back!

Before check-in: The housekeeper sent a detailed road map and parking guide. The boss's hand-painted surrounding play guide is more interesting than the navigation APP.
Room: Not just clean and tidy. The curtains are shading, ensuring a good morning sleep; the bathroom has a smart toilet pad, and it is warm to sit on in winter.
Dining: Grandma's private kitchen is very delicious, every dish is delicious, breakfast is also freshly cooked, we have finished noodles, and omelets are also very delicious!
There is also a particularly cute puppy, we waited for us on the side of the car as soon as we arrived, super sensible. See you next time, Wangzai!

Children like it very much, but I feel it is more suitable for couples because the design of the bathroom is a bit inconvenient for parent-child families. There is also a bathroom on the first floor, but there is no shower. Parents of the opposite sex have to take a shower in advance. Other than that, it is almost full marks. The service is very, very, very good. The brothers are very handsome and the sisters are also very beautiful. They have a strong sense of service. The housekeeper is responsive to every request. A care package is provided every day, which is a canvas cosmetic bag that can be taken away. The toiletries are lelabo, and there are enough drinks. The restaurant is not big, so make reservations in advance. The food is very delicate and the taste is good. Afternoon tea and hot spring bath are also provided. It is very, very, very comfortable!

MM478187****Our family just had a wonderful vacation at Nook Nook Guesthouse, and we highly recommend it!
From the moment we entered the mountain road to arriving at the guesthouse, it felt like escaping the hustle and bustle of the city and entering a tranquil mountain forest. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a simple yet cozy design that instantly made us relax.
The guesthouse's facilities were thoughtfully designed: the swimming pool surrounded by greenery, with its refreshingly colored water features and planks, was perfect for taking photos; the coffee shop was next to a bamboo grove and stream, and sitting by the window enjoying afternoon tea while watching the wind rustle the bamboo was incredibly relaxing; there was also a karaoke room (free for 1 hour) and charging stations, making it ideal for family road trips.
The service was also very attentive: we received a small gift and complimentary afternoon tea drinks on our arrival day; the butler responded quickly in the WeChat group; there were also gifts upon departure; and when we were in a rush and couldn't get a taxi, the owner personally drove us down the mountain. We felt truly welcome.
The only thing to note beforehand is that the guesthouse is located in the mountains, and there's a drive up a mountain road from the foot of the mountain. If it's late or foggy, it's recommended to leave early or arrive during the day. But that's precisely its charm—distant mountains, bamboo forests, streams, and tranquility, a stark contrast to everyday life.
Overall, this is a resort-style guesthouse worth visiting multiple times. Whether it's a trip with friends, a romantic getaway, or a family with children, you can find time to relax, laugh, and enjoy nature here. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Anji!

BBetterCallDKI had a really nice stay at Little Forest Guesthouse. Sam, the manager, was super helpful the whole time. His English was great, and he made everything easy for us. We arrived pretty late, around 9:20 PM, and he still waited to help us check in, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was tasty, and the service felt genuine and friendly. The place itself is quiet, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful views. I’m very happy with the stay and would definitely come back again.

This hotel is an absolute treasure, nestled beautifully in the mountains. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-kept, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff.
Though they don’t speak much English, they went above and beyond to communicate with us via WeChat, ensuring we felt welcome and understood. They surprised us with a room upgrade and took care of every little detail—adjusting the pool temperature when they noticed it was too cold, providing Western food options, and even recommending the best local activities and restaurants.
Their kindness and dedication made our trip so special. We’re truly grateful for their hospitality and will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with outstanding service!

AAnna0012The hotel lady is very nice, polite and welcoming. As they saw that I was pregnant, they offered to help carry our bags to our room. The view from the room is lovely. Bathtub on the balcony is relaxing and can enjoy the nice view at the same time.
I read some reviews about bugs. This homestay is in the middle of nature, so naturally you can expect bugs to be around. We were lucky with only one flying bug in our bedroom.
Some minor things, like the door handle of the bathroom door wasn’t securely fastened and the bathtub leaked a bit. But it was nothing major.
The pool could maybe use a bit of a shady area, as it gets quite hot on sunny days and there is nowhere to relax in the pool in the shade. This is just a tip. We enjoyed the pool either way. There is a wonderful view from the pool and the water was nice and cool.

GGuest UserFor work reasons, I chose Manwanhua. The environment was exceptional, and I felt like I was on vacation. The tea plantations and buildings coexist harmoniously, and the infinity pool, reflecting the Metasequoia trees, creates a modern, stylish atmosphere. The housekeeping was proactive, responsive, and welcoming. The coffee was excellent, and the metal fence around the pool was a creative way to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. In the evening, the breeze blew, and gazing at the stars was a relaxing experience.

Staff are on hand to help with luggage when going up or down to the rooms, and there's a dedicated hotel shuttle service everywhere. The service is excellent, saving a lot of effort for moms traveling with kids. Our butler was also very thoughtful, offering recommendations for the area and helpful tips, and promptly responded to any requests.
The skiing experience during our stay was great, the artificial snow was fantastic. The ski resort is quite spacious, and there are many surrounding entertainment options, which kept the kids happy.
The room had floor heating, a novel design, and the cleanliness was also good. The only drawback was the limited number of elevators, requiring some backtracking. But we would definitely come back again.
