"Some distance from the subway station When arriving, the employee informed that the actual check-in time was 10PM, which did not match the 3PM written on ctrip. Therefore, you need to contact ctrip to solve the problem in the future. The room is quite large There are also some restaurants and shops nearby Overall good value for money"

"I was a little worried that I didn't answer the phone, but otherwise it was perfect. The room is larger than the photo and the water pressure is quite strong. Above all, I am very satisfied because I was able to pick up the hotel master after eating rice several kilometers away. Thank you again."

"The location is very easy to find. The accommodation is not bad, very quiet. I don't know how many people are staying. Anyway, I didn't hear any outside noise and the sound from the next door. Across the road is the west pedestrian street is very lively. Suitable for people who are nightlife. I drew a map to make it easy for the room to set up a small partner. The room was small and clean. Two people lived enough. There is a hot water bottle, coffee and paper cups can be made by yourself, and there is a small refrigerator. Washing supplies are complete. Breakfast goes downstairs, there is a tray, you can bring it to the room to eat, the only thing is that breakfast is single, only bread and cornflakes and chocolate beans, butter, strawberry jam, milk and water. Is it possible to add something else, such as ham or fried eggs? There is also a page written once the reservation is not refundable, it is really a little human feelings, no matter what the big thing, it is no refund. Only breakfast and booking will not return these two points and hope to improve. Everything else is fine, no matter the location, the room is clean, the quietness is very good. The TV is also good, the LCD monitor is quite big, I really don't know how many inches or 54 or more, and watching TV is very clear."

"As other reviews have shared; location of hotel is on top of a hill thus a little misleading. The room itself was big and amnities were great (was warm during winter), only problem is the location as I travelled with my family. Having to climb up/down hills to reach bus stops was tiring for my parents. Overall would only recommend if you dont mind climbing up and down hills/ taking taxis/ driving."

Excellent
KKitmokmokThe hotel is in a convenient location, with a CU convenience store downstairs. If you are traveling by car, you can park your car in the parking lot of the apartment building opposite the hotel, which is free. It's a 5-minute walk to the Nampodong business district, and you can walk all the way to BIFF Plaza. I heard that the hotel is run by a ********* and Korean couple. The decoration of the hotel is very stylish. It has its own cafe downstairs. There is a small area selling small commodities and postcards. Hotel guests receive two free Americanos every day. The hotel room also has coffee beans and a grinder so you can make coffee in the room. The hotel room is also equipped with snacks, drinks and beer, all free and refilled every day. The room also has vinyl records and speakers. Breakfast will be left at the door at 8:30am every day. Breakfast includes eggs, cereal, scone, juice and fruit. Scone is delicious 👍🏻 fragrant and crispy. There are notebooks and stationery pens in the room. You can record every detail of your trip and share it with other hotel guests. It is a very interesting experience. The room has a bathtub and bath balls, so you can take a bath at night. The only shortcoming of the room is that the lighting is relatively dim at night, but since the room is surrounded by glass, the sun shines into the room in the morning, and the light is enough for makeup, which is not a big problem. There is no TV in the room, but a folding table and mobile phone holder are prepared, so you can watch your mobile phone while having late-night snacks😆All in all, I highly recommend this hotel☺️

TTravellerkriskOur stay at Brown Suites Busan was fantastic! The hotel room was impressive, spacious, and comfortable, making our family trip truly enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the free parking service was a great bonus. The staff provided excellent support before and during our stay, ensuring a smooth experience. A special shout-out to Mr. Kim Kyu Sung, who went above and beyond when our rental car had an issue late at night even though it’s out of the scope of the hotel service . His quick response and genuine assistance saved us from a stressful situation, especially as first-time visitors to Busan. His hospitality was truly remarkable and greatly appreciated!! Highly recommend Brown Suites Busan for its outstanding service!!

GGuest UserThe hotel is really located very well. The main street has everything and more. Close to subway, buses, subway exit (which is the closest to the hotel) with elevator. The minus of the hotel is the absence of breakfasts, the hotel does not have any arrangements even with nearby restaurants. Reception will not advise anything, in fact there is just for check in and check out. Rooms are large with good bed, a small view of the beach. Windows are opening. Air conditioning works. the corridors carpeted (you won't hear suitcases), soundproofing is good (I have a sensitive sleep). Cleaned well. Shampoo, shower gel and soap is there, but the quality is so so. Just 3 stars hotel.

SSeca2Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was just across the Busan Station 1 and walking distance to most establishments. Though the room including the toilet&bath is small, it is complete with amenities (like Japanese style). Hot and cold showers, bathtub, hair blower, water heater for coffee and tea, slippers, small vault for valuables. They provided toiletries and pajamas (just collect at the lobby area). Note: toothbrush and toothpaste not included. No cabinet but can place your luggage under the bed. Free breakfast. No microwave inside the room but at the lobby area where you can have water, coffee and tea from the vending machine. They have a laundry area too so you cannot bring much clothes. The only downside for me is that, check-in time is at 4pm and check-out at 10am, so better adjust and manage your timing. You can leave your luggage at the reception area if you arrive so early. So far, I had a comfortable, peaceful and relaxing sleep during my stay. Cleanliness was never questionable. I look forward to staying here again.

EEdwardI recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Elephant in Busan, and overall, it was a memorable experience. Located conveniently within the city, the hotel serves as a great base for travelers looking to explore Busan’s vibrant neighborhoods, beaches, and culinary spots. From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character. Check-in & First Impressions: Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel. Room: I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value. Amenities & Services: While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything. Location: This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night. Staff & Hospitality: Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected. Overall Impression: Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.
