As soon as we got out of the car, the bellhop proactively helped us with our luggage. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, done in just a few minutes, and they even upgraded us for free to a room with a street garden view, which was so heartwarming.
Opening the room door, we immediately felt comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, and there were complimentary mineral water and small drinks next to the wardrobe. The bedding was just the right firmness; even I, who usually struggles to sleep, had a restful night. The shadows of the trees swayed in from the window, and we couldn't hear any noise at all – it was so comfortable to find peace in the midst of the hustle and bustle.

Beyond my expectations, I was very satisfied. I stayed for one night and bought two and a half-day tickets. No need to wake up early, I had a great time. I slept until I woke up naturally, had breakfast, and then slowly headed out.
The front desk service was very attentive; the staff, both male and female, were all very thoughtful. The Woody and Donald Duck pancakes at breakfast were delicious. It's rare that the coffee wasn't bad, and the Mickey disposable coffee cup was a pleasant touch. My child and I both loved the complimentary luggage tag.
If I had to pick two things that weren't satisfactory:
1. For a hotel at this price, it surprisingly didn't have a swimming pool.
2. I have to complain about their room service. After returning to the hotel from Disney, I was already very tired. I ordered a tomato seafood beef noodle for 118, and specifically called to ask for two sets of children's cutlery. They said it was all disposable and they would give me a few extra sets. **Space Magician**: The 40+ sqm space is incredibly well-utilized. The slide in the room made the kids scream with delight the moment they walked in! My 6-year-old and 4-year-old immediately turned the slide area into their secret base. Sleeping on the 1.8-meter main bed with mom was completely comfortable for both kids, and dad got plenty of rest on the bottom bunk of the 1.2-meter bunk bed.
**Parent-Child Detail Obsessive's Dream**: Corner protectors and outlet covers are fully equipped. The children's showerhead is at just the right height, and a thoughtful step stool is provided at the washbasin. Details truly matter here.
**Behind-the-Scenes Dedication**: The owner personally cleans all rooms and public areas. All linens are washed in-house, not outsourced. Toiletries, drinking water, and snacks are all high-quality brands, often the same ones the owners or their children use. So, features like a wet/dry separation bathroom, Laifen hairdryer, and JmGO projector, which would be praised elsewhere, almost go unnoticed here.
**Hidden Disney Tips**: The owner provided many practical tips for our park visit, saving us a lot of trouble! At checkout, my daughter was given a small drink, which she said tasted great, and kept asking her mom to buy more on the way home.
**Suggestions for Improvement**: I hope a detachable bed rail can be added to the side of the bed (for more peace of mind when sleeping with younger children). Providing stroller rental would be even better.
Although slightly more expensive than surrounding B&Bs, enjoying private butler-style service for 200 RMB per person is incredibly good value! We didn't get to experience the large lawn in the yard, the mini-pool in the backyard, or the rooftop terrace this time, but they've left us plenty to look forward to. I visited Qianyun after looking at dozens of places in the area. I wanted to be away from typical city area, have a bathtub and nice outdoor area, and with easy access to Shanghai Disneyland. Qianyun met all those requirements and more! The location was immediately very serene and surrounded by forest, but still easy to access lots of waimai food delivery options. They were also very kind and proactive about sharing information about local restaurants and activities, and provide a breakfast and evening fruit every day. They offer free car transport to Disneyland, and I was excited to use this service but I ended up enjoying my time at the hotel so much that I opted to stay and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere instead! The hotel pets are so friendly - within five minutes the little cat Banban was on my lap and purring.
The room itself is decorated very nicely with all the amenities you need. The bathtub inside is very comfortable and I loved the outdoor hot spring tub as well. The attention to hygiene is very highly emphasized and I was impressed with how clean and luxurious everything felt.
I will definitely visit again and recommend to anyone hoping to have a convenient getaway from the city, or who would like to be near to Disneyland Resort while also experiencing a more peaceful area and for a good economical value and high quality service!

This hotel was perfectly located for Disneyland, and we absolutely loved our stay!
The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the children’s options were especially cute, with little Hello Kitty biscuits and pancakes. Our kids also loved the children’s play area, and we found ourselves visiting the hotel shop several times! The free kids’ activities were another lovely touch — my daughter had so much fun making her own bracelet.
There was plenty to keep the kids entertained, including computers and vending machines, which they absolutely loved. We also really appreciated the free daily shuttle buses to Disneyland. The journey was only around five minutes, making it incredibly convenient, and the buses ran regularly enough that we made great use of them during our stay. We bought a 1.5-day park ticket and the shuttle made getting to and from the park so easy.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was great that they spoke English. We also loved how child-friendly the room was. There was even a little tent for the kids, and you could really tell that the hotel had thought carefully about families and the little details that make a stay special.

Super satisfied! I booked this place thinking it would be convenient to rest after a day at Disneyland, and to my surprise, the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from Disney, which was incredibly convenient and quick.

The room has a foot bath tub, perfect for soaking your tired feet after a long day at Disney, and the front desk even provides foot bath liquid. The courtyard is lovely and the stay was very quiet. The two 1.5-meter beds were perfect for our family of four. 🍜 Neighborhood Convenience: There were plenty of food delivery options nearby, and late-night snacks arrived quickly, so hunger was never an issue.
🚗 Owner's Service: The owner was incredibly nice and provided timely shuttle service to Disneyland. Although the B&B doesn't usually offer rides to the city subway, after a quick chat, the owner specially made a separate trip to drop us off at the station. I was truly touched; the service exceeded my expectations!
⚠️ A Small Heads-Up: The soundproofing isn't the best; you can hear conversations in the hallway quite clearly. I'd recommend keeping the volume down when watching movies or chatting late at night to avoid disturbing other guests.

She's really easy to talk to, and the guesthouse is close to the subway, making it very convenient for getting around! The lady is super friendly and helpful, but only speak Mandarin. no worries if you don't speak Mandarin as she will use the translator machine to translate it. She assisted me with the food delivery service and offered plenty of help whenever i needed it. The room was clean and comfy, with everything we needed. Free transportation to/from Disneyland , just a 5-minute ride.
