I've always wanted to take my mom to Disneyland, and this year happened to be Shanghai Disneyland's 10th anniversary. Plus, I had some business to attend to in Shanghai for the past two months, so I booked the Shanghai Disneyland Hotel to celebrate my mom's birthday. I booked an Executive Room, and upon arrival, we went straight to the 7th-floor lounge for check-in. The next day was my mom's birthday, and the front desk lady gave her a birthday pin and sticker as a small gift. Although the gift wasn't expensive, my mom was very happy and carefully put it away. Oh, and the short-haired female employee in the lounge, I only remember her last name is Zhang, had an excellent attitude. She explained everything in great detail and patiently assisted with an elderly person's needs. If the hotel sees this review, please commend this young lady. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening light meals for the Executive Room are served in the King's Club. I think the food is good, not like some people say there's nothing to eat. They have both Chinese and Western options, and the dishes are all well-prepared. Especially the cheese, smoked salmon, and cold cuts of ham, which are fresher than the offerings in many international chain hotels' lounges. The Chinese cold dishes like sweet and sour pork ribs, drunken shrimp, and drunken pork belly were all delicious. For the evening light meal, there's freshly made pasta with three sauce options; I prefer the white sauce. The room has a very standard layout. The Executive Room's twin bed size is the same as non-executive rooms; it just comes with executive benefits. When we arrived, there was still one room available with a garden view. Although it wasn't a perfect spot, my mom and I thought it was perfectly fine; there's no need to be so picky. You can't always get the best of everything. What I was most satisfied with in the room, for a 10-year-old hotel, was that the air conditioning was not noisy. This is very important to me because I don't sleep well, and many hotel air conditioners are very loud, but I'm also very afraid of the heat and can't go without AC. Some old hotels have terrible AC, but I'm very satisfied with the one at Disneyland. You can barely hear any sound. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and the price wasn't expensive for the summer holiday period. I've already decided to come back for my dad's birthday next year.

This hotel remains my top choice when visiting Disneyland – the location is simply unbeatable. It's fantastic to be able to sleep in a bit longer in the morning, as it's just a ten to fifteen-minute walk to Star Wishing Lake. And after a long day at the park, when your legs are aching, it's amazing to know that there's a shuttle bus waiting to take you back to the hotel from the park entrance, which is only a few hundred meters away. Beyond the location, the hotel itself is excellent. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. The Shikumen-style architecture adds a unique local touch. Everything is spotlessly clean, and breakfast is decent. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the shuttle service is always readily available.

I'd suggest booking a room with a private onsen; the small courtyard is really relaxing. The front desk staff wasn't overly enthusiastic, just a bit transactional, but they can assist foreign guests, which is a big plus. They mentioned a lavender garden, but when I walked over, it was just a patch of weeds. I'm not sure if it was the wrong season, but it was a bit disappointing.

The atmosphere is amazing, and the staff provided smiling service throughout our stay. The free shuttle bus service is a huge plus – it's really convenient and easy to find from the subway. It's also close to Disneyland, and the shuttle runs every 5-10 minutes, which is fantastic! The best part is that they offer free luggage delivery directly to Disneyland's locker area. It's completely free, so you can enjoy your time at the park without any worries and leave directly from Disney. You don't even need to return the room key card; you can just go without checking out. The only downside was that the breakfast buffet was too expensive. Since the hotel is within a resort area, delivery riders can't enter, and you have to pay extra for a taxi. The room was also a bit small… Early access to the park is key, but you have to start queuing for the shuttle at 6:20 AM.

The location was great and easy to find, though it was a bit of a walk from the subway station. We even caught the Disney fireworks display right as we were approaching! The children's showerhead is at just the right height, and a thoughtful step stool is provided at the washbasin. Toiletries, drinking water, and snacks are all high-quality brands, often the same ones the owners or their children use. Providing stroller rental would be even better. Although slightly more expensive than surrounding B&Bs, enjoying private butler-style service for 200 RMB per person is incredibly good value! We didn't get to experience the large lawn in the yard, the mini-pool in the backyard, or the rooftop terrace this time, but they've left us plenty to look forward to. It looks like our accommodation for our second Disney trip in a few years has already been pre-booked!

I visited Qianyun after looking at dozens of places in the area. I wanted to be away from typical city area, have a bathtub and nice outdoor area, and with easy access to Shanghai Disneyland. Qianyun met all those requirements and more! The location was immediately very serene and surrounded by forest, but still easy to access lots of waimai food delivery options. They were also very kind and proactive about sharing information about local restaurants and activities, and provide a breakfast and evening fruit every day. They offer free car transport to Disneyland, and I was excited to use this service but I ended up enjoying my time at the hotel so much that I opted to stay and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere instead! The hotel pets are so friendly - within five minutes the little cat Banban was on my lap and purring. The room itself is decorated very nicely with all the amenities you need. The bathtub inside is very comfortable and I loved the outdoor hot spring tub as well. The attention to hygiene is very highly emphasized and I was impressed with how clean and luxurious everything felt. I will definitely visit again and recommend to anyone hoping to have a convenient getaway from the city, or who would like to be near to Disneyland Resort while also experiencing a more peaceful area and for a good economical value and high quality service! Thankyou for the wonderful stay, I felt very welcome at all times.

I've always wanted to take my mom to Disneyland, and this year happened to be Shanghai Disneyland's 10th anniversary. Plus, I had some business to attend to in Shanghai for the past two months, so I booked the Shanghai Disneyland Hotel to celebrate my mom's birthday. I booked an Executive Room, and upon arrival, we went straight to the 7th-floor lounge for check-in. The next day was my mom's birthday, and the front desk lady gave her a birthday pin and sticker as a small gift. Although the gift wasn't expensive, my mom was very happy and carefully put it away. Oh, and the short-haired female employee in the lounge, I only remember her last name is Zhang, had an excellent attitude. She explained everything in great detail and patiently assisted with an elderly person's needs. If the hotel sees this review, please commend this young lady. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening light meals for the Executive Room are served in the King's Club. I think the food is good, not like some people say there's nothing to eat. They have both Chinese and Western options, and the dishes are all well-prepared. Especially the cheese, smoked salmon, and cold cuts of ham, which are fresher than the offerings in many international chain hotels' lounges. The Chinese cold dishes like sweet and sour pork ribs, drunken shrimp, and drunken pork belly were all delicious. For the evening light meal, there's freshly made pasta with three sauce options; I prefer the white sauce. The room has a very standard layout. The Executive Room's twin bed size is the same as non-executive rooms; it just comes with executive benefits. When we arrived, there was still one room available with a garden view. Although it wasn't a perfect spot, my mom and I thought it was perfectly fine; there's no need to be so picky. You can't always get the best of everything. What I was most satisfied with in the room, for a 10-year-old hotel, was that the air conditioning was not noisy. This is very important to me because I don't sleep well, and many hotel air conditioners are very loud, but I'm also very afraid of the heat and can't go without AC. Some old hotels have terrible AC, but I'm very satisfied with the one at Disneyland. You can barely hear any sound. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and the price wasn't expensive for the summer holiday period. I've already decided to come back for my dad's birthday next year.

The journey was only around five minutes, making it incredibly convenient, and the buses ran regularly enough that we made great use of them during our stay. We bought a 1.5-day park ticket and the shuttle made getting to and from the park so easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was great that they spoke English. We also loved how child-friendly the room was. There was even a little tent for the kids, and you could really tell that the hotel had thought carefully about families and the little details that make a stay special. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The location, facilities, activities and thoughtful touches made it a wonderful choice for a Disneyland trip, and we would definitely stay here again!

The room has a foot bath tub, perfect for soaking your tired feet after a long day at Disney, and the front desk even provides foot bath liquid. There's also a special plug-in card for electricity, which is really convenient. I booked a double room, and they provided two pairs of adult slippers and child slippers. The bathroom has disposable toilet seat covers, and there are disposable foot bath bags, which made me feel very comfortable. There's also a projector in the room for entertainment, though I didn't use it. This hotel pays great attention to detail, I really love it!!!!!

There's a convenience store 50 meters away from us that's open all day until 9:30pm. The lovely woman working there makes delicious sweet buns. We paid only 33 yuan (less than 400 rubles) for a whole bag. The hotel's location is slightly different from where the GPS showed us; the building is lower, by the water, but the owner's neighbor quickly called him and they picked us up. The room is cleaned and always ready to help. I don't understand why there are several bad reviews, because for the price, this place has everything! We want to say a big thank you for the amenities provided, and I highly recommend it!
