3-Star Hotels in Udon Thani Province, Thailand

I am willing to give 5 stars. The hotel is clean, fully equipped, breakfast is very good, the staff is very friendly and ready to serve. I would like to praise them.

Overall, the hotel is good, and the air conditioning is cool. I am a B2 customer and have stayed at the Udon branch before. However, the cabinets and furniture are quite old, which causes a musty wood smell and a metallic odor.

Nice, comfortable and clean hotel.   Breakfast is generous and good.   Only problem was with the shower.  Shower door did not close properly so water leaked on the floor.  Also, hot water took at least 15 minutes to get.  Otherwise this hotel is a good choice, only a few minutes from Central Udon and food stalls.

This hotel in the B2 group is one of my favorites due to its convenience and comfort. The rooms are spacious, and there's covered parking available, which is a great perk. However, the hotel is relatively far from the city center, making it less ideal for tourists without their own transportation. If transportation is not an issue, this hotel should definitely be one of the top choices for a stay!

The hotel room is excellent and extremely clean. The hotel is in a good location only 10 minutes walk to central shopping mall and bars, restaurants etc. the slight issues were the longest ever check in, taking around 20 - 25 minutes where there was no one else waiting and being charged a fee for an extra pillow !

The room was spacious and cold, the staff was so attentive and handy. There's Breakfast buffet, pool and their very own USpace restaurant and bar.

I don't like PSG, Paris Saint Germain, but I have to admit that it's great here. A beautiful big room, bright and clean and a nice balcony, where it's nice to have a beer in the evening. They advertise WiFi, but what they do not disclose is the WiFi on the 3rd floor is so weak it is unusable the majority of the time for a laptop. I could get no work done from my room. I would not stay here again for that sole reason. WiFi never got about one bar from room 305.

The bathroom glass door didn't slide and the tissue holder in the bathroom wasn't stable. Gently pull the tissue and it falls to the floor. Both the tissue and the tissue roll holder attached to the wall (should be repaired) do not provide a cotton swab. Normal school grade shampoo. Personally, I think you should find a better shampoo than this. Because the pool doesn't smell good at all. There is no power plug in front of the mirror. There are no headlights or mirrors. There was only the light of the room. The maid's aunt comes to clean at noon and is not very happy. Because he used the spare key to open it and asked if it had been cleaned. Personally, I think you shouldn't do this. It's better to call the lobby and ask. You shouldn't open the door and ask like this. For the room mentioned above, choose the Classic type room. My favorite advantage is that the bed is soft. The door is locked using a strong keycard. There is a 3-layer locking system. The location is in the middle of the city. The air conditioner is cool, the unit is big, the room is spacious, but there is little to hang clothes. If there is a chance to go to stay again But will choose a different type of room.
