"Great location, close to the beach, station, market and entertainment.  Can get noisy from music outside but it usually stops around 9-10pm. No room safe, bedside light or entrance light, coffee wasn’t replaced and the balcony door locks behind you, so be careful! (Corner room) Paid for a ‘higher floor’ room but given floor 15 (out of 32).  On arrival, the fire alarm was going off and the balcony sprinklers were flooding the balcony.  We were moved twice .  Overall it’s a great hotel for couples who want to be close to a lively area and beach."

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in so far! Perfect for solo travelers, with a room spacious enough for one or even two people. I wasn’t expecting much from the “city view,” but it turned out to be stunning—especially at night. It was so relaxing to sit by the window with a cup of coffee and enjoy the view. The room was clean and well-equipped: • Bathtub with refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash • TV, fridge, hair dryer, and safe • Breakfast was good—though with limited options, it was satisfying enough, especially if you enjoy Korean food Other thoughtful touches: • Complimentary coffee, tea, and even skincare products in the check-in area/lobby • Free locker service for luggage after check-out (must be collected within 24 hours; one-time use only) • No complimentary toothbrush, so make sure to bring your own—though there’s a vending machine inside the hotel if you need one It’s literally just outside Busan Station, which makes it super convenient if you’re carrying a lot of luggage."

"The family room was spacious, structured like a three-room suite: a central living area with a sofa, and two separate bedrooms on either side, each fitted with a large bed. It's perfect for a family of three! The hotel lobby offers complimentary travel-sized toiletries such as facial cleanser, toner, and lotion. They also provide luggage storage, washing machines, and a currency exchange machine. They truly have all the essentials covered, offering excellent value for money! It's conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from Busan Station. A few areas for improvement: the elevators were quite slow, and the breakfast options were rather limited."

"Fantastic location with excellent dining and entertainment options right outside. The casino is conveniently located downstairs, perfect for those looking for some entertainment. Directly connected to Lotte Department Store, it's a shopper's paradise! If you're visiting Seomyeon, this is *the* place to stay. It offers great value during the off-season; you can often get a room for around 800. A special highlight for me was the in-room coffee machine – the coffee was absolutely delicious! Both flavors were excellent! It's hands down the best capsule coffee I've ever had. Honestly, it's far better than many specialty coffees. You *must* try it when you stay!"

"The location of the property is good, and room is functional enough though a bit small. Bearing the Shilla brand I would expect the property to provide more/better amenties and better maintained. The property condition is not great. Breakfast is so so and I should have booked the room without breakfast as there are plenty of eatery around. Overall I wouldn‘t stay here again. Doesn’t worth the price and definitely nothing closes to a “real” Shilla."

"Highly Recommend – Great View & Comfortable Stay Stayed here recently and really enjoyed it! The room had an amazing view, similar to what you'd see from Busan Tower. The rooftop is open from 6 AM and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the city—great for relaxing or taking photos. Everything in the room felt brand new. The shower and toilet were in perfect condition, and there’s a small fridge which came in handy. I also appreciated the complimentary drip coffee bags—nice touch for coffee lovers. The location is super convenient for exploring Busan. Overall, very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Would definitely stay again!"

"Love this hotel! Right beside Busan station and easy access to Haeundae, Gamcheon Village and Lotte Mart. Especially convenient if you need to take the KTX to Seoul. Modern design and was given a corner unit with 2 views! Was given an early check in at ard 11.30am even though we didn’t ask for it as they know it’s our wedding anniversary trip. That’s a sweet thought. Didn’t try the breakfast so no comment. But there’s a convenience store right at the hotel so no problem with late night supper or bf. Only downside is the window is not full panel so the view of Busan station is kind of obstructed. Other than that, everything is nice and will choose to stay again."

"Spent over 4,000 for a four-day stay. Overall, I was satisfied, but it didn't offer great value for money. Both its advantages and disadvantages were quite clear. **Pros**: The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Haeundae Beach. It's within walking distance to the popular 'sky capsule' train station platform and X the Sky for night views. The area also has plenty of restaurants, an Olive Young store, a snack street, and convenience stores. The front desk lobby offers beautiful sea views. The staff's overall service attitude was warm and welcoming. Most of them spoke basic English, so communication was perfectly fine even without knowing Korean. Breakfast offered a decent variety of dishes, though it wasn't overly extensive – which I didn't mind, considering we were in Korea. When it got busy, the food was replenished promptly. I'd recommend the Busan pork soup. The sea view from the third-floor lounge is stunning. A thoughtful addition is the guest pantry, perfect for enjoying snacks purchased from convenience stores. **Cons**: The room's furnishings were too basic, almost like a budget hotel. The layout was also impractical, with insufficient space for belongings if you have more than a few items. This is something to consider if you're particular about room amenities. Additionally, the room's soundproofing wasn't very good; noises from the hallway were clearly audible."

"We had booked a Deluxe Double Room and was arranged to stay on 9/F. In my view, the room is clean and spacious. Not much noise unless people talking in the corridor. Toilet and shower are separated by doors, which is nice. TV is connected with internet so we don't have to connect our device to watch YouTube and the other channels. Although they forgot to replace our bathrobe for one night (which is nothing serious), we have a very pleasant stay. The photo was taken right before checking out. Their cleaning staff are doing a great job tidying up the room every day. :)"

TTinklebelleBrown Suites is extremely new, 3 bedrooms with lovely living and dining room. Furniture and amenities are excellent, with washer and dryer, as well as 2 bathrooms with a bathtub in one. The view of the ocean and harbour is superb. It is directly linked via a bridge to Busan Station for KTX and also to Busan Port for cruises out to Japan.

GGuest UserEverything is great. One of the best locations just right at the doorstep of Haeundae beach, opposite Haeundae traditional market and within walking distance to many tansportation options. Service was impeccable. Although I put DND sign the whole day I was outside, housekeeper still leave a set of fresh towels for and water outside my door. I also forgot a document which i needed for my next destination and get DHL to deliver it to the hotel. The front desk is very attentive and promptly handed over to me when I returned to the lobby from lunch. There is a 24H coin laundry outside, about 7-10 mins walk. One suggestion is that although the room is spacious for us family of 4, it could do with more hangers in the bathroom and more tables in the room.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and the hotel is incredibly close to Busan Station. I had anticipated it might be noisy, but it was surprisingly quiet at night, which was great for sleeping. However, the bathroom bin was quite small, which was a little inconvenient. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserGreat space but some frustrating oversight We saw a comment that mentioned a complimentary cleaning service for stays over three days. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. We stayed for four nights and no cleaning was provided. We found out you have to pay 20,000 KRW for it. We did pay for the cleaning service on one day, but due to a mistake at the front desk, no one ever showed up. When we tried to reschedule, we were told the service was fully booked for the rest of our stay with no available time slots. We eventually had to just get a refund. A bigger issue was the bathroom. There's no shower curtain, so the entire floor gets soaked every time you shower. When we asked about it, the staff cited safety concerns as the reason. This was confusing, as my friend nearly slipped on the wet floor, which seems like a much bigger safety risk. There are only two lifts servicing all the higher floors, and because they cover so many levels, the wait times are long. It was often so crowded that we couldn't even get on when one finally arrived. The room is well-equipped for longer stays (microwave, cookingware, washing machine, clothesline), but it misses some details. There are no hangers for your clothes and no extra trash bags. Since the cleaning isn't complimentary, our trash bins overflowed by the second day. On the positive side, the staff were very polite and tried to be helpful. The room itself is huge, we could easily lay out two large 28-inch suitcases. There are two spacious balconies and tons of storage. It's perfect if you want to cook and relax in a big living area. The location is fantastic. It's right near the main streets, packed with restaurants and shopping. It's convenient to be able to drop your heavy bags and just head out to explore without lugging everything around. Overall, the space is fantastic for the price, but a few practical issues like the flooded bathroom and lack of basic supplies really need to be addressed.

GGuest UserFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes. Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life. Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.

AAlycia Ming HuiThis hotel provides the basic amenities that you will need. The hotel was more like a boutique hotel located along a restaurant district. It provides good access to the subway and the grand Lotte mall. Unlike what people had commented, the hotel was easy to locate. We were greeted by a beautiful row of cherry blossom trees the week of our stay. The owner of the hotel was very responsive to our needs and gave us what we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had difficulty trying to hang out clothes or bath towels in the bathroom as there are no hanging bars or hooks. There is also no shower curtain so do request for more floor towels to prevent the water from getting to other areas of the bathroom. The host had found a side table for us to use in the bathroom. A point to note is that you would need to climb a flight of stairs to get to your room. The owner was very kind to help us carry our luggage to our room. The hotel is not for the fussy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
