"I stayed in seat A on the first day and seat C on the second day. The room without windows seems cheap, but I definitely appreciate the windows, so I made it with windows. The deposit is 500 yuan. JJongaI recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired.
Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly.
Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.
The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.

MMark NMy family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

GGuest UserI couldn't book a family room online. I booked a superior double room. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk changed me to a family room. The lady was really nice. It was big and clean. I was originally worried that the newly renovated room would have a smell. None. It’s very safe to live with children. The hotel has a laundry room and a free parking lot downstairs. You can order takeout robots for food delivery. There are a lot of places to eat around. The transportation is also very convenient. You can walk to Eurasia Mall for dinner. Then I walked to Wanda, which is very close to the mountains. Next time I go to Changchun, I will stay at this Hanting Hotel. It’s great!

TT.W.LConvenient, fuss free and comfortable hotel near the left side of the South Exit opposite the Changchun Railway Station. Breakfast is available in the hotel and there are plenty of food choices around the hotel. There is a gym and laundry room which makes it a great base to access the Northeast part of China such as Changbaishan UNESCO site, Harbin, Dandong, Shenyang, Jilinand Yanji.
Despite being in a busy location, the hotel tries to create a relaxing environment. Room even has background/ambient music and Bluetooth for you to hook up your favourite music.
The beds come with memory pillow and a soft pillow option and the bed is not to the extent of a rock hard Asian type bed.

NNixNaxI stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it.
Notes:
When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free.
The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha).
Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice.
We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast.
There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!!
The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area.
All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

ZZishamoliI came here for the historical old building, and booked a slightly more expensive VIP building. When I arrived at the door, I saw that the welcoming building was an old building. The hotel lobby manager helped me carry the suitcase, the handsome guy at the front desk of the welcoming building (I forgot his name) assisted me in adjusting, and the girl and the housekeeping accompanied me to see the room. They were very warm and enthusiastic, and the floor and room were all for us.
The waiters here are good in all positions. In addition to being enthusiastic, they are also very patient.
There are some historical relics that need to be photographed. At night, waiter 003 even turned on the exhibition lights for me to take pictures.
The next day, I had to go back to the VIP building I booked. The little sister 023 at the front desk of the VIP building opened a room for me to see the difference and whether I was satisfied.
The housekeeping departments of the two buildings, different sisters were also warm, one told me the difference between the rooms, especially the problems I didn’t notice, and one found the most distinctive morning market nearby for me.
I wanted to eat pork elbows, and the lobby manager recommended the nearest century-old store Zhen Bu Tong, and even called to ask if there were any pork elbows and how they were made... I was so moved
It’s like home, so to speak.
When I returned to the hotel after going out, it was particularly heartwarming to see the bed made at night.

It felt old as soon as I entered, and the lights were not easy to turn off. I studied it for a while before I understood how to turn off the lights. Then the air conditioning was turned off early. It rained two days ago and it was a bit cold, but there was no other way. There were no extra quilts in the full room, so I added an extra blanket. The wifi was not easy to connect, and I had to scan the code again every time, and it would be disconnected.
